非常におすすめのB&Bです。ベッドルーム1室、リビングルーム1室のレイアウトで、設備の整った清潔なキッチンとバスルームが備わっています。駐車場は無料、地下室のドアはカードで自動開閉し、無料のレンタル自転車もあります。窓からの眺めはドライブやDIYクッキングに最適です。チェックイン時に少しトラブルがありましたが（2部屋予約したのに1部屋分の登録コードしか受け取れなかったこと、セルフチェックイン機で顧客のフルネームが保存されず、1部屋では姓がピンインで、もう1部屋では名がピンインで入力されていたため、セルフチェックインにかなり時間がかかりました）、それ以外はすべて完璧でした。

このホテルは典型的な B&B としか言えません。私たちは P1 まで車で行き、シャトルバスに乗り換える前に駐車しました。しかし、この場所は小さくて設備が整っていますが、期待しないでください。私たちが到着すると、アジア人の女の子が出迎えてくれました。必要な設備や設備について説明します。また、3時間半運転するのは疲れます。ホテルまで何時間も経つと、突然アジア人の顔を見るとすぐにフレンドリーな気分になり、率先して彼女に暖房の入れ方を尋ねなければなりません。そうしないと、たとえ夜でも早朝でも非常に寒くなります。 10月上旬のオーストリア！

とても素敵なリゾートで、敷地も広く、とても便利です。リゾートからハルシュタットまではボートで1人10ユーロでした。ハルシュタットからは公共バスがリゾート前のバス停まで直行します。 しかし、trip.comの部屋に関する間違った情報にはかなりがっかりしました。私たちは2組のカップルなので、最初は2部屋のシャレーを予約したかったのです。予約したとき、trip.comのウェブサイトには1部屋に最大2人まで泊まれると書かれていました。そのため当然2部屋予約しなければなりませんでした。リゾートに到着したとき、4部屋のシャレー2部屋分の料金を支払わされたことに気付き、ショックを受けました。もちろん、もう1つのシャレーは利用しませんでした。 trip.comの間違った情報のせいで、まったく必要のない2部屋分の料金を支払わなければならなかったのは、まったく不公平でした。 私は損失に関して trip.com に補償を求めていますが、4 日が経過してもまだ解決策についての連絡を待っています。

Ingesamt hat alles gut geklappt. Es waren alle sehr freundlich. Ich möchte nur darauf hinweisen wenn das ein Gast nicht aushält, dass es nicht möglich ist ein Fenster zu kippen um frische Luft zu bekommen, dann ist das Zimmer nicht geeignet. Es ist sehr klein und die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage einzuschalten geht für mich nicht. Das Frühstück bietet alles und ist sehr gut.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

Ich war nur 7 Stunden im Hotel - einchecken, schlafen, auschecken - für so einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen ok. Bei längerer Aufenthaltsdauer würde ich mich anders entscheiden

ホテルは市内中心部に位置し、電車の駅からは徒歩10～15分です。中央駅まではライトレールで2駅です。 周辺には多くのスーパーマーケットがあります。 ホテルにはカジノがあり、高齢者の方々がバスでグループでアクティビティに参加しているようです。 部屋の排水口が詰まっていました。フロントに問い合わせたところ、週末は誰もいないので部屋を変えてもらえるとのことでしたが、結局誰も修理に来てくれませんでした。 全体的に見て、市内と湖水地方を結ぶ拠点としてはまずまずの宿泊施設です。 ここから湖水地方の交通拠点であるバート・イシュルまでは電車で2時間弱です。オーストリア・レジャーカードを使えば無料で移動できます。

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.
