En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

The biggest hotel in the town! Very beautiful. The rooms are provided with the unique design elements. It was just a lovely stay!

The location of the hotel is at the old town, actually is a bit hard to find the entrance if you are driving there. As we are driving we miss the hotel at the first time. So for people who is driving there you can actually stop in front of the hotel and press the bell and people will come out and help you with the luggage The service is really good, they carry our luggage all the way up the room The room is big and comfy, they have bath hub and steam bath, which is really nice

電車でポントルソン駅に到着し、タクシーに乗る予定でしたが、ここにはUberがなく、親切に迎えてくれました。 すべてがとても親切で美味しく、素晴らしい場所でした。すべての友人にお勧めします。

サービスは大丈夫でした。部屋の構成はそうではありませんでした。トイレはベッドのすぐ隣にあり、バスルーム(シンク、シャワー)はホールのずっと下でした。とても不快でした。しかし、ベッドはとても快適で、ローブはとても居心地が良く、イリーコーヒーカプセルは素晴らしかったです。

在鎮上，大門關閉，需要按鈴，我們第一次見到鎖着又繞了一大圈。酒店是個古堡，非常美，就是沒有電梯，箱子是服務員幫着拎上三樓的，感謝。沒有餐廳，不過可以點外賣。房間很大，衞生間設計不合理，總體完美。
