とても「丁寧」なこだわりが詰まったホテルです。妻と私が気づいた点は次のとおりです。 1. スリッパは白い綿スリッパではなくシルク調なので、歩いていても濡れる心配がありません。 (画像3) 2.使用されているXiaomi TVはスクリーンキャストに非常に便利です。息子に「河西回廊」第8話を見ました。 (図8) 3. WiFiは各部屋で独立しており、混合使用よりも安全です。 4. チェックイン時に九公哥の軽食をプレゼントし、翌日景勝地に持って行って食べることができます。 5. 朝食は清潔で衛生的で、すべての皿、箸、カップは専用の消毒キャビネットに置かれます（屋外や単純なカウンターに積み上げられるのではなく、図 6/7） 6. ソケットには USB が付いています (図 5) 7. スマートトイレ、サーモスタットシートクッション。こちらはお子様にも女性にも優しいお店です。 （ただし、トイレの洗浄水が少し強すぎて飛び散ることが多いです。修理可能です） 8. 本来は14:00チェックアウトの予定でしたが、グランドキャニオンから戻ってきたら15:30近くになっていましたが、ウェイターは何も言わず普通にチェックアウトしました。 9. 帰るとき、ウェイターは私に農福泉のミネラルウォーターを 2 本くれました。これは移動中に飲むために特別に加熱されました。 ホテルの立地も良く、タクシーの利用も便利で、繁華街までは1キロ以上離れており、家族旅行に最適です。

新しく改装された部屋は非常に上品で、デスクと間仕切りが一体となっており、流れるような自然なデザインです。洗面台、バスタブ、トイレはそれぞれ独立しており、互いに邪魔することなく使えます。洗面台の素材は厳選されており、水滴が銅の鈴のような音を立てるほどです。この広さなら、日本では部屋が2つ作れるほどでしょう。小型冷蔵庫は非常に実用的で、食品を保管でき、莫高窟デジタルセンターの午前8時45分からの最初の回に間に合わせるという特別なニーズにも応えてくれました。外壁は48壁で、耐震性と断熱効果が優れています。防煙避難マスク、カミソリ、バスタブカバーなども完備されています。送迎サービスはさらに便利でした。9階のレストランテラスは、景色を楽しむのに最適な場所です。特に、送迎の連絡をしてくれたシャオダイさんには感謝しています。携程（Ctrip）で航空券とホテルを予約した後、ホテルに連絡して送迎をお願いしました。4月2日に成都から蘭州を経由して敦煌へ（嘉峪関経由）飛びましたが、強風のためフライトが3回も遅延の通知を受けました。担当のシャオダイさんは常に私と連絡を取り続けてくれ、嘉峪関から離陸し、滑走する際にも再度確認を取り合いました。フライトは4時間遅れて到着しましたが、着陸して電源を入れると、送迎のウーさんからメッセージが届いており、順調にホテルに到着しました。シャオダイさんのアドバイス通り、午前7時50分に出発して莫高窟デジタルセンターへ向かい、午前8時45分の最初の回に間に合い、その後は希望する特別窟のチケットも無事に入手でき、その後、莫高窟で公開されているすべての資源を見学できました。4月4日、フロントでバスが空港に行くか尋ねると、ちょうどシャオダイさんが勤務しており、送迎を手配できると教えてくれました。私が部屋番号を伝えると、シャオダイさんは送迎の件で以前から私と連絡を取り合っていたことを思い出してくれました。シャオダイさんとのやり取りを通して、ホテルのあらゆる細部にまで行き届いた質の高いサービスを感じることができました。もし最高評価が10点だとすれば、私は12点を与えたいです。敦煌は一度や二度来るだけの場所ではありません。

