This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

I liked it, idk about location, I had a car. Plenty of parking in the back with a nice view from up hill. Big Fridge in the shared kitchen at ground floor and with freezer so you are able to put your blue icy box for the travel box. Croatian uber drivers are super speeders so take a throw up bag with you

Very good location - within walking distance from the main square. A lot of public transport connections available nearby, including direct bus to the airport. Breakfast is sufficient. The hotel is clean, tidy and designed with taste.

Hotel Madison in Zagreb is a great place! The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very kind, thank you Igor, very welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Zagreb. I highly recommend

位置方便，酒店態度也不錯，可能因為淡季也幫我房間升級了，但有一件意外發生了。 我第一天出去了，房主人沒有幫忙整理房間。 第二天我在酒店留到中午，在廁所的時候突然被打開門，還好我及時制止，他沒能進來。 然後房主人說是來整理房間有敲門，但我在廁所怎麼能聽到？而且廁所沒有門鎖，突然就被打開門真的會被嚇死！ 我反映後，可能覺得我不需要整理房間了，之後也沒有整理房間，到最後一天我的垃圾桶滿了，紙巾也沒有了。有點困擾。最後住了4晚都沒有整理過房間。 我建議他們能給我們房牌放在門口來告訴他們我們需不需要房間整理服務，以免再發生意外。

Absolutely amazing. Very Cozy appartment and total convenience. The breakfast is great. Only issue is the noisy birds in the morning, so recommend you to close the window well before go to sleep.
