フランスノルマンディーの5つ星ホテル

Un accueil charmant que nous apprécions depuis des années. Le Spa est fantastique! Un petit effort d'organisation au niveau du room service mais ce problème ne date pas d'hier. Nous reviendrons bien entendu!

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

The location of the hotel is at the old town, actually is a bit hard to find the entrance if you are driving there. As we are driving we miss the hotel at the first time. So for people who is driving there you can actually stop in front of the hotel and press the bell and people will come out and help you with the luggage The service is really good, they carry our luggage all the way up the room The room is big and comfy, they have bath hub and steam bath, which is really nice

サービスは大丈夫でした。部屋の構成はそうではありませんでした。トイレはベッドのすぐ隣にあり、バスルーム(シンク、シャワー)はホールのずっと下でした。とても不快でした。しかし、ベッドはとても快適で、ローブはとても居心地が良く、イリーコーヒーカプセルは素晴らしかったです。

電車でポントルソン駅に到着し、タクシーに乗る予定でしたが、ここにはUberがなく、親切に迎えてくれました。 すべてがとても親切で美味しく、素晴らしい場所でした。すべての友人にお勧めします。

I don’t agree that this property can be listed as 5 star premium Location is excellent Room is 4 stars Amenities (sauna,steam room,pools…) are 3 stars Facilities are 3-4 stars

Mon troisième séjours aux cures marines, le professionnalisme le sourire et la bienveillance du personnel et toujours au rendez-vous. La chambre est spacieuse et bénéficie d'une décoration moderne est soignée, la literie est au top, très bonne isolation phonique. Je recommande vivement les installations du spa et le petit-déjeuner copieux et gourmand.

ホテルのサービスはとても良く、私のリクエストに応じてユニコムルームを手配して、子供の世話をするのに便利です。軟膏の唯一のハエは、スパが早すぎて夕方7時に閉まり、夜にスパを手配する予定でしたが、手配されませんでした。一般的に、ノルマンディーの近くを旅行するのに良い選択です。

Very good hotel with reasonable price and will come back next time !
