Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well. Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area. Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

Air conditioning was not working It took a while to fix it The man in charge was not helpful at all Eventually it was fixed and we were offered a free meal He did not show any interest to help us - the other staff and cleaner were fantastic

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Late flight, so just a good choice before heading to the town next morning.

ホテルは素晴らしく、街の素晴らしいロケーションにありました。スタッフは素晴らしく、とても親切でした。朝食は基本的なコンチネンタル ブレックファーストですが、とても美味しく、コーヒーも美味しかったです。私は間違いなくこのホテルにまた泊まりたいです。スパのプールは冷たく、スパは 1 人 18 ユーロで行く価値はありませんでしたが、ホテルは全体的に素晴らしかったです。スタッフがしてくれたことの 1 つは、部屋で温かい飲み物を飲みたいという私たちの要望に応えてくれたことです。ケトルはありませんでしたが、必要なときにトレイとティーポットを用意してくれたので、とても助かりました。朝は紅茶を飲まなければなりません。ホテル ヨーロッパ、ありがとうございました!

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. It serves our purpose to visit our daughter when the cruise ship she is working on docked there. There is a Bus No 7 from the Station that you can take to the hotel. Though it is not directly outside the hotel but it is walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. Surrounding there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket across the bus stop where you alight. Generally, we could not find many Italians that speak English compared to Swiss. We had a hard time trying to ask for directions. Don't get me wrong. There are nice and helpful people around who voluntarily guide us and helped us on the bus and on the streets.

L’hôtel est agréable et propre. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était très bien. Malheureusement, le monsieur à l’accueil est tellement désagréable que ça donne une très mauvaise image de l’hôtel.
