A very spacious family room for 4 adults. The room rate has already included buffet breakfast and free parking. The buffet breakfast has various selections, which is the most enjoyable hotel breakfast I came across in Canada. Value for money. Highly recommended for any visitor who plans to stay in Ottawa.

The staff were amazing, The breakfast was very tasty and delicious. I will book again when going to Kanata.

Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is.

Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts.

期待以上でした。お部屋がこんなにデザイン性が高く、高級感があるとは思っていませんでした。星付きホテルの部屋よりも広くて新しく、とても素敵です。家族全員大満足です。次回もぜひ予約します！

私たちは2日間で2つの火災警報を持っていました、誰も私たちに言ったとき、私たちは予約をしました。最良の時間 ppl私たちは恐れています、私たちは外に出なければなりません...スタッフなしで私たちにあまり時間を説明しません。私はフロントデスクで尋ねました、そして女性は私を無視しました。他の女性は私が何をしているのか尋ねなければならないと説明しなかったのですか? Pplは実際には恐れていました...彼女は最も無邪気な方法でイエスに言いました。また、到着した時も、バスルームにまだ髪の毛や物が取り除かなければならなかった。早くチェックインするのですが、部屋は準備ができていると言っても大丈夫だと言われました。明らかに100%きれいではなかったです。朝食はとても基本的なものです。コーヒーが空いているとフロントに言わなければならなかった...プラス、フロントで私を歓迎してくれた最初の男は同情的ではなかった。他に行く予算があるなら、ただやってみてください。

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Although the location is slightly quieter and around a 5–10 minute walk from many attractions, I actually appreciated this are there are some nice areas to walk . The room was absolutely perfect ,spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in town. Slightly on expensive side but overall worth it !

Great place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.
