We had read many great reviews before booking this property, but were a little apprehensive about if it would live up to expectations. Oh yes it did! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the property is very well maintained. While lounging by the pool, expect a lizard or two and your morning alarm could be the howler monkeys. This property is centrally located allowing you easy access to the beach and town, but the gardens and pool offer pure tranquility. You can physically feel the energy change as you cross the road and walk up the path up from the beach back to your room. There are steps into reception, down to the pool, restaurant and into rooms, so consider this if not mobile. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the evening meal offered two starter, two main and one dessert option that varied each day. The room was big, comfortable, toiletries provided and strong Wi-Fi throughout, even on the beach. We thought this property was great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

High standard hotel, a quality expected from Hilton's chain. Conveniently located by the airport for those who need to catch an early morning flight or those arriving too tired to go further. Our check in was smooth but the desk person was a bit nonchalant, not to say rude... The swimming pool is an excellent amenity.

滞在して訪れるのに最適な場所です!私たちはハシエンダグアチペリンに関するすべてが大好きでした。スタッフは素晴らしく、プールとプールサイドバーは素敵で、朝食と夕食のビュッフェは素晴らしく、アメニティ(ホットプール、滝、遊歩道)は壮観でした。後で、ここでさらに数日間予約したはずです。

酒店實景和照片一樣好，非常有特色，軟件硬件都很好，孩子們非常喜歡。強烈推薦！ 建議選擇包餐，比在餐廳單點划算（因為是野奢酒店，出去吃飯很不方便，建議就在酒店吃）。餐廳很棒，價格也不算離譜，包餐是三道式（前菜+主菜+甜品），餐後會簽一個賬單，有價格（但包餐不用另付），酒水需另付，小費按這個賬單價格為基礎需另外付。主菜有五六個選擇，出品不錯，量很大，服務也很親切，特別推薦當地特色啤酒。 最高處的lookout觀景台很棒，看落日和星星很愜意。泳池在山間，會有落葉，白天有人打掃（但也不能指望像室內泳池那麼乾淨），但野趣很足。本來也想晚上去遊，但沒想到晚上泳池會有很多青蛙來遊，雖沒遊成但非常有趣。 房間往來餐廳可以叫Golf車接送，隨叫隨到很方便。房間內各種設施很齊全，尤其望遠鏡很棒。 酒店也提供周邊各種付費的短途Tour,可以提前預約，但既然住野奢圖的就是在大自然中放鬆，待在酒店也並不會無聊。

We had a good time this place. Food and room were good. We recommend for good times with less money.

酒店確實有點舊，但保養得還不錯，很乾凈，度假感非常足。尤其是位置非常好，出門就是小鎮中心很熱鬧很好逛（旁邊Pizaa店很好吃）。酒店面朝大海，幾乎就是私家沙灘。沙灘品質非常好，水清沙幼，一直延伸到很遠也不深，感覺雖然不如坎昆的海那麼顏色漂亮，但反而更適合玩（尤其是沖浪）。雖然是公共沙灘，但酒店自己的草坪區很大，可以在酒店的長椅和椰子樹下休息，下兩步台階就到沙灘，所以並不需要去沙灘上和大家搶位置。沙灘很乾凈，也很有人氣，很多租沖浪板和教沖浪的課程，甚至還可以在沙灘上做按摩，很有趣。塔馬林多是旅遊熱點，可以在當地找旅行社報很多短途Tour，我們報的一個晚上看海龜產*的3小時Tour（每年11-4月是海龜產*期），非常有趣。我們衹住了一晚，其實多住一晚會更放鬆。總之值得推薦。

Quiero comenzar destacando que el servicio del hotel fue excelente. Todo el personal fue muy amable, servicial y siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa. Realmente hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera muy agradable. Sin embargo, hay algunos aspectos que considero importantes de mejorar. El primero es el mantenimiento de las piscinas. La piscina de agua dulce estaba tan turbia que no era posible ver el fondo. Incluso se observaba una capa de aceite de las lociones y bloqueadores flotando en la superficie, lo que daba una sensación de poca limpieza y afectaba la experiencia de uso. El segundo aspecto tiene que ver con el acceso a las habitaciones. La primera noche nos dejaron unos chocolates como detalle, lo cual fue un gesto muy bonito. No obstante, nos sorprendió que ingresaran a la habitación sin previo aviso y sin dejar una nota indicando el motivo. Generalmente, los huéspedes asumen que el ingreso del personal ocurre durante el horario de limpieza. Cuando alguien entra en otro momento del día sin previo aviso, puede generar inquietud, ya que muchas personas dejan objetos personales o de valor en la habitación pensando que nadie volverá a ingresar. Considero que sería un detalle importante avisar previamente o dejar una nota explicando el motivo del ingreso. También nos llamó la atención que no nos fuera posible acceder a un early check-in ni a un late check-out, aun cuando habíamos visto en sus redes sociales una promoción relacionada con estos beneficios. Entendemos que probablemente aplican condiciones específicas y que, en nuestro caso, la reserva no se realizó directamente con el hotel. Sin embargo, creemos que la hospitalidad muchas veces se construye en esos pequeños gestos que hacen sentir especial al huésped. Viajábamos con una bebé de pocos meses y, si la ocupación del hotel lo hubiera permitido, un poco de flexibilidad en el horario de salida habría sido un detalle muy apreciado y, sin duda, un factor que nos motivaría a regresar y recomendar el hotel. Finalmente, como buena costarricense, no puedo dejar de mencionar el café. 😊 Considerando el prestigio que tiene Costa Rica por la calidad de su café, sentimos que este es un aspecto con mucho potencial de mejora. Tanto el café chorreado cuyas medias ya se veían bastante desgastadas como el café de máquina estuvieron por debajo de lo que esperábamos en un hotel de esta categoría. Creemos que ofrecer un café de mayor calidad sería un detalle que elevaría significativamente la experiencia de los huéspedes. En general, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y agradecemos la amabilidad de todo el personal. Precisamente porque el servicio humano fue tan bueno, creemos que estos detalles de mantenimiento, hospitalidad y calidad podrían marcar la diferencia entre una buena experiencia y una experiencia realmente memorable.
