カナダオンタリオ州の4つ星ホテル

立地が便利で、ホテルまでシャトルバスが出ています。部屋も悪くなかったです。

立地は素晴らしいのですが、車でお越しの場合、小型車であれば駐車場に直接停められます。ただ、私たちの車はサイズが大きかったため、一泊55ドルのバレーパーキングを利用するしかありませんでした。しかし、部屋の清潔さは期待以上で、バスローブも完備されていました。フロントではスリッパの要不要を尋ねてくれ、無料の水もあり、高層階にアサインしてくれたりと、対応が非常に丁寧で親切でした。

The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the location was perfect. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit.

このホテルは空港にとても近く、朝食もまあまあで、公共のランドリールームもあります。ここで困ったことがありましたが、とても熱心な中国人の従業員がいて、特に感謝しています。しかし、バーの他の従業員の仕事態度は平均的であり、ホテルは十分に新しくありません。ホテルの前にステーキハウスがあり、とても美味しいです。2回行きました。

部屋によって設備が違っていました。1日目は電子レンジのある部屋でした。スリッパもありましたが水はなかったです。一度チェックアウトして翌々日に再びチェックインしたら、今度はボトルウォーターが2本あって、でも電子レンジとスリッパはありませんでした。ルームキーが一枚しかもらえないのはちょっと残念だった点です。

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w

ホテルの高層階から見える滝の景色は最高でした。周辺の観光スポットへも徒歩圏内でとても便利です。部屋の天井は少し低めでしたが、窓の外側のガラスが少し汚れていたものの、景色を楽しむ上ではそれほど気になりませんでした。ホテルの朝食は美味しくないので、購入しないことをお勧めします。ホテルの1階にスターバックスがありますよ。

マリオットホテルを我が国のホテルと比較することはできないのも事実です。彼らと我が国のマリオットホテルとの違いは大きいです。私たちはオタワ マリオット ホテルに 2 部屋予約しましたが、そのうち 1 つの部屋には独特の臭いがしました。私もマリオット会員なのですが、フロントに提示したところ、Ctripで予約したためポイントが貯まらないと言われ、ポイント登録を拒否されました。客室にはボトル入りのミネラルウォーターはありません。フロントデスクに電話すると、1本3元（カナダドル）だと言われました。部屋まで届けてもらうのもサービス料がかかるので少し高いかなと思います。しかし、場所は良いです。次回オタワに行くことがあれば、このホテルには二度と泊まりません。

The hotel is very nice and modern throughout. The only issue is the hotel is on a flight path into Pearson International Airport and is very bury with planes going over the top of the property overnight and early morning!
