素晴らしい
BBazillionTruly 5/5. This place is everything. A perfect compliment that will made our Athens stay!
Lovely staff could not do enough for us and the location of 4m walk to the Acropolis metro and 15m to the Acropolis hill was unbeatable for us. The area was safe albeit touristy but we found locals spots with good prices an easy stroll away. Especiallly as the hotel was easy to find. We took a triple room and our friend said the sofa bed was very comfy. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was exceptional and the bathroom modern and clean. Every day the staff refreshed our room and washed the dishes. The kitchenette included a microwave, industrial strength sandwich press and table and chairs in the bay window which allowed us to relax in the morning and evenings with our own snacks and beverages.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very big thanks to the staff and owners.

ゲゲストThe apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and located in an excellent, walkable area of Koukaki. Overall, the quality of the flat itself was very high, and we enjoyed our stay. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in two hours earlier than the official time, which was extremely helpful after an early flight.
A few aspects of communication and practical arrangements could be improved to make the experience more seamless. After booking, an additional online check-in was requested by a management agency, but the webpage was not working properly and caused some unnecessary stress, as it was unclear whether this might affect access to the property. Clear reassurance in such cases would be very helpful.
It would also be good to clarify in the listing that the bedroom and living room are essentially open-plan, without a separating door, as this affects privacy and noise, especially for families. Additionally, the hot water system did not always provide enough hot water for more than one shower in a row.
Finally, clearer instructions and more consistent communication regarding the safe and key return process would reduce anxiety for guests.
Despite these points, the apartment itself is of excellent quality, and with improved communication, the overall experience could be outstanding

ここのニックネームは使われておりませんスタッフの方が最高すぎる。サービスが5しかつかけられないのが悔しいくらいのホスピタリティでした。
予約後、色々質問させてもらいましたが、即丁寧な返信があり、そこから既に他とは違うことを感じていました。
宿泊中ドリンクをオススメしてくれることはもちろん、困り事も全て相談に乗ってくれた。
ギリシャ語のみの自動案内を翻訳してくれたデミトリス、おいしいギリシャコーヒーを淹れてくれたコンスタンティーナ、そのほか名前を聞けなかったが、現地ツアーや行き道の相談に乗ってくれたスタッフも全員、ほんとうに素敵な人たちだった
「家みたいに過ごしてね」と言ってもらえたし、様々なおもてなしがあり、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。
一人旅やコミュニケーションを求めている人にはここ以外のホテルは考えられません！！！
初めは安すぎて不安だったけど、寝室やトイレ、シャワールームも綺麗に掃除されていたし、紙もすぐ補充されて整えられていた。
シャワールームにはシャンプーとボディーソープがあり、皆で使えるようでした。
女子6人部屋は人が多くて不安でしたが、23時には皆終身しており非常に静かでした。私が一番物音を立ててるんじゃないかと思うくらいに静かでした。
それぞれマナーがしっかりしていますが、イビキの音だけはどうにもならないので、耳栓を持っておくとより安心だと思います。(5泊中、1泊だけいびきがすごい方がいて、その日だけ耳栓をしました)
安さと立地の良さで選びましたが、
口コミがめちゃくちゃ良かったのは本当に納得です。
嘘だと思うなら、ラウンジに座ってみてください。5分もしないうちにスタッフの優しさに気づき、また違う国の友だちができるでしょう！

MMynameisrisLocation!! 400+ mtr from airport bus stop . Bus nombor X95 stops at Syntagma Square(the last stn). 300+- to Monastiraki Square. Monastiraki metro abt 400* mtr to the hotel. Loads of restaurants & cafes around the hotel. Many shops nearby for shopping. The best Bakery 72H sells sourdough breads are also foot steps away. Basically its located is at the centre of everywhere. 20 min walk thru Plaka if you wanna go to Acropolis. Theres a church nearby which ring bells many times a day, it doesnt border us.
Service! Super friendly staffs. All the reception guys ad the housekeeping nice persons. We arrived early(ard 11.30am) and the hotel allow us to check in immediately. We had our room cleaned & towel changed! There is a lift to take your luggages to the room. There are soaps ready for you.
Cleanlines! Spotless! Love the balcony facing the street. Theres no coffee tea in the room. Room size are adequate for a family of 4 adult.
If we were to go to Athens again, will definitely stay here. Highly recommended

ゲゲスト- 素晴らしいロケーション。ナクソス島やパロス島に行くのに必要なフェリー乗り場（値段が手頃なパン屋の向かい側）に非常に近い（徒歩 5 分未満）。早朝のフェリーの前に滞在するのに最適な場所です。
- 深夜近くに到着したにもかかわらず、私たちを歓迎するためにわざわざ来てくれた、とても親切で頼りになる受付係。アテネにまた行くときのヒントまで教えてくれました。
- 清潔で広々とした部屋で、水圧も良く、エアコンもしっかり効いています。
- Wi-Fi も問題なく機能しました。
- 他の人がこの宿泊施設のレビューで言及している近くのクラブからの大きな騒音は感じませんでしたが、私たちが滞在したのは平日の夜でした。
- 改善点としては、カーテンで窓全体を覆ってほしいことと、受付の水を入れるプラスチックカップをなくしてほしいこと、バスルームに再利用可能なトイレタリーを置いてほしいことくらいです。そうすれば、ホテルはもっと環境に優しいものになるでしょう。
- ここでは朝食を食べなかったので、食事についてはコメントできません。

