O hotel era bom apenas fiquei desiludido com o site trip porque não avisaram que a piscina estava fechada para obras e o spa. É um site com pouca informação que de deixou desiludido para uma primeira compras.

It was an amazing overall experience. Not enough time to experience everything, like restaurant Raiva, the Spa, exploring the surrounding trails and explore the river by boat. The rooms are incredible, as the breakfast. The architecture and the landscape surroundings are breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and nice. Regarding the breakfast, I was a little disappointed that in our last day, the croissants had ran out and the few last were a little dry compared with the ones we ate in the previous day. Also the outdoor swimming pools were amazing, although the hotel doesn't have enough sun loungers when it's full. Unfortunately we take a boat ride, as the the rates are scandalous overpriced. In the end we enjoyed a lot the experience and would love to come back.

If someone is looking for a non-commercial place, but at the same time warm, friendly and naturally composed, then this is a 100% sure choice: without the advantage of form over substance, excellent cuisine (I recommend buying the HB option, it's worth it!), very friendly staff, no crowds and full harmony with the surrounding nature. The location on the lagoon itself adds an additional touch of nature. Away from the hustle and bustle, without rushing. You may get the impression that time slows down here a bit, or maybe it flows differently?

An absolute delight 😊 this is an incredible place in the middle of nature - the perfect place to unwind. The hotel has indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and gym (all free access). The outdoor includes a kids park and a bar/caffee. The breakfast is amazing 👏🏻 I keep returning to this hotel 😍 Also to mention the hotel staff which is very kind, nice and helpful. A special kudos to Alexandre which is an amazing person and always available to help.

ホテルはとてもきれいでした。部屋も広く、Wi-Fiもシャワーも問題ありません。朝食はパンや飲み物の種類が多くとても美味しかったです。 深夜１時過ぎの到着でしたが、事前にその旨を伝えたところ問題ありませんでした。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けていたので、受け取りに行ったら他のお客さんのものと間違えてどこかに紛失していました。 フロントのスタッフがしっかり対応してくれ、状況も何度かその都度教えてくれたし無事に戻ってきたのでよかったが、この件はかなりマイナスでした。

ホテルはわずかにアーリーチェックインを収容できました。部屋自体はきれいでしたが、カーペットが汚れていました。 屋外プールは改装中で、屋内プールとホットタブを使用しました(チェックイン時にタイムスロットを予約してください)。 路上または非常に急なランプがある地下駐車場に無料駐車場があります。 朝食はまともで、卵、きのこ、ソーセージ、ヨーグルト、ペストリーがありました。コーヒーはもっと良かったかもしれません。

立地は良く、フロントのサービスもルームサービスも良かったのですが、金曜日に到着したため、入り口の階段はアイスクリームのシミで汚れていて、日曜日に出発したときもまだ同じ状態でした。階段に加えて、受付ホールの入り口もケルヒャーの機械で徹底的に掃除する必要があります。

Hotel a precisar de remodelações. O chão range é ouve-se de um quarto para o outro. As noites tornam-se mal dormidas devido ao barulho. Falta de cuidado das áreas envolventes, principalmente a piscina exterior. Pontos positivos: a cama é confortável . Os colaboradores prestáveis. Pequeno almoço com variedade
