The room was just as expected based on the listing. Nothing particularly special, but the view of Zion Canyon from the window was definitely a highlight.

I have traveled many national parks on the West Coast, and I have to say, Best Western Ruby near Bryce is THE BEST Best Western I have ever lived. The price is cheaper than other Best Westerns, but the experience is by far the best. I booked a King with a tub, the room is big and comfy, the bathroom is nice and clean, everything works flawlessly, there is a buffet right down the stairs with many food options, opens early and closes late, I am glad I still could order food when I got there super late, cold and tired. Right across the hotel there is a big gift shop with many things travelers need that might come just in handy. There's a spot renting snow-chain for shoes. The location is right next to Bryce Canyon, it was about a 10-minute drive from the hotel to the park.

フロントデスクでは30分未満のチェックインは許可されませんでした。少し不便でした。 明らかに家族経営の宿です。フロントのスタッフは予約システムの使い方をきちんと把握していないようでした。チェックイン後、支払い方法を確認するためにベッドカバーを掛け直さなければなりませんでした。これも不便でした。 マットレスは良かったのですが、掛け布団はな​​く、トップシーツだけでした。 部屋は簡素でしたが、十分に清潔でした。 バスルームは問題でした。トイレは弱く、シャワー室は汚く、お湯も出ませんでした。最低でも90～95℃くらいでした。 チェックアウトは効率的でした。 二度と泊まりません。

部屋はよかったです。サービスは貧弱で、チェックアウト時にフロントデスクから、2 部屋分の 2 日分の消費リストを完了できなかったと言われました。連絡後、返金するとのことでしたが、後日回収させていただきました。とても残念です。

Everything was great. Only complaint is that the WiFi was not working properly.

This is a great location in Salt Lake City. It's within walk distance of tons of great eateries and bars. Friendly service. Walking to the temples and state capital and mall. Love it.

Stayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again.

カウンターにいるスタッフの皆さんとても親切でした。 うまくいかない英語にも耳を傾けてサービスを提供していただきありがとうございましたㅎㅎ プールやサウナ施設は大きくありませんが、楽しむのに適していました。 プールは特に90～150cmほどの深さでよかったです。 朝食は毎日少しずつ変わって飽きないようによく食べました。 施設は全体的にきれいで、清掃は要求された場合、または午前中に席を空にした場合にのみ行ってください。 チップをくれと言われていませんが、1～2ドルベッドの横に置かなければカバーを着替えてくれるようです！ 特に外観上見えにくい水詰まりなどは確実に要請しなければ処理してくださるので、フロントをよくご利用ください。