RR2F2Amazing location. A couple minute walk from Monastiraki metro station. A short walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis museum.
Stayed in single room, with private bathroom and balcony. Check in was quick. I arrived early so left my luggage in coin lockers for the morning. Room was clean, shower was good (hot water and strong) Bed was good. Pillows were just ok. Balcony overlooking the alley was nice. Can sit out there and people watch. There's a common area across the alley in the main building.
Only cons were - no hairdryer, no toiletries, and the doors are loud when they close. So if someone comes in late or leaves early the doors can wake u up. Some street noise of people talking but not bad.
I recommend staying there and would stay there again. l

AAlison’s Silk Road Travels4階のシングルルームに宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で窓があり、開閉も可能でした。部屋には新しくて素晴らしい冷蔵庫があり、冷たい飲み物を飲むことができました。バスルームは小さめでしたが、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。部屋は毎日清掃され、清潔なタオルとリネンが用意されていました。清掃員の方もとても親切でした。荷物を全部置くのに十分なスペースがあり、こじんまりとしていましたが、料金を考えると非常に良かったです。毎朝朝食を食べました。とても素敵な朝食ルームでした。朝食は基本的なものでしたが、すべてがとても新鮮で、きれいに盛り付けられていました。1階はタバコの強い匂いがしたので、喫煙フロアだと思いました。私が宿泊した4階はとても静かで、全くタバコの匂いはしませんでした。禁煙の旅行者として、これらのニーズは満たされています！受付スタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。ホテルは中心部に位置しており、アテネの主要観光スポットはすべて徒歩わずか20分です。散歩も最高です！たくさんの興味深いお店があります！考古学博物館もホテルから歩いてすぐなので、立地も抜群です。鉄道駅のメインラインまでも徒歩わずか15分です。すぐ近くには12ユーロ程度で本格的なディナーを楽しめる素晴らしいお店があり、とてもお得です。このエリアのショッピングもとても気に入りました。とても快適な滞在で、また必ず利用したいと思います。女性一人旅でしたが、ホテルではとても安心して過ごせました。ベーシックな清潔なホテルで、お手頃価格です。添付の画像は、部屋の写真など、記載されている内容の一部です。

ゲゲスト彼らが間違ったホテルに私を予約したのでTripでこのホテルに予約しました-別の話-到着時に、女性は旅行後に私に請求しようとしました。私は彼女が混乱のためにすぐに殺すことができると思ったという印象を受けました、そして私は彼らが少し混乱した後に整理されたTripによる予約のミスのために疲れ/ストレス状態にいます。
私はそれを持っておらず、彼女は最終的に寛容になりました。それ以来、それは大丈夫でした-残りのスタッフは大丈夫でした、それはホテルより劣っていましたが、私は実際にそれを予約しました。短期滞在のための基本的なホテル、施設はありませんが、フェリー港とアテネの地下鉄に近い。部屋には便利な冷蔵庫があり、近くにはたくさんのバーやレストランがあり、興味深い市場のすぐ隣にあります。

RRaunaq GhoshThe hotel is located in a nice place. All the major attractions are 1 - 3 metro stops away, which hardly takes 10-15 mins from the gate of the hotel to the gate of the attraction. The staff is really nice, the person who was doing morning shift on 22nd gave me an early checkin, very kind of him. The lady in the night shift, I think her name is Lana, she is also very helpful. Caffe and restaurant near the hotel are nice, multiple options are there.
Now coming to the condition of the hotel - it’s not up to the basic standards. The rooms are very very old, the bathroom is in a pathetic condition ie old fittings, old marble (worst ). The building is in a mess. It looks like the hotel is not renovated since the time it was built. The lifts are scary. The lights in the room are dull. It’s better to book a hostel than this hotel in the same price point. There is a smell of chemicals on the
Hotel floors. The hotels next to this hotel are way way better, there are 3 4 of them in the same lane. PS - incase you want to use the aircon they’re gonna charge you 5 euros per day , though I really doubt that the aircon will work, but still. The heater in the room was also not working. In the night you don’t get hot water, it will only come in the morning.

ゲゲスト値段の割には良い滞在だった。駅から近く、タオルは毎日交換され、すぐそば（斜め前）に安くて美味しいケバブ屋がある。フロントのごつい男性はとても親切だった。
ただし、まず場所はあまり良くない。駅からホテルまでの道は夜中でなければそれほど心配ないが、女性にはオススメしない。そして、ホテルを背にして右に3ブロックほど行くと、マニラのスラム街なみの危険地帯に行き着く。麻薬中毒者だらけ。
あと、部屋にはシャンプーや歯ブラシ類は無し。それから、シャワーカーテンがないため、どれだけ上手く入ってもトイレはびしょびしょになる。
でも、値段を考えれば許せる。そんなホテル。
