My wife and I stayed here one night, traveling with another couple. The location’s proximity to the sights of Nazare is superb! A short walk to the beach and area restaurants as well. The property is clean and well maintained with modern rooms and amenities. Our room had a good view of the beach and the funicular track. The breakfast options were plentiful, something for everyone. There is underground parking on the premises, but if you have a larger car (as we did for four adults and luggage), the turns are tight and most spots have a column to negotiate. We enjoyed our stay, and would book here again.

Though I did not aim for playing golf in this hotel, but it is still worth staying if you plan to stay in Obidos and will drive. The hotel is about 15 min. drive to town centre and parking is easy in the town. Hotel offers free parking and there are quite a lot of park spaces around the area. Some rooms are further away from hotel lobby and restaurant but there are different parking areas around the hotel so that it will still be closed to your room. The room and bathroom are spacious and my room has a stunning view overlooking a large green area and ocean. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean with overall good condition. I had dinner at the bar and breakfast was included in the restaurant, food was ok and you could stay in the bar untill 11pm or 12am (did to remember) if you want to have a drink. You can use the swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) and sauna and you can borrow the robe, towel and locker from them which is convenient. They also have a gym room but I did not use it so I am not sure whether it is also free or not. I will highly recommend this hotel considering the price and everything.

これはスターインに滞在したのは初めてで、少し不安でしたが大好きでした!ホテルはかなり新しく見え、十分な駐車場でビーチを直接向かいます。 2階建ての建物で、すべての部屋には素敵なバルコニーがあります。部屋は標準的なバスルーム、金庫、ミニ冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシンで静かで広かったです。一人は間違いなく車が必要です。チェックイン/アウトは効率的で、ほとんどのスタッフは英語を話しました。屋内プール、バー、レストランがあります。そこで夕食をとり、料理もなかなか良かったです。コンチネンタルブレックファーストが私達のレートに含まれていました。フルーツ、ペストリー、ジュース、パン、チーズの種類が豊富でした。レストランは敷地やレストランから中心に位置していました。ビーチは素敵でした。この場所を強くお勧めします。

Como todos los Ibis es una apuesta segura. Buena relación precio calidad, cómodo, limpio y en esta ocasión el parking bastante cómodo a la hora de aparcar. El sitio no es bonito, pero está cerca del Monasterio de Batalla que era nuestro destino. El check in fue muy, muy lento, debido a unas clientas que tenían algún problema con sus tarjetas. El personal amable.

Our family of 5 adults stayed at Hotel Senshoras Rainhas for two nights over Christmas 2023. We had two rooms in the basement level. One of the double rooms was comfortable enough with an outdoor patio overlooking the wall. The other room was not. Same size as double with an extra bed for a triple. A bit crowded to move around the room. The doors leading to the outside patios were double french style with the tilting top. In the triple room, the additional single bed somewhat blocked full access to the doors. By moving the bed over, one of the doors was able to be opened slightly. The first night, we were not able to correctly close the door to lock. It appeared to have a problem with the top tilting hinge. We slept with the door unlocked. Reported the problem to the front desk. We were assured the problem would be addressed. The second night the door was closed and locked properly, however after we opened the door we incurred the same problem as the night before. Again slept with the door unlocked. Unfortunately, both days, in the triple room, the toilet tissue was not enough. On the second day, the front desk was asked to have housekeeping added more toilet tissue in the room. The request was accommodated, but not in enough supply. The second night we ran out of toilet tissue again. The toilet tissue rolls were very small. Parking was a problem with our luggage not near the hotel. Somewhat narrow cobblestone streets with inclines and depending which parking lot was used, a number of steps were involved to reach the hotel. The hotel offered no assistance with the luggage or reasonable alternative to unload luggage. Since it was the holidays (Christmas Eve & Christmas Day) we made arrangements to have dinner at the hotel. What a waste of money. The first night the soup was at best room temperature. The lamb was dry with no sauce. The alternative fish was not much better. It was a fix menu. The next night the menu was the exact fix price menu from the night before. This time the soup was warm, the dry lamb was soaking in sauce and the fish was still dry. It looked like we were served leftovers from the night before. Do not recommend eating in the hotel restaurant. Very disappointing and not worth the cost. The hotel is a poor example of a 4 star hotel. It is within the walls of Obidos. Good location, but the hardship to unload luggage is not worth the effort. The rooms are small and attention to details is lacking. Simply not worth the cost or the effort to stay at this hotel. The restaurant was very disappointing and not worth the cost. There was no live music as noted on their website. We were offered a limited fix price menu as the only option. The second night we were served what appeared to be leftovers from the night before. Save yourself $$$ and stay somewhere else.

AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOUR FROM THE UK. WORST HOTEL EVER. WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR. WAS FORCED TO LEAVE AFTER 2 NIGHT THIS HOTEL DO NOT LIKE THE ENGLISH. Staff do not speak English and make you feel like your from another planet. I am well traveled and book 10 nights at this hotel and was forced to move after 2 nights. Booked through Love Holidays and they were useless there was no help and their contact number abroad gets you through to people in India and they say they will help but hang up on you through the call and the hotel don’t care about your concerns. This Hotel is not a proper all inclusive the food is not labelled so you don’t know what you are eating so if you have allergies like us be aware. The food is not edible I have pictures and will add them if I can. Adult and Kids selection is none existent and they don’t even have chips the meat again is not labelled my daughter didn’t eat apart from bread rolls. Pictures are off breakfast first thing in the morning, would not even give to my pet and kids selection none existent and not labelled. Staff are not friendly and the hotel is full of rude locals with no manners they push and shove it’s worst than awful. There was not one English person there. Breakfast is 7.30am and the staff were not even set up at that time the receptionist had to open. Same goes for the spa opens at 8.00 again no one around. If you want a drink after breakfast there is no where to get one until 11.30am the bar is near the reception so a mission to get to if you go to the water park which is not part of the hotel. So kiosk there you have to pay extra for. Main restaurant for breakfast, lunch Dinner is a mission it’s in the main building and you can only get to it from a unsafe wooden stairs or a small lift. The place does not look like the pictures it’s run down. The hotel DOES NOT HAVE IT’S OWN OUTDOOR POOL, they are falsely advertising the only outdoor pool is the water park which is very small and as all the public are there it’s cramped with everyone on top of each other, the entertainment is part of the water park nothing to do with the hotel. I asked the hotel for towels and they would not let me have any for the outdoor sun beds and they said no as it’s not part of the hotel, I even offered a deposit and again I got a no. The in pool they advertised is not a proper pool it’s shallow spa. I got an email just before my holiday saying it can only accommodate 40 people at a time and you have to wear a swimming hat it’s mandatory and to top it you have to make an appointment and you are only allowed an hour in there. No games room. Gym is a joke. If you are going on holiday for the whether this IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU, i went in august it rained for most of the time, it’s windy and cold really depressing. England is warmer, it’s like this all the time. Rooms are basic no complementary toiletries. Would not even give this hotel a 1 star. Entertainment does not start till 9.30pm not suitable if

Calidad precio inmejorable. Parking exterior cubierto y gratuito. Personal muy atento y educado. Tienen la opción de Chromecast para streaming. Repetiré sin duda.

Très bien centré à 5mn du terminal de bus.super auberge.cela vaudrait presque le coup de venir a péniche rien que pour elle.chambres très confortables de quatre avec sanitaires dans chaque chambre.cuisine super équipée avec immense salon attenant avec tables,espace de travail,divans,poufs,etc....chacun pourra se créer son espace perso.staff au petit soin.super petit dej(buffet). tout est bien entretenu.recommande.

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything is available and very close to the hotel. Breakfast is great, staff are nice and I really enjoyed the view from the rooftop. If you want convenience and comfort for a reasonable price, this is a good place.

Was confused why we were told we must pay upfront for our stay before even checking in. We have always paid at checkout. Then we were told our credit cards didn’t work and we must pay cash upfront. We used our debit card to pay but this caused worry for us about our cards. We spent an hour waiting on hold with MC to assure us there was nothing wrong with our cards using up a lot of our roaming phone credit…which turned out to be completely unnecessary. The room was ok with a comfortable bed and pillows. The emergency cord in the bathtub has been cut off at the base and is a safely issue. The internet connection is slow/non existent and most of the cable channels are unavailable. There is no kettle or bar fridge in the room. The breakfast buffet is very sparse with no jams or any hot buffet items beside cold scrambled eggs. There are the usual cold offerings like cheese, cold cuts and buns, bread and cake.

We booked hotel and spa for a weekend for 2. The positive points: The suite was nice with a good view, the lady managing the spa was friendly and helpful. The negatives: housekeeping below standard, guests expected to fetch bath robes and towels at the reception at the other end of the hotel, although the women working there were mainly chatting with eachother. Access to the spa via a public road. Mold everywhere in the spa. After turn down of the room we had to crawl under the bed to retrieve the plastic sandals for the spa that were carelessly pushed below. Breakfast was about OK (eggs from powder) if someone would care to refill empty containers…. All that shows a profound lack of management. We might enjoy the chocolat treatment in the spa again, but certainly without the hotel.

