A 4* Holiday Inn Hotel in Shepperton (Surrey).Prime location for staying at this hotel is Legoland. You would require a vehicle to this hotel. It has lots of open space outside to spend your time with family and friends. Excellent clean rooms, buffet breakfast, (7am -1100 am) and Leisure Facilities (0700 am -2000 am) jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, steam room. There is a Swan Sanctuary near the hotel. You need to pay for parking but, if you are a IHG Member ask them to waiver the parking at the Front Desk. We loved staying at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food  was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

If you’re looking for the ultimate getaway, Hartfield Manor is absolutely the place to be. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be struck by the incredible location; it’s perfectly situated in a spot that feels both exclusive and wonderfully scenic, making it the ideal backdrop for a relaxing break. On top of the top-tier service, the cleanliness of the entire manor is seriously impressive. Every room and common area is kept in pristine condition, and you can really tell the housekeeping team takes massive pride in keeping the place sparkling. Between the spotless interiors, the stunning grounds, and the warm atmosphere, everything about this stay is a total ten out of ten. You’ll honestly be planning your next trip before you’ve even checked out.

The doors are heavy and the steps are slippery under raining conditions. Also the network is very bad

お子様連れで、大量の荷物をお持ちの方には、特にありがたいホテルでした。空港から屋外に出ることなく、雨の日でも濡れる心配なくホテルまで直結の連絡通路があり、チェックインもスムーズでした。早めに着いたのですが、事前チェックインにも対応してもらえました。ファミリールームの防音性が非常に高く、子供たちがテレビを見ていても、親はゆっくり休むことができました。窓から飛行機の離着陸が見える部屋でしたが、騒音は全く聞こえず、とても静かでした！
