イギリスカーディフで、ジムのあるホテル

まともなホテルで、駅の近くという中心部に位置し、滞在するのにとても便利な場所です。スタッフはとても親切で、私の特別なリクエストを考慮に入れ、感謝された静かな部屋を予約してくれました。 朝食は、英国の他のホテルの朝食と同じように、特別なものではありません。朝食エリアの素晴らしい景色、手元のスタッフが助けてくれますし、しばしば助けに行きます。 サービスは10/10でした。 部屋自体は少し古く感じられ、タッチアップで行うことができますが、短期滞在には十分に快適です!コーヒーマシンも!

今回は何人かの家族が一緒に旅行しましたが、皆さんのフィードバックから判断すると、ホテルの立地、スタッフのサービス、ホテルの価格など、すべての面に非常に満足しています。まだ許容範囲です。次回旅行するときは、ヒルトンホテルに宿泊することを検討します。

I booked two rooms. Even we were upgraded to a so called executive room, the carpet was dirty with mark. There was a crack in the basin which was the same case as my last stay in 2024. A used teaspoon with chocolate could never be changed and stayed at the same place during our stay for three nights.

Stayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.

We had a great stay! The hotel was such good value for money, the rooms were lovely, with a nice view and had everything we needed and the food and facilities were fab too, we’ll definitely be back when we’re next coming to Cardiff and would recommend it to anyone!

今まで泊まった中で最高のホテルです。プール、サウナ、ホットタブ、ジムなど、たくさんの施設があります。部屋は清潔で、他の共用施設も充実しています。サービスは最高です。チェックインやチェックアウトも問題ありませんでした。さらに、子供には無料ギフトもあります。また必ず来ます。このホテルは 5 つ星にふさわしいです。

Excellent hotel with lovely rooms and outstanding views. leisure Suite is also excellent as are walks around the bay. Highly recommend and will stay again. Service outstanding

Everything is good about this hotel although we stayed in a disabled room this time,we had breakfast included with the room rate,location is good also.

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.