ホテルの駐車場は非常に狭く（道端に7〜8台の駐車スペースしかありません。座標は39.363078、-9.156986）、駐車は困難です。市内へのルートを確認するために出発前にホテルに連絡し、それを捕まえないようにしてください。 2019年4月の滞在では、Porta do Vale ouSenhoradaGraçaゲートのみが市内に入ることができ、右折してR. doCelを進みます。 Pacheco道路を上に向かって右折し、城の下に駐車スペースができるまで50メートル進みます。フロントデスクは道の終わりの庭にあります。間違いのない兆候があります。街を出るときは、まずPorta do Vale ouSenhoradaGraçaの入り口に戻り、市壁の南にあるPortal deまで右折します（Graçaゲートは街に入ることができ、街を出ることができません）。オビドスゲート（ゲートは町から出ることができるだけで、街に入ることができません）、そして街から出ます。駐車スペースからホテルの部屋までは多くの階段があるかもしれません。年配の方や体の弱い方は、フロントデスクの手荷物ヘルパーを手配することをお勧めします（適切なチップをお支払いください。参考までに、大きな荷物が2つある場合は、5ユーロのチップをお支払いします）。 24時間対応のフロントデスクのスタッフは、温かくプロフェッショナルで満足しています。部屋のインテリア設備はウェブサイトの説明に沿っており、快適です。ウェイターの掃除、ゴミ箱の空け、タオルの交換、毎日の部屋のベッド作りに満足。シャワーのお湯はとても良いです、心配はありません。部屋にスリッパはありません。ご持参ください。ホテルのレストランの眺めとサービスはとても良いです。豊富な朝食と高品質。美しい夕食。ラウンジはとても快適で、楽しむことを忘れないでください。城の頂上に直結する隠し扉がレストランにあるので、ハイビューを見逃さずに登ることができます。オビドスの早朝の潮が到来し、夕方の群衆が後退する前は、光は柔らかく、静かで、通りを一掃する価値のある古代都市の本来の味に満ちています。都心部は大きくなく、南北方向のメインストリートは3つしかなく、歩き回るのに1〜1.5時間しかかかりません。

There are positives and negatives to staying at the Pousada Vila Obidos. To their credit, this is a very nice micro-hotel that is situated in an unusual place - Obidos. It is virtually in the shadow of a castle and the old world flair of this town makes it very special. The hotel itself is pretty and nicely appointed. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. Now for the not so good... The hotel is not accessible by car so you need to be aware that you will have to carry all your baggage up a pretty steep cobblestone path and several steps to the front door. We did not know this until it was nearly too late to make other arrangements / cancel. We did receive an email during our travels with a ”warning” but it seemed too late. We arrived during a rain storm, so the cobblestones were quite wet and slippery. The room was not completely clean with a used bottle left behind. Also, there is a cat (or cats) on the property that followed us everywhere. My husband is extremely allergic. Had we known there was a CAT on the property, at the breakfast area, and allowed to jump on the chairs and tables in the dining room we would never have booked here. Sorry, we were disappointed and itchy.

From the condition of the villas to the quality of hospitality offered by staff, this was a huge disappointment. The villas have not been maintained, as evident from many deteriorating aspects throughout. Best example are the bathrooms, where the tiles do not lay flat, and the grout is cracked and very dirty. Ditto for the caulking around the tub. There's a skylight which does not let much light in due tot he accumulation of dirt and debris. The villas were two stories, and our downstairs level, which included the kitchen and living area, was overrun with ants. Not my favorite early morning activity to collect and dispose of hordes of ants. Also, we did not know what was decaying off the patio, which is off the sliding door from the living area, but there was a large community of flies which prevented us from using the patio or even going outside through the sliding doors. I requested that the ”resort” address these issues but, in the 5 days we were there they did not do a thing. Also, there were steep stairs leading down to the entry door, and the railing was very loose and covered with some sticky substance. Again, I asked for this to be addressed so I didn't have to worry about falling the stairs, and it was never taken care of. We had dinner at the ”club” the first night and the food was terrible. Finally, we had made reservations five months in advance for TWO villas, as we were attending a family wedding in Obidos. When we arrived, the staff told us that no, we only had a reservation for ONE villa. They were quite insistent, until we showed them the email confirmation of the reservation. Even then, they were not apologetic. They found a second villa, but it was not convenient to the first, but they said that was all they could do. We also discovered that the wedding planner had come earlier with two welcome boxes, since she knew there were two parties staying a Bom Successo, but the hotel staff told her that only one party was staying there. However, they claimed, to us, that the wedding planner only brought the one welcome box. Did they not think we would talk to her and find out they were just lying? We were promised that the hotel would provide a remediation for us (we suggested a significant discount was in order) due to the abysmal treatment and the deficient accommodations but, despite repeated inquiries, nothing was ever addressed. All in all, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Apartamentos fenomenais, ótimos para passar umas férias em família. È só descer a rua e temos a praia, ou em frente ao apartamento temos uma piscina. Pequeno almoço incluído, mesmo no edifício em frente, com muita oferta e variedade de produtos. Tudo fenomenal. Muito isolado, tendo de fazer vários quilómetros para fazer compras ou encontrar um restaurante. Rem serviço de assistente pessoa. Trocam mensagens para saber como está a ser a estadia a através de whatsapp, podemos pedir uma limpeza, reparação, etc.

This hotel sits on the outskirts of Leiria, and it is easy to get on to the road from there. The reception staff is very friendly, especially the young man. So is the young waiter in the restaurant at night. The food is pretty good. The hotel is modern and clean. It offers a spa area, which I did not use. The bed is quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom is OK. Breakfast is very mediocre, and the coffee, unfortunately, terrible. Overall, ok.
