スペインカタルーニャ州の4つ星ホテル

This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight. The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table. There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days! The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros. We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!  Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

大変満足したホテルでした。部屋は広く、主要な観光スポットからも近くて便利です。特にバルコニーが素晴らしく、写真映えもしました！ただ、朝食は少し高めでしたが、それ以外は全ておすすめできます。 一点だけ。Ctrip（シートリップ）に記載されていた住所に少し問題がありました。空港からBolt（ボルト）を呼んで、Ctripの住所をコピーしてナビに入力したところ、ホテルとは違う場所に案内されてしまい、困りました。結局、Googleマップでホテルの名前を検索して、そこから徒歩5分ほどでようやく到着しました。ホテルの入り口も少し分かりにくく、うっかりすると見過ごしてしまうかもしれません。

海沿いのとても快適なホテルです。部屋には設備の整ったキッチンがあり、毎日清掃されていました。朝食はオムレツ、ソーセージ、ベーコン、チーズ、ヨーグルト、シリアル、ペストリー、野菜、フルーツなど、どれも美味しかったです。海の近くには設備の整ったビーチはありませんが、フロントでパラソルとタオルを頼むことができます。最寄りのスーパーマーケットまでは徒歩20分です。大きなショッピングセンターもあり、衣料品や食料品が手に入ります。バルセロナ中心部まではタクシーで30分です。カステルデフェルス自体もとても魅力的な街です。海辺でリラックスしたり、バルセロナを散策したり、ビジネス展示会に参加したりと、様々な楽しみ方ができます。

すべてが正しいです。ホテルはかなりシンプルで、部屋は適切で、4つ星です。 公園でいるのは本当です 入り口と到着の受付時間は少し遅く、大勢の人がチェックインしにくく、2人しか受付できません。 駐車場の価格は18€ですが、広場は広いです

ホテルは便利な場所にあり、どこへ行くにも徒歩圏内です。スタッフも親切です。 スパは有料で、14歳以上のお子様のみ利用可能です（正確な年齢は覚えていません）。 特に、小さなお子様連れでのご利用はできません。 乗り継ぎの際の滞在におすすめです。散策にも最適です。

部屋はかなり狭かったです。このメルキュールは、国内のメルキュール（ビジネスホテル）と同じコンセプトで、出張での選択肢が多いですね。大きなスーツケース2つだと、広げるのにかなり苦労しました。ホテルではアメニティは一切提供されず、すべて自分で持参する必要があります（ヨーロッパではこれが普通です）。また、早く到着して荷物を預ける場合、7ユーロ弱の料金がかかるので、注意してください。チェックインは午後からしかできないようです。フロントは英語が通じて、対応も良かったです。他には特に問題ありませんでした。近くにパン屋やスーパーがあって、全体的には便利です。夜はとても静かでした。

すべて順調でした。素敵な女性がチェックインを手伝ってくれ、荷物も預かってくれました。 受付にはコーヒーマシンと軽食がありました。 部屋は広くて清潔で居心地が良かったです。 ホテルはバルセロナ中心部から車で30分ほど離れています。サン・ジョアン駅までは約15分です。

ハネムーン旅行で利用しました。 チェックイン時からドアマンの方がお出迎えしてくださり、お部屋まで荷物を運んでくださいました！！ 出かける時フロント横にいらっしゃったら、毎回にこっと笑顔で挨拶してくださり初めてのバルセロナが安心して過ごすことができました！ 名前は聞きそびれてしまいましたがメガネのお兄さん、ありがとうございました^_^ 観光地にも歩いていけるため、立地も最高でした！ また行く機会があればここのホテルにします。

4つ星ホテルなので、衛生面はさすがに良かったです。空港からホテルまでは20分で、しかも午前3時過ぎの到着でした。有名な観光地からはどこも少し距離があります。ホテルからMSC港までは、土曜日でも15分かかりました。 ホテルの設備は少し物足りなさを感じました。歯ブラシは用意されていませんでしたが、幸い、私たちは持参していたので問題ありませんでした。また、テーブルにはティッシュペーパーもありませんでした。部屋には電気ケトルがなく、日頃から紅茶を飲む習慣がある私たちにとっては少し不便でした。幸い、飲み物と水は提供されていました。 総じて、数時間滞在して寝るだけだった私たちにとっては、コストパフォーマンスはやや低いと感じ、あまりおすすめできません。しかし、ホテルスタッフは皆とても親切でした。

El hotel esta bien. Las instalaciones son correctas y esta limpio. En cuanto a la habitación, lo único que cambiaria es la bañera. Es extremadamente alta y sin antideslizante, ciertamente puede ser un peligro. El colchón era cómodo. El comedor tiene un buffet no muy variado pero correcto, puedes encontrar opciones para todos los gustos. Me gastaría señalar que la política de alergias es espectacular. Soy alérgico al marisco y si se lo comunicas al personal (en el hotel y en el parque) te prestaran especial atención en todo lo que vas a comer. De hecho te frecen un menú aparte solo para ti. Un punto negativo en mi opinión es el gimnasio. No había toallas, esterillas ni maquina de agua. Además una de las maquinas de poleas estaba rota y no había mancuernas. Entiendo que somos pocos lo usuarios de esta instalación, pero poner unas toallas, unas esterillas y una maquina de agua, tiene un coste irrisorio para el hotel. Es una de esas cosas que se pueden mejorar con un presupuesto bajo.
