ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

ゲゲストLa ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas

ゲゲストWe found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling.
The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues.
During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either.
We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved.
The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy.
There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience.
We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

1階にはバスルームと独立したシャワーがありました。すべてがとても美しく、清潔で、完璧に機能していました。シャワーは全く水漏れせず、不快な臭いもありませんでした。
2階には寝室があり、大きなベッドと追加のソファが備え付けられていました。部屋には大型のスマートテレビ、広々としたワードローブ、金庫、ヘアドライヤーも完備されていました。0.5Lのボトルウォーターも2本用意されていました。
暖房とエアコンの両方があり、どちらも完璧に機能していたので、全く寒くありませんでした。
立地は最高です。最初は地図上では少し分かりにくいかもしれませんが、すぐに慣れました。「Ca’ Macana Atelier」というお店が見えたら、すぐに右に曲がってください。古い公衆電話が見え、建物の間にホテルの入り口があります（ドアにホテルの名前が書かれています）。すべてのアクセスコードは問題なく機能しました。
ホテルの内装はとても美しいです。オーナーはとても親切で歓迎してくれる素敵な女性です。彼女は英語を話し、毎日部屋を掃除してくれます。部屋の掃除を希望しない場合は、彼女に伝えるか、ドアにサインを掛けておけば大丈夫です。
観光税は1人1日あたり3ユーロです。
私たちはすべてを心から気に入りました。これまでに宿泊した場所（1泊20ユーロから60ユーロの価格帯）の中で、このホテルと部屋は間違いなく私たちの一番のお気に入りです。
本当にありがとうございました。もしまたベネチアに戻る機会があれば、間違いなくここに泊まります。❤️

匿匿名ユーザー風光明媚なエリアに位置するアンティークなホテルです。駅からホテルまでの徒歩ルートは2つあります。駅を出て左折する場合は1つの橋を渡るだけで、3つの橋を渡る必要があります。右折して徒歩10分です。 大きなスーツケースを持っている人に適しています。 入り口は比較的隠れており、隣には中国人経営のスーパーマーケットがあり、部屋の設備は整っています。歴史。チェックインの際、上司はとても熱心に荷物を二階に運ぶのを手伝ってくれ、チケットの購入方法やさまざまなアトラクションへの水上バスの乗り方を紹介してくれました。夕暮れ時にボートに乗って夕日を眺めるのはとても楽しかったです。

AAbracapocus14世紀の歴史的な建物を利用した小さなホテルで、鉄道駅とサンマルコ広場のちょうど中間という絶好のロケーションです。
階段とレセプションエリアは狭いですが、朝食ルームと客室は十分な広さがあります。ヴェネツィアの街並みを見渡せるテラスは素晴らしく、リラックスするのに最適ですが、そこへ行くには頭をぶつけないように注意が必要です。
朝食は美味しく種類も豊富で、部屋とバスルームは清潔で、ベッドは快適ですが、壁が非常に薄く、夕方になると隣の人の話し声や何か他の音が聞こえてきます。
レセプションは24時間対応ではありません。遅い時間にチェックインする場合は、事前に電話することをお勧めします。
スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで丁寧で、街や観光スポット、交通機関についてよく知っています。
初日の夜、ドアノブが手に引っかかってしまい、レセプションに連絡したにもかかわらず、2日後にチェックアウトした時もまだ直っていませんでした。ちょっとした不便でしたが、全体的には良い経験になりました。

BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.
