I will keep repeating it, THANK you to our amazing Landlady. When you travel, people are the ones that make the trip memorable, and she definitely made our days in Kashgar unforgettable ones. The day after we left we were missing her already. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing. (And there is a very friendly cat!)

この草原の丸い球形の部屋が大好きです!独特の雰囲気がいっぱいで、広大な草原に面した透明な景色、日中は風と草の波、夜は横になって星空を見上げることができます。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、設備が整っていて、快適で居心地が良く、体験は直接いっぱいです! 特徴的な射剣乗馬体験は斬新で面白く、シーンのレイアウトはリアルで雰囲気に満ちており、遊び方は簡単でわかりやすく、遊びの過程は楽しいものでいっぱいで、没入感のある体験は草原の特徴的な遊びプロジェクトでいっぱいで、遊び体験は素晴らしいです! ホテルはまた、部屋のタイプを無料でアップグレードし、朝食は完全で、次回は家族を連れてきます。とても快適な滞在体験。

昭蘇牧雪居｜治癒旅途的寶藏民宿，下次來還選這裏✨ 平時網上預訂民宿，心裏總會有些忐忑，擔心實景和圖文不符，踩雷失望。但這次在昭蘇入住的牧雪居，徹底顛覆了我的固有印象，給我們的伊犁之行添滿了温暖與驚喜。 我們從伊寧一路自駕來到昭蘇，抵達時午後烈日炎炎，疲憊不已。好在前台小格姑娘特別温柔熱情，貼心快速地為我們辦理了入住。我們預訂的是民宿盡頭的180度景觀房，四面超大落地窗的視野真的太絕了！窩在客廳柔軟的白色沙發上，便能靜賞流雲漫卷、遠山清朗，昭蘇的治癒風光盡收眼底，氛圍感直接拉滿。 民宿已經開業兩年，但房間設施維護得格外乾淨整潔，幾乎看不到使用痕跡，實景和平台圖片一模一樣，沒有任何落差，讓人特別舒心。 出發前我提前添加了店家微信諮詢活動事宜，全程響應及時、耐心細緻，事事為客人着想。對於民宿而言，乾淨優質的硬件是基礎，這般貼心走心的服務，才是最動人的温度。還有工作人員小升，也為我們的行程給出了超多實用建議，真誠又熱心，特別靠譜。 入住期間我們在這裏吃了午餐和晚餐，支持網上小程序點單，特別方便。從房間過來，餐食就已經貼心備好，不用久等。本地牛肉口感絕佳、鮮香入味，地道的口味讓人回味無窮。同時體驗了店內的自助洗衣服務，設施齊全好用，細節體驗感拉滿。 店裡還有兩衹可愛小狗天天和哈雷，性格温順親人，一點都不怕生。每晚散步回房，它們都會一路乖乖護送我們，看着兩小衹在草原肆意奔跑、撒歡打滾，自在又治癒，光是看着心情都變柔軟。 最特別的是，民宿還安排了豐富的哈薩克族民俗體驗活動。我們親手體驗了擠牛奶、分離奶油、手工打饢，最後和大家一起分享親手製作的饢餅，沉浸式感受當地特色民俗文化，旅途變得格外有意義。 我們在這裏安穩住了兩晚，第二天來回夏塔景區，看完天馬浴河的表演回到民宿已經晚上十點了。本以為深夜返回衹會簡單接待，沒想到工作人員主動上前問候遊玩體驗，一句温柔的關心，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。能把服務做到細緻入微、把客人放在心上，真的特別難得。 臨走前，工作人員還特意為我們推薦了風景絕美、車流稀少的小眾路線，讓我們一路伴着草原美景，安心順暢地抵達瓊庫什台。 全程沉浸式體驗下來，滿心都是歡喜與感動。如果下次再來昭蘇，牧雪居一定是我們的不二之選！真心推薦給來昭蘇旅行的朋友們，值得奔赴、值得反覆入住💛

立地は最高で、旧市街の西地区のど真ん中に位置しています（東地区は商業化が進んでいるので、西地区に泊まることをお勧めします）。駐車場もすぐ近く（徒歩7～8分）。ショッピングや食事も非常に便利です（下の階にあるツナレストランは素晴らしいレストランで、道路沿いにあり、雰囲気も良く、料理も美味しいです。ついに豚肉を食べることができました）。夜も騒音はありませんでした。部屋は少し狭く、エレベーターもなかったので、狭い階段を上って荷物を運ばなければなりませんでした。屋上で無料のランドリーサービスが利用できるのは嬉しいポイントでした。

It's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets. What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; ) The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish. The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying. Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!

Getting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is. An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings. Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known. Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake. A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime. 禾木一境小木屋的体验堪称魔幻——仅凭一扇窗就框住了整片风景，毫不费力地将户外之美引入室内。就连浴缸都拥有绝美视野，每次沐浴都成为沉浸自然的奢享。小屋配备Dyson吹风筒、地暖、智能马桶等齐全设施，处处彰显精致细节，令我们时刻感受被宠爱的温暖。 宾客服务更是无可挑剔：从抵达时友好迎宾犬在入口摇尾相待的那一刻起，我们便有了归家般的亲切。迎宾饮品与茶点搭配精致的下午茶，为入住体验奠定完美基调。餐厅推荐精准到位，让我们尝遍地道风味。夜床服务时奉上的中式甜汤作为客房惊喜，这份细腻关怀令人动容。 最令我倾心的莫过于屋里的Marshall马歇尔扬声器——让整个空间流淌着私人订制的旋律，营造出专属音乐圣殿般的氛围。临别时还收到了特别准备的新疆特色礼物，这份心意让我们倍感温暖。尽管抵达禾木时遇上下雨降温的天气，但一境的温暖体验彻底驱散了阴霾。我们在这座美妙木屋中度过的每分每秒都值得珍藏，这段回忆必将历久弥新。

酒店在白哈巴村算最好的了，價格相比也不貴，酒店位置好，不在主街路上，所以夜裡特別安靜，不像在主街上，各種交通飯店燒烤遊客吵鬧聲，燒烤煙味，住在考拉酒店享受寧靜，酒店小院裏種植綠色草地和花，還有户外休閑帳篷⛺，房間寬敞乾淨衞生，配置洗衣機，洗浴室也很大，熱水很足，乾濕分離，特別好用，房間還有按摩椅，開車跑了一天，按摩一會兒特別放鬆，緩解疲勞。老闆特別熱情好客，提前打電話開車到新村停車場接，離店時又送到停車場，客人又什麼問題都幫助解決，我的車缺乏機油了，經過電話詢問，親自帶我去賣機油的小店，幫助談價格，在此也特別感謝美女老闆！以後有機會再入住考拉酒店，享受那一刻美好時光！

I had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special. First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100! The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night. Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me. In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. You made me genuinely happy throughout my entire stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location right in the heart of Kashgar old city. The lobby is a bit dark, entrance stair case looks not very welcoming. The hotel had allowed us to leave our luggage on the night we were out. That help us a lot. We love our stay there and love Kashgar with its culture and peoples.
