部屋はとても清潔で快適で、スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、空港送迎サービスまで提供してくれました。また、1日3食のビュッフェ形式の食事も提供され、どれも美味しく、価格もお手頃でした。海辺のホテルとしては、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。

I was not impressed that no room was available and have not received the refund for not having a room December 11, 2025.

ホテルは素晴らしく、ヴィア・ヴィタ通り沿いの便利な場所にありました。部屋は広々としていて、何よりもアフリカで中華料理が食べられるのが最高でした。3食とも美味しかったです。フロントのサービスも素晴らしく、特にティアンティアンさんはとても忍耐強く、親切でした！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

滞在中は、食事もしっかり（1日3食、朝食も種類豊富）で、ぐっすり眠れました（部屋のベッドはとても快適でした）。さらに素晴らしいのは、スタッフの徹底した管理と、5つ星の水準を超えたサービスです。何か問題があれば、すぐに解決してくれます。周囲の環境も素晴らしく、夜には散歩をしながらおしゃべりを楽しむこともできます。

ホテルは空港に近い絶好のロケーションにあります。清潔で設備の整ったモダンなホテルです。ただし、レセプションデスクとコリコ&コレストランでのサービスは4-Starsです。レセプションはいつも混雑しており、スタッフがあなたの世話をするのを待つのに多くの時間を費やします。しかし、彼らはあなたを待たせることを謝罪し、フレンドリーです。レストランの食べ物と品種は素晴らしいです。私は主に郷土料理を食べました(私は毎日朝食を食べ、友人や親戚と数回の夕方に夕食を食べました)、私のラゴスの味蕾は食べ物が味が優れている日を検出することができます(シェフが違うに違いない)他の日と比べると、食事は暖かく楽しかったです。インターンペストリーシェフ(デボラ)とフードアンバサダー(ニミ)のおもてなしを認識しなければなりません。どちらも、お客様が食事とホテルの滞在をどのように楽しんだかを確認しました。彼らは美しい笑顔で仕事をし、みんなとうまく関わっていました。デボラは真の宝石であり、ホテルのブランドに莫大な価値を加えます。彼女のパフパフは完璧な10/10です。

This is the best place to be, they provide excellent service and the room is very clean and the WiFi in the room is also great. The Airport pickup is very accurate. Next time I’m in Lagos I will definitely stay there again ☺️

He was always present with a smiling face and went above and beyond by personally checking in on me and offering custom dishes outside of the standard buffet menu. Four Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

王瑞店長服務很周到，接送機或者其他用車需要都安排得很及時，偶爾突發狀況反饋後也會很快處理好。當地黑人服務員也很友好。元寶狗狗也很乖很好擼… 附近不遠還有她家的2店，有適合商務宴請的大包廂，我們的尼日利亞當地客户很喜歡她家的中餐。 地理位置離機場很近很方便

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance
