以前予約していたホテルに問題があったため、急遽市内のホテルを予約することになりました。Ctripポイントのおかげで、このホテルをリーズナブルな価格で予約することができました。市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、徒歩圏内です。バス停がすぐ目の前にあるのでとても便利です。部屋は広くて清潔で、ベッドも快適でした。電気ケトルも備え付けられており、お湯とティーバッグも用意されていました。バスルームのデザインが少し変わっている点を除けば、すべてにおいて満足でした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえます。空港まではタクシーで15分、料金は約22ユーロです。

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

イビサ島での素晴らしい家族旅行、ただし改善の余地あり 私たち家族は先日、1週間の休暇中にイビサ島にあるこの5つ星ホテルで4泊の素晴らしい滞在を満喫しました。総じて大変満足しており、この島を訪れる他の家族連れにもこのホテルを強くお勧めします。 良かった点： 便利な立地：空港に近いことは大きな利点で、特に家族旅行では、到着と出発がスムーズで手間がかかりませんでした。 完璧な清潔さ：客室から共用エリアまで、ホテル全体の清潔さが常に高い基準を満たしていることに感銘を受けました。こうした細部への配慮が、私たちの滞在を本当に素晴らしいものにしてくれました。 質の高い食事：ホテルのレストランでは、使用されている食材の品質の高さがすべての食事に表れていました。提供される美味しく新鮮な料理を心から楽しみました。 素晴らしいスタッフサービス：私たちが出会ったスタッフは皆、非常にフレンドリーで親切、そしてプロフェッショナルでした。質の高いサービスを提供しようとする彼らの献身的な姿勢のおかげで、私たちは温かく迎えられ、きちんと対応されていると感じました。 改善点： レストランのスタッフ配置：ピーク時の食事時間帯には、メインレストランのスタッフが不足しているように感じました。そのため、残念ながら行列ができていました。この問題に対処すれば、すべてのお客様のお食事体験が大幅に向上するでしょう。 日中のアクティビティの少なさ：オフシーズンの滞在だったことが原因かもしれませんが、日中にもっと多くのアクティビティを提供して、お客様を楽しませることができたのではないかと思います。 スパのサービス内容：スパのご利用が客室料金に含まれておらず、パッケージに追加することもできなかったのは、少し残念でした。スパをパッケージ料金に含めたり、オプションとして追加したりしていただければ、さらに充実したものになると思います。 マイナス面： 滞在中、特にマイナス面はありませんでした。 全体： 上記の小さな改善点はありましたが、私たち家族はこのホテルでの滞在に非常に満足しました。これらの点が改善されれば、今後ご宿泊されるお客様にも、きっと素晴らしい体験をしていただけると確信しています。次回イビサ島を訪れる際には、ぜひまたここに泊まることを検討したいと思います。

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

最近、海が見える部屋に宿泊しました。とても素敵で快適でした。しかし、バスルームにシャワーキャップやヘアコンディショナーなどの必需品がなかったのが残念でした。 プールエリアには快適なサンベッドがあり、リラックスするのに最適な場所でしたが、一日中大音量で流れる音楽がかなり気になりました。特に、違う音楽を聴きたい時や静かな環境が欲しい時に、わざわざ音楽を選んでもらうのは、押し付けがましいと感じました。 レセプションのサービスはまずまずでしたが、特に素晴らしいとは言えませんでした。レセプションの女性スタッフの方が親切で、対応が良かったと思います。 朝食は滞在中のハイライトで、種類豊富で美味しい料理が揃っていました。ホテルはイビサの中心部に近く便利なのですが、ホテルのある通りは地元の下層階級の人々が行き交うため、23時以降は治安が悪くなることがあります。 海が見える部屋では通りの騒音は聞こえませんでしたが、通りに面した部屋を予約することは強くお勧めしません。二重窓がないため、特に夜中に寝る場合は、眠りにくくなります。近くのスーパーマーケットでは、夜遅くまでテクノミュージックが大音量で流れ、騒々しい客もいました。レストランも騒々しかったです。 さらに、駐車場は限られています。フロントではこの件に関する情報は提供されておらず、通り自体にも駐車スペースはあまりないようです。レンタカーを借りる予定の場合は、これは大きな問題となるでしょう。 まとめると、昼夜を問わず外出する予定で、駐車場を必要としない場合を除き、騒音と快適さの不足から、ストリートビューの部屋は避けることをお勧めします。

We had a lovely short stay here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel was in a brilliant location, next to the bus station, Lidl and within easy walking distance of bars, clubs & restaurants. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast & dinner were fabulous, with plenty of choices. The staff were efficient & friendly & we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza!
