The hotel staff was amazing. I arrived late at night and had no issue with checking in. The bar is alright, I only dislike the token system they got, but after all the staff do their best to accommodate all your requests.
The food is actually pretty good, with plenty options, and the opening hours of the bar & restaurant are perfect.
I asked for a nice view with the room I booked and they nailed it. I had a great time overall.
The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.
Great location, staff were very welcoming, could check in and out bags when needed which saved us from carrying them around all day. Very clean and rooms were bang on size wise. Breakfast was absolutely fine. Pool had a great atmosphere and drinks were relatively cheap. Would stay again
SSmurki0oExceptional Business Stay at PortBlue Pollentia – A Perfect Balance of Productivity and Relaxation
I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being.
Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.
ゲゲスト“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner.
The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”
ゲゲストNous avions déjà testé en septembre dernier et cette fois ci encore, c'était super ! Tout est bien dans cet hôtel refait à neuf, et notamment l'excellent petit déjeuner buffet.
Et ils parlent français
ゲゲストOverall, we had a good stay at Hotel Bahamas Azuline. The food at the buffet was delicious(PLEASE COVER THE FOOD SO THAT THE FLIES DONT TOUCH IT), with a nice variety and fresh options every day. The staff and workers were all extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
However, our first room was not very clean, and we had requested three beds but were given a dirty sofa as the third one. Thankfully, after bringing this up with reception, we were moved to a much better room the next day.
One funny but slightly annoying detail: there are a lot of chickens nearby that start making noise early in the morning. (00-13h)If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend asking for a room near the pool area — the chicken sounds are much quieter there.
Don’t come with a wheelchair person since it’s quite a nightmare and difficult to climb from the beach to the hotel.
The hotel also offers cool activities, which add a nice touch to the overall experience. Despite the minor hiccup, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back.
