Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location right in the heart of Kashgar old city. The lobby is a bit dark, entrance stair case looks not very welcoming.
The hotel had allowed us to leave our luggage on the night we were out. That help us a lot.
We love our stay there and love Kashgar with its culture and peoples.
BBlueSubThis was easily one of the best stays during my Northern Xinjiang trip. The host and staff were incredibly warm and made the place feel just like home. Surrounded by fresh air and a tranquil, peaceful setting, the environment was perfect for relaxing. A highlight was when the host even accompanied us to a hidden gem nearby, which made the experience truly memorable. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would—this stay exceeded all expectations.
FFrench FamilyWe loved our stay at this guesthouse, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There is a hourly hotel shuttle bus to and from the ski resort, this is very convenient. Otherwise it is a short walk to the public buses but there are a lot of cars and no place for pedestrians to walk. There is a very good restaurant in the guesthouse very convenient for dinner.
JJanet, MalaysiaThe homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this.
Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great!
No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards.
This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday!
Thank you sisters for your warm welcome! Highly recommended!

ゲゲストWe stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.
