カナダケベック州の5つ星ホテル

立地は最高ですが、サービスは堅苦しく、設備も時代遅れで、ケベック州屈指のホテルという称号には値しません。これまで他のフェアモントホテルにも何度か宿泊したことがありますが、国内を代表するホテルを自称するこのホテルには少々がっかりしました。正直なところ、旧市街を見渡せる、旧市街の城壁の外にある、より近代的な5つ星ホテルに泊まる方がずっと良いと思います。

ホテルは教会の隣にある古い城風の建物で、地下鉄中央駅へ続くエスカレーターがあり、24時間営業のお店も数多くあります。全体的にとても満足しました。

We had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information.

経営陣による素晴らしい復旧作業 – 最高の立地！ 最初の部屋にいくつか問題があり、滞在は当初期待外れのスタートとなりました。しかし、経営陣の対応には非常に感銘を受けました。彼らは迅速に対応し、2泊目の部屋にアップグレードを提案してくれたので、私たちの滞在は一変しました。 ホテルは素晴らしい立地にあり、見たいものややりたいことすべてが徒歩圏内です。素晴らしいサービスと復旧作業のおかげで、良い印象を残すことができ、また利用したいと思っています。

モントリオールの中心部にある絶好のロケーションで、レストラン、ショッピング、ダウンタウンのアトラクションに簡単にアクセスできます。ホテルは清潔で快適で、全体的に滞在は快適でした。しかし、私の滞在の4日間、お湯の問題が繰り返し発生しました。お湯が蛇口から来るのを毎回10–15分待たなければなりませんでした。これは非常に不便で、このレベルのホテルから期待するものではありません。全体的に、良い滞在ですが、この問題には間違いなく注意が必要です。

This is a wonderful resort that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in the Montreal region The accommodation is: - immaculately well maintained; - located in a vantage point shrouded in tranquility; - nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed!

滞在は最高でした！チェックインはスムーズで、スタッフの方々はとても親切で親身になって対応してくれました。部屋は清潔で、写真通りでした。部屋の電子機器（人感センサー照明、電動ブラインド／カーテン、センサー付き温水トイレ）も嬉しいポイントでした。立地も素晴らしく、どこへ行くにも便利でした。コンシェルジュの方が徒歩圏内にある素敵な隠れ家バーを紹介してくださり、その後も様子を伺ってくれました。久しぶりに最高の週末旅行になりました！

帰国の最終日にまたこのホテルを予約しましたが、部屋の設備、衛生状態、環境は依然として非常に優れていましたが、今回は階が低く、部屋の向きが前回ほど良くなく、部屋の窓が不十分でした。前回ほど広くはなく、大きな白い壁に面していました。フロントに連絡したところ、別の部屋を提供されました。もう一つ理解できないのは、この部屋のシャワージェル、シャンプー、ボディローションのボトルがすべて空だったことです。フロントに電話した後、誰かがボトルを補充するために派遣されました。これは非常にタイムリーでした。ただ、高級ホテルとしては、このような間違いをしてはいけません。

Location is the best, in addition to the quite inspiring design of the room. This gave my family an unforgettable experience at Montreal.

Mention spéciale pour le soin massage : une expérience d’un professionnalisme remarquable, parmi les meilleures que j’ai pu vivre à ce jour. Merci pour cette parenthèse de bien-être inoubliable. Ce séjour m’a rappelé pourquoi les établissements Four Seasons sont uniques : cette capacité à anticiper les besoins, à créer un sentiment de confort personnalisé… et à donner envie de revenir encore et encore.
