Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Unforgettable stay in Rimini! Everything was simply wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was amazingly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. As a lovely surprise, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a balcony. Honestly, the balcony was even bigger than the room itself, with a fantastic view! A huge plus was the 24/7 access to drinking water you could go out into the hallway and refill your bottle at any time, which was super convenient. The location is great: the beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby (both fine dining and budget-friendly). Transport is very easy too-you can comfortably reach the main train station by bus. The reception kindly called a taxi for us when we visited the local shopping mall. We also took a day trip to the historic center of San Marino; the shuttle bus stop was easily accessible by local bus. Highly recommended, we would love to return!

会議やビジネスミーティングにも対応できるホテルです。広々とした共用エリアには、快適な座席がたくさんあり、ホテルの中央には素敵な屋外エリアがあります。客室とバスルームは広々としていてモダンです。残念なのは、アメニティが臭かったことです。シャンプー、ボディウォッシュ、ボディローションは臭いがしました。無料のアメニティの臭いが気に入らなかったので、幸いにも自分のものを持参しました。 ビュッフェ式朝食は、温かい料理とペストリーのセクションがあり、まずまずの内容でした。特に目立ったのは焼きたてのクロワッサンとベーコンで、セルフサービスのコーヒーマシンはバーと同じような味でした。新鮮なフルーツは味がしませんでしたが、ドライナッツのセレクションは気に入りました。 受付スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 ジムにも様々なプロ仕様の設備がありました。ぜひまた利用したいですし、他の旅行者にもお勧めします。ただし、アメニティは持参することをお勧めします。

駅からは比較的近いのですが、最初に到着した時、出口を間違えてしまい、ホテルに着くまで20分ほどさまよいました。周辺の通りは非常に混沌としていて危険で、黒人人口が多いです。女性一人旅にはお勧めしません。ただし、ホテルの設備は学生向けのスタジオのように快適です。通りの向かいにはミックラーメンというイタリアンチェーン店がありますが、そこのご飯は絶対に食べないでください！パートナーと私は美味しいと思って3日間そこで食事をしたのですが、ご飯を食べた後、2日間ずっと下痢が続きました。私は午前2時半まで下痢が続き、彼はもっとたくさん食べたのでもっとひどく、7、8回も嘔吐と下痢を繰り返しました。翌日、彼は歩くのに前かがみにならなければなりませんでした！薬を買って、回復するのに数日かかりました。

Отель удобно расположен, в пешей доступности от ж/д Римини 12-15 минут. 10-12 минут от остановки автобуса до Сан-Марино. Пляж до воды 3-5 минут. Персонал вежливый, завтрак хороший. В номере 12 м2, комфортно остановится на несколько дней одному, в 2-м тоже можно на короткое время, если на длительный срок, то скорее всего будет тесновато и номер лучше присмотреть побольше. Убирают каждый день и приносят воды.

コストパフォーマンスが高く、交通の便も良く、旧市街に行かなくても良いという素晴らしい選択肢、駐車場も便利、朝食もボリュームたっぷり、スタッフもとても親切でした。スイートは4人家族にぴったりでした。

Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement. Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.
