The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.」

「Very good restaurant staff, good food and very welcoming. But disappointed with the management/maintenance team. Live naked electric wire under the TV. Staff member got shock while checking TV. They left without mending it. Reported the issue with TV not working with reception. But no one bother to come and fix the TV during our stay. Room no. 3011」

「This hotel at the prime location of Jammu is an extremely valuable find and our go to each time we return to Jammu. It is minutes from airport and staffs always know our preference. Room are cleaned every day on request. It is very easy to step into taxis outside of hotel or request for hourly use chauffeur car. It is also very safe for solo lady traveller.」

However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction.
