ホテルの周りには何も無く静かな環境だが徒歩圏内ではサークル交差点付近周辺にファーストフード店コンビニや屋台が沢山有るので便利では有る。ホテルは室内は値段の割には広めで居心地良いが他の方の口コミにも多いがゴキブリが沢山でます。アメニティは水、シャンプー、リンス、位で後はトイレットペーパーや歯ブラシ等は有料にて受付で買わないといけないシステムです!廊下にウォーターサーバー有るので水やお湯は其処で調達出来ました!朝食はメインや*の焼き方や飲物を選択出来ました。量は少ないが無料にしては満足出来る内容でした!当方３日の滞在でしたが受付やセキュリティは24時間常に誰か常駐してましたので深夜着でも早朝出発でも安心して使える感じです!当方２階の端部屋でしたが1階の食堂でも、そうでしたがＷｉ−Ｆｉは本当に弱いです!当方グローブのSIM使ってましたが電波も弱くネット環境は最悪です!動画何かは、途切れ途切れに見ることになります!色々書きましたが安宿にしては、そこそこ良い方だと思いました!最安値SEK 246

こちらのホテルに朝食付きで3泊しましたが、ホテルのおかげで今回の旅行が最高なものになったと言っても過言ではないほど、何をとっても素晴らしいホテルだったと感じております。
まずはじめに立地がとても良く、モールと隣接していて、そのモールにはレストランやスーパー、24時間営業のカフェ等があるので、買い物や食べ物には困りません。ホテルの向かい側には有名なナイトマーケットもあるので、滞在中に何度か訪れました。部屋はもちろん、共用部分も清掃が行き届いていて、日本のホテルと比較してもかなり綺麗でした。
また、何より印象的だったのはスタッフのみなさんのサービスの良さで、スタッフの方々に気さくに話しかけていただき、とても楽しかったです。フレンドリーな一面もありながら、タクシーの手配に困っていたら直接ドライバーと交渉していただいたり、持っている手荷物をすぐに部屋まで運んでいただいたりと、ホテルマンとしてのサービスも非常に良いものだったと感じています。
もう一度セブを訪れるかは分かりませんが、こちらのホテルにはもう一度訪れたいと思える、素敵なホテルでした。

部屋の広さは普通、清潔でした。
立地が良く安さ重視の方におすすめです。
客室内は暖房なし、冷房のみですが部屋に入ると冷房がすでに効いており寒すぎるくらいです。
冷房を切っても寒いので暖かい部屋着を持参することをお勧めします。
ホテルが提供しているシラオガーデンのチャーターツアーに当日申し込み、30分ほどで車を手配していただ迅速に対応していただいたのは嬉しかったのですが、シラオガーデンエリアの各箇所のエントランス料金込みと聞いていたのに現地で支払うことになりそこだけ残念でした。最安値SEK 790

夜遅くのチェックインでもスタッフの方が親切に対応して下さりました、チェックインの際に宿泊日数に応じてデポジットで1000ペソ現金払いになるので注意が必要です。1泊につき一部屋1000ペソ必要と案内には書いてありましたが私は2泊して1000ペソでした。チェックアウトの際にスタッフが部屋を確認し汚れや破損など無ければ既に払ったデポジットが返却されますのでご安心下さい
日中はドアマンが在中しておりホテル前でも安心してタクシーの乗り降りができ、両手が塞がっていても問題ありません。この料金で朝食ついてきて夜10時までジムやプールを利用できるのはここくらいではないでしょうか
清潔度⭐︎−1なのは洗面台に虫が殺しても殺しても次の日には数匹復活しているからですがコバエなので特に支障はないし数が凄く多い訳ではありません
アメニティの⭐︎−1はチェックインの際に金庫の電源が付かずルームサービスに電話して確認してもらった所、そもそも電池が入っていなかったので金庫に関しては大事な貴重品を管理する上で宿泊者にとって一番必要で大事な場所なので泊まる前に確認して欲しかった所です。ですが電話して5分も経たず早急に対応していただいたおかげでスムーズに寝る準備ができました最安値SEK 369

安い値段でこれだけ広い部屋を借りるのはとくした感はあります。 現地の人達の利用なら申し分ないと思われます。 30年以上営業されていると聞きました。
新しい日本の旅行客が泊まるとなれば気になる点がありました。
①冷蔵庫故障放置
②洗面台 水漏れ
③定番 熱いお湯は出ない。 排水溝流れ悪い
④エアコン コントロール無し。コンセント抜き調整
カードドアキーでないので1日中付けっぱなしのため寒すぎ。電気代めちゃもったいない。
⑤掃除いつからしてないの？限りなく汚い
⑥T.V 取説ないので使用せず。
30年間 何も改善しなかったのかな。時代と共に改革や改善をしていれば安売りの部屋を提供してもさらに評判を落としかねない事になる。残念だ。最安値SEK 184
