Overall it was a good experience staying in Novotel Pekanbaru. In fact this is the third time I’m returning to put up this hotel. The fact that it is clean and the rooms are spacious and surely one of the best hotels along the street.

率直に書かなければなりません。 1.ホテルロビーは非常に印象的です。サイズが大きく スタッフは親切です 2.プールプールの水もきれいな方で、広くて泳いで遊ぶのがいいです。 3. トイレがあまりにも古い感じがあります。 ...そして最も衝撃的なのは..ゴキブリ..ひっくり返って足を動かしましたね.. 大きさは中程度の衝撃でした。 4. ランドリー費用… 5. 朝食の味は良かったし、価格に比べてまともなクオリティでした。 実は次回また利用したいのですが… 改善されることを願ってレビューを残します。

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

- 4つ星ホテルなのに、バスルームのアメニティが不足しています。櫛も綿棒もありません。 - Wi-Fiの電波が遅く、テレビも途切れ途切れに映ります。 - 朝食は種類が豊富ですが、味は改善の余地があります。 - 3歳児の朝食は1人あたり75,000ルピアです。 + 客室には礼拝用のマットとコーランが用意されています。 + 客室の清潔さは良好ですが、廊下のカーペットは埃っぽいです。

Over all is ok, tp check in agak lama krn bnyk kamar yg belum siap, padahal sudah jam 2 siang. Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih baik lagi.

とても清潔で広々とした部屋。 エレベーターもいつでも利用可能。最高のロケーション。窓からはハラームの素晴らしい景色が見えます。 部屋でアザーンと祈りの美しい音を聞くことができます。このホテルを絶対にお勧めします。

good location for golfing and close to airport, covenient choice recommended for business and leisure

滞在全体は素晴らしかったのですが、午後5時のマッサージサービスを予約しようと電話した時、「Baik Bu」と言われただけでした。ところが、スパセンターに到着すると、なんと2人の従業員が昼寝中でした。そして待つように言われました。その後、スタッフの1人が、予約枠はすでに満席で、午後7時に別の予約枠を待つ必要があると言いました。約束を守らなかったのは問題ですが、何の対応もありませんでした。結局、サービスの改善は何もありませんでした。
