The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.

Beautiful hotel, but as a new hotel they are poorly unorganised and many amenities are still yet to be completed. Couldnt vook the meeting rooms. The internet in the rooms always dropped out amd very unreliable to do business meetimgs, I had to rum team calls down near reception. Inconvenient!. ,I stayed in 3 different rooms and woke up to no hot water for a shower more than twice. Poor comtrols in place to ensure a customer room is ready and functioning. The food is probably great for locals but not for westerners. Many advertised meals they simply dont have. Great poolside, but no outside bar, or aloud to have a drink in the pool area. I will be a regular business visitor to Butuan during 2025 and therefore looking for a decent place that has a variety of food and reliable internet. Didn't fins it here.

私はシアガオアイランドヴィラズで素晴らしい滞在をしました。場所は完璧で、雰囲気は素晴らしく、スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで親切でした。レセプションのエイミーは絶対に素敵で親切でした。スパも素晴らしかった。唯一のことは、予約が9:00だったにもかかわらず、マッサージが9:30に始まったことです。部屋はとても快適で広としていて、費やしたお金の価値は間違いなくありました。唯一の改善は、汚れのないシートを持つことです。全体的に私は素晴らしい滞在をし、100%再びここに滞在します。強くお勧めします。

意外といいホテルです。もともとはインターネットセレブのバユッドに駆けつけたのですが、家を見たところ、バユッドの値段が高くて部屋が狭いと感じたので、頭を向けて同じビーチで探してみて、とても満足しました！ ホテルのスタイルはより伝統的で、すべての部屋タイプは同じで海に面しています！とどまる障壁を選択する圧力はありません。部屋全体とリビングルームは明るく、とても静かで、床から天井までの大きな窓があり、サラウンドサウンドのブルートゥーススピーカー、ウォーターディスペンサー、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシンなど、すべてが利用可能で、朝の海に面しています。太陽の下で目を覚まし、リビングルームに座って音楽を聴き、朝食を食べる（ルームサービスも利用可能）素晴らしい体験です。出発する前に、女性の上司は私が海辺のパビリオンで昼食をとるように手配しました。 チェックインしたとき、私は急いでいました。女将はまだ非常に細心の注意を払って手配しました。私は多くのホテルに泊まりました。ウェルカムレターを送るのはこれだけです。皿には真面目な果物もあります。レストランの韓国料理は中国の味に合わせやすいです。私と友達をバーベキューディナーに招待しました。店で出されるミンダナオビーフはふっくらとジューシーすぎます！ 次回また来て

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

サービススタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、サーフィンから戻ってくると床が汚れるのは避けられません。ホテルは海のすぐそばにあり、日の出を見ることができますが、尖った岩が多く、ビーチはありません。外食したくない場合は、ディナーオプションも利用できます。 以前は予想していなかった大きな落とし穴がありました。ホテルのレストランには常駐のバンドと DJ が常駐していましたが、そのボリュームは膨大で、11 時、さらには深夜まで続くこともありました。日中サーフィンで疲れていても、夜はなかなか寝つきません。そこにいるわずか数日間で、我慢できず早く立ち去りたいというゲストの波に何度か遭遇しました。しかし、ホテルの経営陣は、宿泊客の苦情にはまったく無関心のようです。スタッフも非常に無力で、以前はそんなことはなかった、そして交代したばかりの新しい経営陣は「非常に素晴らしい想像力を持っている」とだけ私に内密に告げただけでした。さらに、Wi-Fiは常にそこにありますが、そこにはありません

It has been the best vacation ever ! Their staff is just amazing, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable, convenient and easy. The location is just perfect. We have all the main points and restaurants closer so, we just needed to walk and no need to use the scooter or tuk tuk. Philippines people is awesome, we were in Coron before but, after visiting Siargao we are sure that we have to come back. If you want to come to Siargao please don’t have any doubt to choose Isla Cabana resort.

5-Star Customer Service: The staff were exceptional, promptly addressing all of our requests and concerns. A special thanks to Raquel for her assistance during an accident, as well as to MJ for welcoming us and organizing our tours. Vanessa deserves recognition for preparing delicious meals and perfecting our coffees. The hotel’s location is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet it's conveniently close to restaurants and busy areas, easily accessible by motorbike. I would suggest offering more activities for guests and expanding breakfast options.
