Very good hotel located in a nice area in Dalian, Even though the staff did not speak English, they took really good care of us. Great experience overall !

今回の宿泊体験は期待をはるかに超えており、間違いなく星5つの評価を付けたいです！民宿のロケーションは最高で、ビーチまで徒歩数分、周辺には食事処やショッピングにも便利な場所がたくさんあります。部屋は温かみがあり、センスの良い内装で、オーナーのこだわりが細部にまで感じられました。寝具は柔らかく清潔で、防音もしっかりしていて、ぐっすり眠れました。一番驚いたのは、窓を開けると海が見えること！早朝に海を眺めるのは本当に最高でした。オーナーもとても親切で、事前に詳しいチェックインガイドを送ってくれただけでなく、地元の人しか知らないような美味しい海鮮レストランを何軒か教えてくれました。どれも本格的でリーズナブルでした。次回大連に来る際も、必ずここに泊まりたいですし、友人にもお勧めします！

To be frank initially we weren’t too impressed with this hotel. For the same price category in other towns in Dongbei we were given much better rooms. But that changed when we met the boss. He was all politeness, professionalism & he nailed the service attitude perfectly. First he offered us a half day Dandong tour at a reasonable price. He took care of all the related arrangements including taking us for a quick lunch. In the evening we happened by the barbecue stall he was manning & had a meal there. The next morning he helped us with our luggage, suggested a good place for breakfast & then called a taxi for us. His attention to details was meticulous. But what eventually made him stand out from the rest: In his haste to check out my partner had neglected to take his wallet from the desk where it was hidden among all the paraphernalia. Failing to contact us via WeChat the boss rushed to the railway station in his motorbike just to return us the missing wallet. He truly went above & beyond his duty & for that we are infinitely grateful to him. In conclusion should you ever visit Dandong do yourself a favour. Let this remarkable man take care of you. You will appreciate his genuine warm & sincere hospitality. And yes, the location of this hotel is superb. The popular Broken Bridge tourist attraction is just metres away.

レトロな雰囲気の内装がとても気に入りました。オーナーはとても可愛くて（キャサリン・ハンに似てる！）、いつも温かく迎えてくれて、お水を追加で持って行かせてくれました。窓はツタに覆われた壁に面していて、朝は木漏れ日が木漏れ日のように差し込んでいました。部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っているので、何か必要なことがあればお知らせください。手配いたします。中街と故宮までは徒歩7～8分、地下鉄駅までは徒歩5～6分です。価格に見合った価値があると思います。新しい宿ではないので、完璧主義者でもあまりこだわらないでくださいね😊

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was clean, tidy and the WiFi worked well . Very close to the beach and a good sea view . The beach was clean . Some of the disused huts along the beach were a bit run down ..I guess they were busy at some point .. It was holiday weekend so there were quite a few families around . The complex has a large play area for kids in the centre of the buildings . The queue to get in and out of the complex was a bit out of control but my taxi driver managed to get hold of some help by phoning the contact. The lady help took me inside the complex ..it was about 250 m . I'm not sure I would have found it myself . If you're with a big group it might be a bit of a trek . There was plenty of food stalls and restaurants inside and outside of the complex. Positives . Shops were on the ground floor of the buildings , selling all sorts of things . Some restaurants were also at the ground level of some buildings The complex is only a 10 minute to axibride to the railway station and there were plenty of taxis . Negatives : There was no cutlery or cups ..just a few bowls and chopsticks . No washing up liquid for dishes . I would also have preferred a small bedside lamp for reading . The lift was constantly being used and a long wait time . If was in the 8th floor , so I walked down. during my stay . If I were on a higher floor I think this would have been annoying . Al in all , a comfy stay and a lovely seaside break . I think it's more catered to families or couples

私たちが宿泊した民宿の中で一番良かったと言っても過言ではありません。内装はとても快適で、全体的に清潔感があり、サービスも素晴らしかったです。毎年夫と子供たちを連れて遼寧省に帰省するのですが、大連空港に到着するといつも星海広場を散策します。二人目の子供が生まれてから2年間帰省していませんでしたが、今回お正月に帰省してホテルを探していたら、星海広場の近くにたくさんの民宿が増えていることに気づきました。中でも「傾松」は評価が一番高く、しかも畳の部屋があったので、小さいお子さんのいる家庭には最適だと思い、しかも値段も安かったので、迷わず2泊の畳部屋を予約しました。 2月13日は大連が濃霧に見舞われ、私たちは搭乗口で1時間半待ちましたが、最終的に残念ながらフライトがキャンセルされたと告げられました。再度予約し直して空港近くのホテルにチェックインしたのは夜10時を過ぎており、その時になって傾松に連絡し、チェックインできない旨を伝えました。オーナーはとても快く最初の夜の宿泊費を返金してくれました。翌日到着すると、ホテルの立地は本当に素晴らしく、外に出るとすぐに海があり、食事処もたくさんありました。オーナー自ら外に出て荷物運びを手伝ってくれ、チェックインの際にはWeChatを追加し、美味しいお店や観光情報を教えてくれました。夜ホテルに戻ると、長女がフロントでビーズ遊びをしており、オーナーは次女が退屈しているのを見て、手提げ袋をプレゼントしてくれ、その袋にスタンプを押す方法を丁寧に教えてくれました。 翌日の朝食もまた驚かされました。種類が豊富で量も十分、朝食はほとんどがSam's Clubの商品で、私たちは大人1名分と子供2名分の朝食しか食べませんでしたが、お腹いっぱいになりました。朝食後、オーナーは私たちを大連自然博物館まで送ってくれました。午後にチェックアウトする際には、次女に冷蔵庫のマグネットと傾松のロゴ入り荷物タグをプレゼントしてくれました。夫は、これからは毎年大連に帰省するたびにここに泊まりたいと言っていました。このサービスと環境は本当に素晴らしいです。傾松のオーナーとスタッフの皆様に改めて感謝申し上げます。新しい一年が、お客様で溢れ、商売繁盛でありますように！

大連の本当に素晴らしいヴィンテージ宝石–モロッコの魅力と素晴らしいサービス🥰 私は大連のこのホテルで素晴らしい滞在をしました。サービスは信じられないほどでした–スタッフはとても親切で、歓迎してくれ、特に朝食時に笑顔でいつも元気でした。それだけでとても快適に感じました。 私が一番好きなのはホテルのスタイルでした。それは通常のモダンな外観–ではなく、カーペット、小さなランプがいたるところにぶら下がっているアンティークでヴィンテージな感じ、そして美しいスタイルを持っています。装飾は私がモロッコで見たことを思い出させます–本当に美しい。 食べ物は良かった、ベッドはとても快適で、部屋のヴィンテージの詳細はホテルの残りの部分と一致しています–同じ素敵なスタイル。 性格、暖かさ、素晴らしいサービスが好きな人にこの場所を強くお勧めします。

部屋はとても清潔で整頓されていて、広々としていて明るいです。ホストもとても親切で、テレビの調整を手伝ってくれました。バスルームは乾式と湿式が分かれていてとても便利で、使い捨て用品も一式揃っていました。

部屋はとても整っていて、基本的な設備が整っており、行き届いたサービスがあり、清潔です。階下には果物のスーパーマーケット、大小のレストラン、朝食の店があります。部屋は星海の向かいにあります。パークさん、チェックアウト時間を延長してくれて、遊んだり休んだりする時間を増やしてくれて本当にありがとう。

This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.
