ギリシャアッティカの5つ星ホテル

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything is excellent, from the location, the facilities, the rooms, the staff, to the breakfast, and above all, the highest level of service I've ever encountered. Highly recommended and I will undoubtedly return here on my next visit to Athens.

The hotel reception is spacious by Europe standards. Checkin was seamless however we had to pay for taxes at the time of checkin. Took a little while to work out the lift as the doors don’t open automatically. You had to manually open the front door to get into a reasonable small lift that catered for 2 people and 2 luggage. It reminded me of an old school type lifts seen in movies. Rather cool. Rooms looked newly renovated and modern. Pod Coffee machine with illy pods, desk, a single chair and a wall hung tv. With this said, we had a room facing the road and whether the windows didn’t close properly or the windows were very thin with no sound proofing, but the noise from the road was bad. We were on the 5th floor and every car that went by, we heard. The heavier vehicles were worse. Does not work especially if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was average with comparison to many other hotels around the world however I would say quite sufficient by European standards. Precooked eggs, scrambled, boiled and sunny side up, basic cereal and fruit selection and bakery was a bit dry. Omelette made on order. Staff in restaurant were excellent and extremely helpful. Location was excellent for this hotel as it was walking distance from buses and train, restaurants and some markets. Communications with its reservations team was shocking. Even after 6 emails with regard to a future booking, I did not get a single reply. Eventually met the hotel manager and had the issue resolved so a big thanks to Ms. Maria. Overall, comfortable apart from the road noise. Would I book again, will not be my default hotel so I may be looking at other hotels but would not rule it out completely.

アテネ空港は長年、アイルランドとイスラエル間の玄関口として利用しており、ソフィテルは乗り継ぎで一泊するのに唯一本当に快適な選択肢です。立地は申し分なく、ターミナルを出て横断歩道を3つ渡ればロビーに到着します。 ホテルは間違いなく5つ星で、清潔さと快適さにその名に恥じないレベルです。部屋は清潔で静かで、無料のコーヒーと水はありがたかったです。ただし、料金は高額です。通常、大人2名と子供1名で1泊約400ユーロですが、平日に予約したため半額程度で済みました。それでも高額ですが、快適さを求めていたので、まさにその通りの快適さを得ることができました。 予約時に子供用のエキストラベッドが含まれているかどうかが明確に記載されておらず、Tripもホテルも問い合わせに返信がありませんでしたが、最終的には追加料金なしでベッドを用意してもらえました。高額な料金には朝食は含まれておらず、1人30ユーロは高すぎると感じたので、朝食はパスしました。また、食事の選択肢も高額で、「ギリシャ風サラダ」にリコッタチーズが添えられていて22ユーロもしました。結局、ターミナル内のバーガーキングで食事をしたのですが、そちらの方がずっとお得でした。 屋内プールは清潔でしたが、水温が予想より低く、サイズも小さめでした。シャワーのお湯の温度が不安定で、少し不便でしたが、一泊だけなら許容範囲でした。 総じて、空港ホテルとしては利便性と快適さは申し分ありませんが、食事やその他のサービスの料金設定は不当に高いと感じました。

1泊だけ使用させていただきました。 立地は、アクロポリスから徒歩30分ほどと、観光後に歩いて行くには少し遠いかなという印象です。 ただ、アメニティは全て揃っており、無料で部屋に飲み物やお菓子まで付いていて良かったです。 部屋の雰囲気もさすが5つ星だなという感じでした。 屋上から見るパルテノン神殿も存在感を放っていて、それを見ながらプールに入ることもできます。 1つ残念だったのはご飯があまり美味しくなかったことです。折角だったので7,500円ほどの魚料理をホテルのレストランで食べたのですが、パサパサしていて日本人の口には合いませんでした。

Heerlijk hotel met veel vertier rond om van restaurant bar en een openlucht bisoscoop! Wij hebben in de avond in het restaurant in het Hotel gegeten. Het was superlekker en het was prachtig uitzicht op de Acropolis. De stad was super vriendelijk en alles was echt perfect. Echt een aanrader als je in Athene verblijft.

サービススタッフは温かく迎えてくれました。フロントデスクにはかわいい男性がいました。美しいプライベートビーチの底には細かい砂があり、反対側には山があり、ビーチに横たわっている感覚は比類のないもので、景色は無限に続きます。

ここは絶対に5つ星ホテルではありません。なぜこのような評価を受けているのか理解できません。部屋は写真とは全く違いました。部屋のカーペットは古くて色あせていました。内装は、少なくとも30年以上前に建てられたか改装された時のもののようでした。エグゼクティブルームのバスルームは、イギリスのバトリンズにあるベーシックな宿泊施設よりも劣悪で、これはひどいと言わざるを得ません。豪華なレセプションエリアにある黄色いソファは、使い古されて汚れていました。二度と泊まることも、誰かに勧めることも絶対にありません。 ほとんどのスタッフは無愛想でした。ダイニングルームのウェイターは、こちらを見ることさえありませんでした。朝食と一緒に紅茶やコーヒーを頼むために、ウェイターのところまで行かなければならず、面倒くさそうでした。 私たちは、フルインクルーシブのクルーズ予約の一環としてこのホテルに宿泊しました。クルーズ会社Iglu Cruisesは、彼らと非常に良い契約を結んだに違いありません。ホテルはフルインクルーシブのプランで宿泊した人でいっぱいでした。 絶対に5つ星ではありません。私の意見では、2つ星です。

Highlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel. Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries. Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time Overall: a very pleasant stay

一見、立地も良く、部屋も綺麗で、屋上にはアクロポリスが一望できるレストランもあり、素晴らしいホテルに思えました。しかし、ホテルは信じられないほどの騒音でした。小さな道路に面しているにもかかわらず、深夜から早朝まで、バイクの猛スピード、バイクに轢かれた時の警報音、そして様々な怒号がひっきりなしに聞こえてきました。まるでバイククラブのイベントがあの道路で行われているかのようでした。皮肉なことに、静かになったのは朝7時頃でした。ホテルの窓は防音対策が全くされておらず、全く眠ることができませんでした。出張が多く、すぐに寝てしまう私でさえ、眠ることができませんでした。このホテルを予約する際は、フロントで部屋がどちら向きか確認することをお勧めします。もしこの小さな道路に面している場合は、部屋を変更することをおすすめします。

フロントデスクのスタッフは、積極的で温かく、丁寧な対応で、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。屋上のガーデンレストランは特におすすめです。アクロポリスの息を呑むほど美しい景色が楽しめます。ホテルはアクロポリス博物館から徒歩5分という絶好のロケーションです。ロビーでは無料のチョコレートとレモン風味のサウナをご用意しています。無料サウナにはプルーンとドライアプリコットもご用意しています。朝食も素晴らしかったです。
