滞在に関しては快適で大変リラックスできました。
気になる点をいくつか記入します。
エレベーターから各部屋までの通路がシミだらけで不衛生な感じがします。 ここをキレイにして頂けると！
もう一つがこれはホテル側は全く問題ないのですが、大浴場の問題で3泊中2回ほど親子連れの子供が浴槽にオシッコをして親に注意しても全く無反応でした。
この事がたまたまかもしれないが2回ありました。
折角の良い環境が台無しになり温泉には入れなくなりました。 スタッフの方には伝えてましたが現実このような問題がありますので検討する余地があります。

遅い時間に到着し駐車場が満車でどうしようかと停車していたら、すぐに出て来てくださり近いところに誘導してくれました。親切で感じの良いフロントのかた、雨の中ありがとうございました。
必要十分な備品、清潔感あるお部屋で、快適に過ごせました。朝食もおいしかったです。
