Dear team at hotel grand sharan, i recently had the pleasure of staying at your property and overall, my experience was quite good. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Thank you for your warm hospitality, and i look forward to staying with you again.

Very good restaurant staff, good food and very welcoming. But disappointed with the management/maintenance team. Live naked electric wire under the TV. Staff member got shock while checking TV. They left without mending it. Reported the issue with TV not working with reception. But no one bother to come and fix the TV during our stay. Room no. 3011

hotel is build at excellent location ,,, Hotel is inside mall, that's biggest mall in srinagar. Hotel staff very helpful & polite. Hotel rooms & services are totally luxurious, Must stay hotel.

This hotel at the prime location of Jammu is an extremely valuable find and our go to each time we return to Jammu. It is minutes from airport and staffs always know our preference. Room are cleaned every day on request. It is very easy to step into taxis outside of hotel or request for hourly use chauffeur car. It is also very safe for solo lady traveller.

The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.

We were 4, and we enjoyed every single moment out there. Also the Hosts - Basharat and Monika were awesome. First and best ever zostel experience we had. The vivid view from the balcony and wonderful woods in the backyard stole the show. Cafeteria and Bonfire were the best places to open up yourselves. The stay was really very awesome We were four and we had our best time over there The hosts Basharat and Monika were too good, we let ourselves out and had immense fun. The rooms, dorms, sitting area, balconies, backyard, cafeteria every thing was on point and stole our hearts. Really… Worth the money !
