朝食はとても良いです、子供を連れてくるのに適しています、ホテルの場所は素晴らしいです、海辺のリゾート、駐車場があります🅿️。 Ctripは部屋を予約し、ビュッフェ式ディナーも提供しました。とても驚きました。さらに、フロントデスクは消費税として6.25ディナールを支払いました。このアフリカへの旅行、この滞在は完璧でした！

Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

Nice family hotel with decent breakfast , rooms were clean

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
