コスタリカグアナカステ州の5つ星ホテル

Just returned from our stay at the Planet Hollywood and have mixed feelings.  There were some excellent aspects… but also a few areas for improvement!  Let’s start with the good stuff: Edu (bartender at the lobby bar) was a STAR.  Trust him to make your drinks, just tell him the flavor or preference for liquor) and he will spin you up something completely magical!! We LOVED spending our nights sitting at the bar watching Edu make peoples evenings.  We also loved the included watersports like paddleboarding and kayaking ( unfortunately the big water tricycle was out of order).  The Fuel Coffee bar is also a fabulous addition and great place to escape the heat for a cold coffee.  Now, the negatives - the front desk staff was pretty subpar and didn’t seem to communicate very well - one girl was actually very rude when I was trying to sort out a room situation and I wish I got her name.  The pool drinks are SO bad.  Not sure what type of bottom shelf alcohol they use at pool bar, but we tried so many different drinks and they were all disgusting.  The only thing somewhat drinkable was the Mojito.  I ended up switching to non-alcoholic drinks after day 1 and they were much better at the pool.  Did my real drinking at the lobby bar with Edu in the evenings.  Otherwise, the room was clean - resort was nice and entertainment was entertaining.  The food was decent but the buffet was SO hot and humid without any air conditioning. Overall, this was far from the best all inclusive experience I’ve had, but, we still made the most of it and had a nice time.

Op zich een prachtig gelegen, groot en luxe hotel met uitstekende service. Maar helaas vooral gericht op party vierende Amerikanen. Daardoor continu geluidsoverlast. Op de eerste dag van ons verblijf party aan het zwembad met veel drinkende mensen in het zwembad en zeer luide muziek met DJ. Op de t****e dag werd een groot scherm opgesteld bij het zwembad waarop de Superbowl wedstrijd werd vertoond van 16-22 uur. Enorm lawaai. Ons diner in het restaurant was daardoor niet leuk en teleurstellend. Management reageert wel betrokken en positief, maar kan onze negatieve ervaring niet goed maken. Conclusie: wie een luxe-ervaring wil met veel party, drukte en harde muziek zit hier prima. Wie voor de rustige pura-vida ervaring met natuur in Costa Rica komt moet hier niet zijn!

部屋は清潔でモダンで快適でした。サービスは本当に素晴らしく、ここでの滞在が強化されました-あなたが家を離れているとき、人があなたに親切であるとき、それはそのような違いを作ります。私たちには素晴らしい食べ物の選択肢がたくさんありました(私たちの1人は菜食主義者です)。ホテルにはバーとプールサイドの音楽が流れる「通常の」側と、音楽...のないスパの近くに「静かな」側があるので、座る雰囲気の選択ができて良かったです。 全体的に、それは本当によく運営されているホテルです。1つは私たちが滞在できて幸せで、もう1つは間違いなく戻ってきます。

フレンドリーなスタッフ、非常に丁寧で、常に顧客のニーズに注意を払っています。 美しいホテル、夕食の選択肢、良い場所。

O sea si me encantó, peeeeeeero a la hora de pagar el consumo del check out desde un inicio no me comentaron que en los precios de los menús no venía incluido los impuestos (13%) y el servicio (10%) lo que estuve dejando tips del 15% por mi cuenta ya que no sabía que ese servicio ya vendría incluido en total dejé el 25%… Otro punto me querían cobrar 460 USD demás de no sé qué y les tuve que comentar del cargo extra que obviamente me redujeron pero si no me fijo determinademte se me cobra, la comida no es realmente buena si pueden ir al restaurante las Lolas que está a 15 min en carro se los recomiendo ampliamente, el hotel es espectacular el personal también pero me fui no tan contenta por este tipo de cosas

去的時候雖然是雨季，但是大晴天。 大概有十幾個游泳池，根本不會擁擠。 還有小童泳池帶滑梯。 早餐是點單，有全日餐廳。 非常美的景色。

素晴らしい景色を望む半島に位置しています。すべてのアクティビティは楽しく、家族に優しいです。なんて快適な滞在でしょう。
