Help with luggage was great coming and going. Wasn't happy with being denied extra bottles of water at front desk. It's water. Refrigeration could have been colder. Freezer part did not freeze my ice cream. The view was perfect. The pics of musical artist are a plus. Our room was not cleaned, not sure why, seemed to be a mix up with staff assignments. We had to ask for more towels and linen. We ubered to where we had to go, but just looking on the valet staff are very friendly and courteous to everyone. This is our 3rd time lounging here. We will return.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to downtown, has an old school vibe, the rooms are well appointed and the spa/gum/grotto pool is AWESOME!! I would 100% stay here again!

すべての部分で満足したホテルです。 参考までに、空港シャトルを利用する場合は、空港に到着してすぐにホテルに電話すると、1015分以内にシャトルを利用できます。また、温かい水で泳ぐことができ、ロビーにスターバックスがあり、快適にカフェを利用できました。スターバックスで売られている果物は国籍に関係なくすべておいしく食べられると思います。しかし、ベーコン、ポテトなどが入ったサンドイッチ類は本当にました。東洋人が食べるには多少無理があります。

新しく改装されたホテル、部屋の大きさとレイアウトはとても良いです、カウンターのスタッフも良いです!唯一の大きな欠点は、タオルに長い黒い髪と短い白い髪が見えたことです。幸いなことに、私はそれを見ました。そうでなければ、白いタオルに白い髪がありました。気づかずにまったく見えませんでした。MSUの卒業式の間、住宅価格はとんでもない高価でした
