Wonderful stay near Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location made it easy to reach the mosque for prayers. Highly recommended for families and pilgrims visiting Madinah.

素晴らしいホテルです！おそらくアルーラで一番美しいホテルです。サービスも素晴らしく、とてもお得な料金で泊まれましたので、皆さんにもぜひおすすめします。 文句のつけようがありません。ただ、私たちのヴィラは鳩でいっぱいでした（山の近くにあったからだと思います）。屋外エリアもプールも鳩のフンだらけでした :( :( あと、自転車を何度も頼んだことがありました。間違っていなければ5回くらいです。スタッフは「確認します」と言ってくれました。私たちは一度も連絡がありませんでした。でも、他のホテルでも同じことがあったので、仕方ないですね。 それでも！素晴らしい体験、素晴らしい時間でした。また必ず来ます :)

My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

プルマンに宿泊し利用したのは初めてでしたが、ホテルは素晴らしく、良いレビューに値するものでした。 ロケーション：預言者（スワ）の毎日の訪問には最適です。 サービス：他のレビューと同様、時間をかけて読んでいただければ…違いはありません。 批判ではありませんが、改善してほしい点が一つあります。朝食の品揃え、見た目も味も格段に良くなりました。ただ、気を付けてください。スタッフは、お客様が食事と雰囲気をゆっくり楽しむのを放っておいてくれないような気がします。きっと、すべて順調かどうか尋ねてくるのでしょうが、一番大事なのは…彼らは、お客様にすぐにホテルのレビューを書いてもらうこと、そして星「5つ星」をクリックさせることにばかり気を取られています。私にとっては、これは押し付けがましいです。 私が何も書かなくても、彼らは送信をクリックさせようとします。星を付けると、クリック方法を教えながらクリックします… 入力が終われば…それで終わりです…あなたはただの宿泊客で、彼らは他の人にレビューを書いてもらうために動きます。

ナバウィ・モスクが一望できるエグゼクティブキングルームを予約し、それに加えて14階のエグゼクティブラウンジへのアクセスも付与されました。1年前に全額支払い済みです。ラマダン期間中のモーベンピックでの2回目の滞在でした。2024年にはこのホテルに18日間滞在し、今年は8日間滞在しました。 エグゼクティブラウンジでは、マグリブからイシャクまでのイフタール用の軽食を提供してくれました。軽食は、テラウィーの祈りの後も午前2時まで提供されています。部屋は広々としてとても快適です。滞在がとても気に入っています。1つ改善が必要な点があるとすれば、サフール中の食事を改善することです。魚やエビが提供されるたびに、魚介類の匂いがまだはっきりしていることに気付きました。きちんと洗ってください。そうすれば、インシャアッラー、食べ物の匂いも味も良くなるでしょう。2つ目に、ブリヤニなどのライスが提供されましたが、まるでイフタールの残り物のように骨だけが残っていました。食事以外は全て素晴らしかったです。ホテルのフロントは幹線道路に直結しており、タクシーやUberを利用するDIY旅行者にとって非常に便利です。エレベーターも多数あり、ビン・ダウッド・スーパーマーケットはホテルの真下と建物内にあります。温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。

Good hotel as per price range compared to others. Around 1 km of walk from hotel, good thing was they provided shuttle bus service to Masjid e Nabwi. Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram. Reception speaks English. Recommended if you are looking for a fair price.

どこも絶景です。他の惑星に来たみたい。 この施設に泊まるのであればまずイージーバイクの確保をオススメします。 バギーを使わずに移動できます。数に限りがあるので、早めに手続きしたほうがいいです。 プールは最高です。みんな写真たくさん撮っています。 部屋のシャワーの温度調節が難しいです。 あと、朝食のコーヒーや*料理は有料なのか無料なのかわかりません。 食べている人はオーダーしていたのだと思いますが、私たちはメニューをもらえませんでした。 結果コーヒを飲めませんでした。少し不親切です。 ちなみに部屋のコーヒーマシンも壊れていて飲めませんでした。 フロントでは無料で飲めます。

すごい!!素晴らしいレセプションとルームサービス、ハラムの景色を望みましたが、街の景色もとても素敵でした。 素敵な人がたくさんいる静かなエリア。

The front desk staffs were polite and friendly. The hotel offers wonderful food, especially the variety of food available at the level 2 level . I’m definitely going back to the same hotel.