This was my first stop in China and I’m so happy that I stayed in Dunhuang at Baibaili Hotel. I was looked after so well, the hospitality of the staff extended many times for several necessities and I’m touched by their hospitality. This will for a very long time, be my remarkable first impression of China, its people and their culture. The location is perfect if you want to stay a bit further out from town and enjoy the silence of being closer to the desert and the stunning design of the place. Beautiful and comfortable room, all the final touches refined every day and after 24 hrs of travelling; a generous fruit and snack plate that grounded me sweetly into Dunhuang upon arrival and farewelled me just after mid-autumn with a beautiful moon cake. Overall, I'm giving this hotel five stars, but it's not for everyone. This place is for people seeking a slice of life...It promotes a slow pace and to really understand the hotels value you need to actually spend time there. Also looks really ideal of families - lots of area for kids to roam without getting into trouble. If you just want a bed to crash in while spending most of your time outside, don't stay here. Also if you want the most Instagrammable hotel around? Yes, book it. Pros: Amazing view, super peaceful. The layout feels like a camp you walk out and you're right in the common area, easy to relax. I came back late one night and heard absolutely nothing for a long time. Service is genuinely 5-star; they really care about your experience. Some previous reviews mentioned they staff attitude is bad - I confirm this is either fixed or incorrect. Maybe I don't expect people to pamper me 24/7. There are plenty of staff and if you chat to them or make a request they will 100% help. Rooms are cleaned well. Some previous reviews said the aircon was bad, but mine worked great, and hot water never ran out, temperature is easy to control. Also, people said no food delivery - wrong. I got delivery even during a sandstorm, no issues. Taxis and Didi come to the hotel fine, about 12 kuai from the center. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small. If you're over 177cm / 73kg or have a broad build, I can't recommend you stay here. I kept bumping into walls, and the shower curtain stuck to my skin mid-shower – my biggest letdown. The room gets hot, stuffy, and smelly if you turn the aircon off during summer days. I made that mistake once. I'd suggest the hotel install sensors to manage temperature or air out rooms when guests are out. Breakfast is simple – looks and tastes fine, but gets repetitive and you can't choose from a menu.

敦煌夜市のすぐ中にあり、車で行きましたが、ホテルに駐車場はないものの、徒歩5分のところに駐車場があり、アトゥールが駐車料金を負担してくれました。 ホテルのすぐ下は夜市で、夜は様々なパフォーマンスがあり、食べ物もたくさん、屋外の屋台もあり、非常に西域らしい雰囲気です。ホテルの朝食はとても美味しく、サービスも素晴らしく、夜には夜食のヨーグルトを届けてくれました。 部屋のタイプも適切で、寝具も快適でした。

こちらのホテルはサービスが素晴らしく、ロビーにたくさんの猫がいると聞いていたので、ぜひ泊まりたいと思っていました。実際に来てみると、評判通りでした！スタッフの方は率先してドアを開けてくれたり、エレベーターのボタンを押してくれたりします。しかも、階下には猫カフェがあり、そこには子猫たちもいました！部屋の清潔さなども特に問題なく、唯一の欠点は部屋が広いのにゴミ箱が一つしかなかったことくらいです。たまにゴミを捨てるのに少し不便だと感じました😝。鳴沙山、莫高窟、夜市へも遠くなく、車でのアクセスはとても便利です。朝食はとても素晴らしく、種類も豊富で、特色のある軽食もありました。

ホテルの中華レストランはランチとディナーの両方で豊富なアラカルトメニューを提供しており、外のレストランよりも手頃な価格です（宿泊客は12%オフ）。何よりも、料理が美味しく、南方出身の私たちの胃袋を救ってくれました！ランドリールームには洗濯機が4台、乾燥機が2台あり、各フロアの廊下には昇降式の物干しラックがあります。自然乾燥の方が乾燥機よりも効果的だと感じました。客室には毎日ボトルウォーター4本とヨーグルト2個が補充されます。ボトルウォーターが足りなければフロントで追加をもらえます。敦煌は乾燥しているので、ボトルウォーターの十分な供給は本当にありがたいです！ 唯一の不満は、フロントのサービス対応が改善されるべき点です。最終日にルームカードが機能しなくなり、部屋のドアが開かなくなりましたが、連絡してもすぐには解決されませんでした。結局、廊下のスタッフがルームカードを持ってフロントに行ってリセットしてもらい、ようやく解決しました。もしフロントが業務に精通し、緊急事態に迅速に対応してくれれば完璧だったでしょう。

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

今回の宿泊体験は本当にサプライズの連続でした！ホテルのロビーは豪華で洗練された内装で、大理石の床と芸術的な柱状の水景が組み合わされており、一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間から高級感が溢れていました。客室は広々としていて、レイアウトも合理的。柔らかな大きなベッドはとても快適で、窓際のくつろぎスペースは日当たりが最高で、座って景色を眺めるのは格別の心地よさでした。バスルームのスマートトイレと洗練された洗面台のデザインはとても気が利いていて、細部までこだわりを感じます。ホテルにはランドリーエリアも完備されており、複数の洗濯機と乾燥機は旅行者にとって本当に便利です。また、中庭の緑豊かな景観も印象的で、屋内にいながら自然を感じることができました。サービスも非常に丁寧で、滞在中の体験は文句なしでした。次回もぜひこのホテルを選びたいです。

Very good choice to visit de Buda Temples. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good, but I missed some fruit choices. I have stayed in many other Holiday's Inn in China and this was the first time that I received a bath towel worn out and with some holes, but was clean. The air conditioner was off and the provided us a ventilator.
