Hotel Panorama in Maiori is simply wonderful. The location is truly perfect, right on the Amalfi Coast with easy access to everything. The service was excellent and the staff were always kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast with the sea view was amazing, and the rooftop pool is something really special. A highlight was the Ferragosto party, where we had so much fun and enjoyed excellent food. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, who was always available, approachable, and genuinely attentive to any special needs. This personal care made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable.

最初から最後まで、全てが素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆様は非常に親切で、きめ細やかな心遣いが感じられ、いつも笑顔で快く対応してくださいました。立地は他に類を見ないほど素晴らしく、ホテルからすぐに息をのむような絶景が望めます。特筆すべきは、広々として清潔感のある美しい海水プールです。観光で疲れた体も、ここでゆっくりと癒すことができました。本当に忘れられない滞在となり、心からお勧めします。

Номер отличный! Все свежее, новенькое. Хорошо убирают. Приветливый персонал, удобное месторасположение( рядом остановка) Из минусов только завтрак. Очень скудный-в буквальном смысле выкладывают порцию в лучшем случае на одного человека,не разнообразный.

Camera pulita, comunicazione ottima!

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

フェリーターミナルと鉄道駅に近い、良い滞在先です。海沿いの高級な通りにも、内陸のいくつかの通りにも、たくさんのレストランがあります。ピザ 1 枚 6 ユーロの Bruno & Enzos Pizzeria は素晴らしい場所です。ケーブルカーに乗ってモンテ ファイトまで登ると、ベスビオ山、ソレント、カプリ島の素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。ソレント行きのフェリーは 4 ユーロです。ポンペイとエルコラーノ行きの電車があります。部屋は清潔で広く、基本的なコンチネンタル ブレックファーストが付いています。朝食の景色は素晴らしいですが、ツアー グループが優先的に着席できるようです。また、金曜と土曜の夜は、屋上のバーで 23 時まで大音量の音楽が流れるイベントが開催されていたので注意してください。カステッランマーレはソレントほどきれいではありませんが、主要な観光スポットに近く、価格も手頃なので検討する価値はあります。

ホテル自体は大手チェーンホテルに期待する通りの標準的なものですが、サービスは明らかに標準的ではありませんでした。係員付き駐車サービスがあると言われましたが、ありませんでした。バスボーイは私たちに自分で駐車するように言いました。問題ありません。その後、チェックインした後、荷物を部屋まで運んでくれるか尋ねました。受付で荷物チケットを持っているか尋ねられましたが、何も渡されていないと伝えました。バスボーイは入り口の周りに立っていました。彼はすぐに送ってくれると言いましたが、ただ立っているだけだったので、私たちは自分で荷物を持って行きました。私は妊娠6ヶ月で当然そうでしたが、彼らは何も手伝ってくれませんでした。部屋に着くとエアコンが効いておらず、温度を下げ続けましたが、空気はありませんでした。支払った料金の割にエアコンが効いていないことに驚きました。部屋は蒸し暑く、廊下でさえ涼しかったです。また、滞在中に会議があり、会議参加者と同じフロアの部屋を与えられたのですが、予想通り夜は騒々しかったです。夜、廊下で話している声が聞こえたので、フロントに電話したところ、何もできないと言われました。とても親切でした。チェックアウトの際、同じバスボーイが、妊婦が4つの荷物を運び出すのをじっと見ていました。日陰で一日中立っている以外に何をしているのか、本当に不思議です。ここのサービスは最悪で、小さなブティックホテルや家族経営のホテルのほうが、ここより良いサービスを受けたことがあります。この滞在で良かったのは、部屋が広くて清潔だったことくらいです。

Notre séjour étaient super, l’équipe est gentil. Juste par moment des odeurs d’égouts.

I stayed in a completely new and spotlessly clean room—not far from Naples Central Station. The bed was very comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My room faced a busy street, so it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a solid choice for a short stay in Naples.
