イギリスサリーの4つ星ホテル

Every time there is a wedding there there’s luck of service in the bar area and breakfast is not always great as luck of replacing  food hot or cold but in general is good when things are running smoothly.

Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

First time stayed in here, enjoy a lot, location is fab, breakfast is amazing, room nice and clean! Surely will be back.

素晴らしいホテルです。高級チェーンホテルだけあって、部屋は広々としていて清潔感があり、質の良い寝具でぐっすり眠れました。スタッフの方々のサービスは非常に丁寧で、きめ細やかでした。朝食は5時半から提供されており、種類も豊富で満足でした。ロビーから空港ターミナルビルへ直結しており、大変便利です。

率直に言って、2日目までに、私たちは場所に恋をしていました、すべてのセクションのすべてのスタッフは素晴らしいでした。すべての施設は清潔で、よく維持され、仕様まででした。屋内プール、屋外プール、2つのサウナ、アイスプリングプール、テニスコート、果樹園、子供遊び場。アーチェリー、バイクレンタル、ボートレンタルも併設されているので、川でちょっとした旅行ができます。朝食はやってませんでしたが、ケーキのある素敵な小さなコーヒーバーがあり、夕食にはメインレストランが30種類ほどあるビュッフェスタイルを運営しているので、すべてを少し試すことができます。食べ物の質もとても良かったです。最後に、私のパートナーがスパでいくつかの治療を楽しんだことについて言及し、彼女の経験は素晴らしいと言った。優れた宿泊料金を提供するtrip.comにも感謝します。

The place is spacious and cozy, with a modern design. The bathroom is quite large and includes a handrail next to the toilet, which is very suitable for elderly residents who need assistance. The bedroom is equipped with several call bells that allow residents to easily seek help from staff if they feel unwell — a thoughtful feature for the elderly. The bed is soft.

Great hotel, friendly staff that go above and beyond! Rooms of decent standard, however some minor gripes, bed sheets intitially had a small stain and some hairs. The wooden sliding shutters would not close fully causing sunlight to come through early morning. The downstair rooms are joined by locked doors (assuming if booked for families) which allows noise from next door easily. Reasturant was decent food but a little overpriced for the quality. Overall decent stay if a little overpriced.

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

私たちはかなり地元に住んでいますが、娘と彼女の友人のプロムがホテルの地元のワイン農園にいたので、ここに滞在することにしました。女の子のプロムを少し特別にしたいと思いました。 私たちはとても親切でフレンドリーなスタッフが、私たちの滞在を完璧にするために、部屋の冷蔵庫ファンの冷水と天気が暑いものにしました。私たちの部屋のメニューから注文した食べ物は素晴らしく、友達はバーエリアで食事をし、これもとても良かったです。私はお勧めし、間違いなく再びここに滞在します。

Located opposite the station and near grocery store and other amenities. Super friendly staff. They took my bags up to my room and offered to keep my luggage safe the day of checkout Room was a nice size. Loved the water and milk in the mini cooler and the cookies on the coffee/ tea station. No noise from the steakhouse below. Would definitely stay here again.
