部屋は快適で、ベッドも快適、エアコンもよく効き、部屋には金庫があります。欠点: ホテルは表示されている星評価に見合っていません。4つ星だとしたら、とても古くてオーナーに愛されていないのでしょう。エレベーターの牛は交換するかドライクリーニングが必要で、エレベーター自体も乗ると落ちてきますし、2番目のエレベーターはほとんどいつも動いていません。部屋のトイレは常に水が流れっぱなしで、何度もフラッシュボタンを押さないと止まりません。部屋には使い捨ての歯ブラシはなく、シャンプーは毎日補充され、ボディローションは1回だけです。部屋の食器は、ケトルを除いてすべて使い捨てで、部屋にはフォークやナイフはありません。テレビは古く、一度電源を入れた後は電源を切ることができませんでした。リモコンに反応せず、カードを取り出すと電源が切れますが、挿入すると電源が入ります。ホテルの正面玄関前には古い噴水があり、夕方になると作動するため、4階でもバルコニーからの景色を楽しみながら会話することはできません。噴水の音がうるさくて、ヘッドホンをしていても聞こえてしまうほどです。2階と3階の宿泊客には同情します。プールは小さく浅く、プールサイドのパラソルはほとんど日陰を作らず、サンラウンジャーにはタオルや本が投げ捨てられて常に占領されています。これは明らかにスタッフの仕事ぶりが悪く、まともなホテルならスタッフがこうしたトラブルを防いでくれるはずです。受付のスタッフはわざとらしく控えめで、まるで役人の受付にいるような気分で、ホテルにいるという感じがしません。しかし、一番がっかりしたのはビーチです。まず、宿泊客が料金を支払う必要があるとはどこにも記載されていませんでしたが、まあ、ここはビーチクラブと呼ばれていて、通常このような施設は料金に見合う価値があるものですが、この場合はそうではありません。ここでは、お金を払って利用できるのは古いサンベッドとパラソル、そして有料のシャワーだけで、トイレは全くないようです。パラソルは非常に小さく、ほとんど日陰になりません。宿泊客用のシステムはありますが、常にフリーズしています。受付には、1日分のサービス料金よりも安い古い安物のコンピューターがあります。私たちはそのシステムを使って食べ物や飲み物を注文しようとしましたが、最初は難しく、カート内の商品を変更するには受付に行かなければならず、私はそうせざるを得ませんでした。その後、受付に注文を送信しましたが、19分後にキッチンが閉まっていると言われました。正午だったのに！ビーチ自体は湖畔のビーチのようで、黒い砂はすぐに汚れるし、小石は足に不快で、靴なしでは水に入ることができないほど暑くなる。近隣のクラブでさえこの問題を解決してデッキを作っているのに、パノラマクラブは客のことを気にかけず、喫煙はできるが、赤ちゃん連れの母親たちはコメントに反応することなく喫煙している。ビーチクラブは午後8時まで営業しているとされているが、昨日7月17日、赤いライフガードのTシャツと安っぽい眼鏡をかけたヴィンチェンツォという男が、仕事に疲れたと言って午後6時15分にビーチを閉めるとビーチ全体にアナウンスした。私たちはすでに19日にレストランを予約していたが、ヴィンチェンツォは絶対に入れないだろう。しかし、問題はヴィンチェンツォという男ではなく、ビーチクラブのひどい経営だ。近隣のビーチクラブはすべて少なくとも午後8時まで営業しており、以前よりも人が少なかった。この豪華さを堪能するのに3泊で1200ユーロもかかりましたが、もちろんその金額は私たちが実際に体験した内容とはかけ離れています。全体的に見て、このホテル、特にビーチクラブはお勧めできません。オーナーには大規模な改修を行い、スタッフにゲストとのコミュニケーション方法を指導し、午後6時には噴水を止めてほしいものです！

最初から最後まで、全てが素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆様は非常に親切で、きめ細やかな心遣いが感じられ、いつも笑顔で快く対応してくださいました。立地は他に類を見ないほど素晴らしく、ホテルからすぐに息をのむような絶景が望めます。特筆すべきは、広々として清潔感のある美しい海水プールです。観光で疲れた体も、ここでゆっくりと癒すことができました。本当に忘れられない滞在となり、心からお勧めします。

Номер отличный! Все свежее, новенькое. Хорошо убирают. Приветливый персонал, удобное месторасположение( рядом остановка) Из минусов только завтрак. Очень скудный-в буквальном смысле выкладывают порцию в лучшем случае на одного человека,не разнообразный.

Camera pulita, comunicazione ottima!

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

清潔感、景色、部屋の設備、スタッフの質も10点満点でとてもおすすめです。ホテル内にはさまざまなレストランがあり、お客様にお選びいただけます。朝食も日替わりで様々なスタイルをご用意しておりますので、お好みに合わせてお選びいただけます。唯一の欠点は、ホテルの場所が少し遠いため、車で行く必要があることです。 しかし全体として、私はこのホテルを強くお勧めします！

Notre séjour étaient super, l’équipe est gentil. Juste par moment des odeurs d’égouts.

I stayed in a completely new and spotlessly clean room—not far from Naples Central Station. The bed was very comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My room faced a busy street, so it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a solid choice for a short stay in Naples.

We originally booked Hotel Aequa for one night and extended our stay to seven nights, which reflects how comfortable and convenient the experience was overall. The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room. Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.
