We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and polite the staff were. The hotel room was clean and well stocked with towels Scotch biscuits and all the coffee and tea we could drink. There are two bars here and a restaurant and an absolutely stunning garden the parking facilities were plentiful. The staff were able to assist me with a set of pliers so I could fix the zip for my bag. And the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main road to Edinburgh so you can catch a bus direct to Edinburgh that runs from the early morning to very late at 23:30. Stay here to save a few pound in comparison to central Edinburgh and be pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere great for winding down after travelling We also asked for the bathtub and they provided.

房間很乾凈，洗手間雖很小，設計的很精緻。膠囊咖啡機的咖啡油脂非常豐富。因為英國航空的原因耽誤弄丟的行李，在送達時因該酒店沒有前台，因此一直收不到，寄送行李的公司衹好又送回愛丁堡機場。建議該酒店至少在門口處留一個緊急聯繫電話，方便客人或者寄送服務的公司聯繫

Chambres spacieuses eh moderned, lits confortables. Ménage régulier , petit déjeuner salé à commander dans le restaurant, prix très corrects en restauration, personnel aimable. Pas de sèche cheveux et prévoir bonnet de bain car le pommeau de douche est haut et fixe. Hôtel très calme et bien isolé. Rapport qualité prix excellent

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it perfect for rest. The rooms were surprisingly big, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and clean. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend at this hotel. One of the best places not far from busy Edinburgh to enjoy a day together with the family. The service is outstanding, and the staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the SPA area with the warm swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to get some relaxation in this place.

ホテルは清潔でしたが、trip.comで姉とシェアするためにダブルベッドルームを予約し、支払いをしてダブルルームの確認を受け取ったところ、返金不可でした。ホテルに連絡したところ、ツインルームが空いていないため、システム上で予約がダブルに変更されたとのことでした。trip.comに連絡して予約をキャンセルしようとしたところ、返金不可の予約だと言われました。システムエラーであって私のせいではないと説明したところ、担当者はホテルに連絡して返金を受け付けてもらえるかどうか確認すると言いました。担当者から、ホテルが拒否したためtrip.comでは対応できないとの連絡がありました。私は激怒し、ソファーベッドで寝るしかなく、不快でした。また、暖房からカチカチという音がしていたため、眠りが浅い私は全く眠れませんでした。

大家一定仔細讀每一封酒店發來的信！公寓式酒店，沒有前台！這一點在預訂單和信件中都有説明。需要靠信裏的提示1️⃣找路，2️⃣拿到進入公寓區域property的密碼（1st code），3️⃣ 取鑰匙的密碼（2nd code）。這封非常重要的信在入住前72小時內發出。一定要留心自己的信箱和攜程系統的每個提示！！！在國內預訂是通過攜程，但是海外代理是另外一家。如果通話時酒店提別的agent的名字，不要驚慌。通過攜程的平台留消息，經常顯示是未讀的狀態。實際經驗是，可能對方已經收到消息了。網絡電話可以打通。服務態度很好。目前服務電話的工作方式是：晚7點以前是酒店集團的客服中心；晚7點以後是聖安本地的工作人員。公寓本身很贊。照片是實景，供參考。總體推薦！

LLeah_Bwe chose this hotel as we wanted to visit Edinburgh and it was more affordable in this location. it was a little far out but doable by bus, which is right on the road outside of the hotel. the room was lovely, clean and spacious! food in the restaurant downstairs was great as well. overall a great hotel, would recommend :)

ゲゲストThe hotel was easy to find and the parking super convenient. The room was huge and comfortable, although the only downside was it got really warm overnight and the fan we had made a lot of noise. The location was good for travelling to Edinburgh for day trips, only a 15-20 walk to the nearest train station. Breakfast was convenient, although service did end relatively early preventing any holiday lie in! Overall, great stay

SShepShepThe trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

CCMarieP86A lovely building and entrance, including a lovely garden and fountain. Very clean and classy, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic, so modern and clean with plenty of floor space and storage. Big smart tv, hair dryer, iron and board, free mini toiletries, tea/coffee, full length mirror…couldn’t have asked for more at such a reasonable price for the room! Only thing was the room felt extremely hot when I first checked in (even though radiator was not on). I asked at reception if I could have a fan as windows barely open and a few minutes later it was brought to my room! Restaurant and bar great, breakfast lovely…highly recommend this hotel

SsammlThe outside of this hotel worried us as it looks quite run down, but the rooms were serviceable. It was a hot day in Scotland (rare!) but this meant we found the room a bit uncomfortable with no cooling/fan. Bed was also quite a small double bed as a heads up! Breakfast was delicious and the bar is well priced - all in all, this was a decent enough stay in the area but we wouldn’t go out of our way to return.
