レバノンベイルート県の4つ星ホテル

We stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality. It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

The stuff are very kind and helpful but the view of the room is terrible ( there is now view, just a wal Infront the balcony door). The floor ( carpet) was very dirty and make my socks/ feet black. The most worst is that i had no warm water at all. After they fixed the problem i had to open the water like for a 15 minutes before i get a little bit warm water. Unfortunately my experience was not good. With all respect to the stuff i could give this hotel 2 Stars maximum.

ホテル自体はまずまずですが、バスルームは少し改装が必要です。一部の客室では、トイレがシャワーエリア内にあります。このような状況は初めて見ましたが、何よりも重要なのは、部屋が清潔で、ホテルが賑やかなエリアに位置しているため、窓には強力な防音対策が必要だったことです。最上階を予約しても、バイクやスポーツカーの音がかなり大きく、深夜0時までしか聞こえません。それ以降は、音は全くしません。私の経験からお話しします。これらのマイナス面を気に留めなかったのは、ホテルのスタッフの方々です。彼らは洗練さとセンスの象徴であり、誰に対しても例外なく親切に対応してくれました。到着した際にも、予約していた部屋をより広く眺めの良い部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。ベッドは快適で、私が何を頼んでも、彼らは快く対応してくれました。客室清掃は毎日行われますが、タオルにはなかなか落ちない汚れが残っていました。ホテルの立地は良く、レストラン、スーパーマーケット、銀行、薬局など、文字通りあらゆるものがすぐ近くにあります。ラウチェ・プロムナードとネジメ広場にも行きました。最後に、素敵な屋上レストランがあり、景色も素晴らしいです。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Exceptional Stay — Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely amazing stay. The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions. Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness. Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.

基本施設。 部屋はデラックスですが古く、より明るさと清潔さを反映する必要があります。 国際レベルに比べ、ホテルは清潔さと品質管理の強化が必要です。 サポートは良かったし、努力は感謝されたが、ホテルの管理は1泊あたりの国際同等の料金を満たすためにもっと投資する必要があります。 国の状況が現在、基本的なサービスに抵抗し、維持することはほぼ不可能であり、ホテルは水/お湯、電気、A/Cから基本的なものをほぼ24/7提供することに注意を払っています。 外の配達を部屋に注文できます。 競争率に適しており、旅行者、若い観光客、地域顧客など、屋外で時間を過ごす予定のお客様。

部屋はとても清潔でした。唯一の問題は、バスルームのドアが腐っていたことです。清掃係に清潔なタオルを頼みましたが、無視されました。ホテルに到着すると、部屋の準備ができるまで45分ほど待たされましたが、荷物係は中身を気にも留めず、私の荷物を床に放り投げました。13時頃、昼食を注文しようとしましたが、ルームサービスの女性は「朝食はありません」とだけ言って電話を切りました。私はホテルのメニューからハンバーガーを注文したかったので、ホテルの外で食べることにしました。それ以外は…食事は素晴らしかったです。ホテルは現在改装工事中なので、朝は工事の騒音がひどく、夜は騒がしい客がたくさんいますが、静かにするように言う人はいません。

Many thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

Местоположение у отеля хорошее, номер понравился, завтрак на троечку, каждый день одно и то же, хумус и соусы кисловатые, яйца заветренные. Также была неприятная ситуация, которая выяснилась, когда мы уже выселились. Сейф в номере не работал и мы в ящике под вещами оставляли кошелек с деньгами. И позже обнаружили, что не хватает 100$. Нигде, кроме как в отеле они пропасть не могли. Так что советую всем быть бдительными, никакие деньги в номере не оставлять и настаивать на исправном сейфе. Видимо обслуживающий персонал, занимающийся номерами в этом отеле недобросовестный.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut. The entire team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Paul, Amira, and Ahmad for their kindness, support, and professionalism. Even the team members whose names I didn’t catch were amazing and made me feel truly at home. The location is excellent, very convenient and central. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lebanon again. Highly recommended.

This hotel has great service and the location is in central hamra near Barbar and many other main restaurants and coffee shops. The price is affordable and the rooms are clean. This is not some 5 star or luxury hotel and the room is not big. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that the rooms were very close together so you can hear people talking to each other or on the phone. Overall, great customer service and value for money!
