Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Despite looking like an old building, the rooms were comfortable with good views from the window. It's basically in the town centre so you can walk to the nearby attractions. One negative was that they wanted to charge us for a late check-out.

The spa is incredible, so relaxing. Ideal location with about 10 mins walk to Harbour and to Meadfoot beach. Breakfast was on the small side but tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, clean, but for 4* I’d expect a bit more like an iron in the room, toiletries, wash cloths etc. Didn’t sleep that well unfortunately as was woken up by people coming back to room as doors are loud and corridor floors are creaky. This let it down, but I’d return for the spa experience!

We are a family of 6. Booked 2 rooms. We were amazed by the huge family room and the big toilet. Cleanliness was excellent. The staff was friendly. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Love from Singapore!

The whole experience was lovely. Looking forward to my return.

In general people will pay anything for good service, arrived on 31st Oct early evening the man at the reception had a cowboy hat on, couldnt even smile or speak kindly nor welcomely, I thought for a second maybe its a spooky Halloween but no it wasn't he was cold, I wasn't pleased as a parent arriving with a young teen in a very busy hotel lobby with half naked patrons loud music and unfortunately the next morning the man was there and we tried to ask questions about the amenities and parking he was cold and made us feel like we didn't deserve to be there almost racially discriminative but in no words. Its a fresh recently opened hotel but the service recieved was uncalled for.

別の素晴らしい滞在。 レセプションのスタッフは暖かくフレンドリーです。 海の見えるスイートにアップグレードされ、湾の美しい景色、目を覚ますのに何の景色ですか。 新鮮な朝食の食べ物の膨大な選択、待っているスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気配りがあります。  場所は素晴らしいです 丘を下って港まで歩いて数分。 今年2回目のこのホテル滞在で、合計5回滞在しました。

Checkin could have been better, had to fill all details on tablet but these details already provided on booking I presume. Good food service, nice steak. Convenient for our appointment next morning nearby. Would probably stay again if in the area.

Lovely place with peacocks roaming around. We had a wonderful stay but the washroom was bit a drawback. No shower curtains or shower head in the washroom. There was a stand in shower but unfortunately our shower doesn't had a good heating system, so we couldn't use it. Washrooms needs to be improved.
