LLeeThe reception took a while to wait during check in time, however the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Buggy service infront of lobby is very fast, they helped us to carry our luggage to the room, however when we ordered buggy service from our room, the service is slow, probably higher crowds during the weekend.
Overall the experience is nice and would love to stay here again.
TTomHeeThe bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking.
Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel
The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures.
This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!!
The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth.
The fried rice is surprisingly good.
