A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We left with very warm impressions and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

ここのサービスは本当に素晴らしかったです。荷物を部屋まで運んでくれたり、ウェルカムフルーツも用意してくれていました。特にプラムがとても甘くて、どこで買ったのか尋ねて、市場でたくさん買って実家に送ったほどです。 3泊続けて滞在しましたが、到着後すぐにWeChatで位置情報や観光ガイドのPPTを送ってくれるなど、細やかな気配りがあり、心遣いが感じられました。 寝具もとても良くて不思議でした。私も友人も普段はあまりよく眠れない方なのですが、ここではぐっすり快適に眠れました。理由は分かりませんが。 友人の紹介で宿泊したのですが、彼が強く勧めていました。この後、桂林に行った際も系列店に宿泊しましたが、閑散期だったからか部屋をアップグレードしてくれて、本当にきめ細やかなサービスでした。

An unforgettable stay in Yangshuo! We stayed at Waterside Boutique Hotel for two nights and absolutely loved everything about it. The hotel is peaceful, spotlessly clean and has such a warm, personal atmosphere. Our room opened directly onto the terrace with an infinity pool and the most incredible view of Yangshuo’s beautiful karst mountains. Waking up to that scenery was simply amazing! The food was excellent as well, but what really made our stay special was Mimi. She was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. She arranged our transportation, helped us plan what to see and do in Yangshuo, gave us great recommendations and even arranged fresh fruit for our room. She genuinely took care of everything and made us feel so welcome. This was much more than just a hotel stay – it felt personal, relaxing and very special. One of our favourite hotels during our trip around China, and a place we would happily return to. Thank you, Mimi, for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

今回の桂林旅行で象山の近くにあるヴェルサイユホテルを選びました。立地は本当に最高です！象鼻山景区まで歩いて行けますし、両江四湖へもとても便利です。ホテルの下には桂林米粉のお店があって、とても美味しく食べられました。部屋は広くはありませんが、きれいに掃除されていて、ベッドも快適でした。フロントのお姉さんのサービスもとても親切で、観光ルートも教えてくれました。コストパフォーマンスが良く、次回来る時もまた泊まりたいです！

The hotel’s biggest strengths are undoubtedly the fantastic views of the Longji Rice Terraces and the very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are also spacious and generously sized. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The biggest concern was the discrepancy between the hotel description and the actual conditions. We specifically booked a non-smoking room. The hotel description states that there are non-smoking public areas, designated smoking areas and non-smoking rooms. In reality, smoking appears to be permitted throughout the hotel. This resulted in significant cigarette odours, including unpleasant smells reaching our room. The hotel is also advertised as having a 24-hour reception. However, when our neighbours were having a very loud party at around 1:30 a.m., smoking in the corridor and creating considerable noise, we contacted reception but received no response. Based on our experience, the reception was therefore not staffed 24 hours a day. The advertised fitness room was another disappointment. There is indeed a photo of it online, so guests can see the area beforehand. However, in reality, it consists of two treadmills that were not connected and could not be used due to the lack of power outlets, as well as another basic piece of exercise equipment. The entire area was heavily overgrown and poorly maintained. The small children's playground was in a similarly neglected condition, with significant vegetation and green growth covering the equipment. We also found that the towels had a musty smell, and there were unpleasant odours coming from the toilet and drainage system. The breakfast was also disappointing. It consisted of a classic Chinese breakfast with no buffet, and the selection was quite limited. In addition, coffee, water and other drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. For a hotel advertised as four-star, we found this rather disappointing. There is also a fish pond which, according to the hotel description, appears to be an attraction where guests can catch or feed fish. During our stay, however, we did not see any live fish there — only one dead fish. Overall, we had the impression that several facilities are listed in the hotel description, but their actual condition or usability does not correspond to what we would reasonably expect. The location, spectacular views and genuinely friendly staff are definitely the highlights of this hotel. However, considering the maintenance, cleanliness, smoking situation, non-functional facilities and the discrepancies between the advertised services and what is actually provided, we would personally rate this hotel closer to a three-star experience rather than a four-star hotel. The hotel has a lot of potential, but considerably more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, accurate information and the actual usability of the advertised facilities would be needed to justify a four-star experience in our opinion.

春節は金色で、興平古鎮は本当に人が多いです。幸いなことに、古鎮から少し離れているので、最も重要なことは、庭がとても美しく、正面があることです。ホール、バー、アトリウム、裏庭があり、クラシックとモダンが融合しています。どこもとても快適です。春節期間中は多くのゲストがいますが、クルーズに関するもう 1 つのヒントがあります。九馬華山の近くにあります。九馬華山桟橋まで行って往復し、ホテル内には比較的人が少ないです。それから、庭で魚を観察したり水遊びをしたりして、裏庭に行って田舎道をたどったり、菜の花畑の周りを歩いたり、脇の路地から漓江まで3～5分ほど歩いたりしてみましょう。このホテルには、さまざまなオレンジ、チョコレート、ビスケットが揃っており、家族旅行に最適です。 1 つ目は、シェフが調理したビールフィッシュが美味しく、夫と子供たちが大絶賛でした。 ！ゴールデンウイーク期間中は絶対にコストパフォーマンスの高い選択です。オーナーの両親がくれたものです。これからもバックヤードがアップグレードされるとのことです。機会があればまた来ます。ちなみに、バスタブルームは奥にある小さな独立した建物のお部屋で、全体的にアートな雰囲気があり、プールも付いていて、1部屋で2つ楽しめるので価値があります。

We had a fantastic stay in the suites - it’s spacious, clean and have everything you need for a family. Great views right outside of the hotel. I enjoyed flying drone from the hotel balcony - great location and visibility.

翌日、漓江の三つ星クルーズに乗る予定だったので、貸切バス乗り場に近いホテルを探しました。大人3名でツインルームを予約していたのですが、フロントの方が無料でアップグレードしてくれました。ホテルは象鼻山からも近く、飲食店もたくさんあり、とても気に入りました。ただ、防音が良くないのは確かです。ドアに近い方のベッドで寝ていたのですが、行き交う人の話し声や隣の部屋の水を流す音がぼんやり聞こえました。全体的にはとても満足しており、桂林が大好きになりました。

桂林市内で本当に素晴らしい滞在先です。立地も非常に便利で、象山の入り口もすぐ近くです。レストランやショップも近くにたくさんあります。ツインパビリオンまでも徒歩8分です。ホテルにはエレベーターがありませんでしたが、警備員が荷物を運んでくれました。5番と6番のスタッフはとても親切でした。ホテルには、ティールーム、ライブラリー、プレイグラウンド、バーなど、充実した設備とアメニティが備わっています。部屋は清潔で、朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富でした。
