遅い時間に到着し駐車場が満車でどうしようかと停車していたら、すぐに出て来てくださり近いところに誘導してくれました。親切で感じの良いフロントのかた、雨の中ありがとうございました。 必要十分な備品、清潔感あるお部屋で、快適に過ごせました。朝食もおいしかったです。 また機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。

滞在に関しては快適で大変リラックスできました。 気になる点をいくつか記入します。 　エレベーターから各部屋までの通路がシミだらけで不衛生な感じがします。　ここをキレイにして頂けると！ 　もう一つがこれはホテル側は全く問題ないのですが、大浴場の問題で3泊中2回ほど親子連れの子供が浴槽にオシッコをして親に注意しても全く無反応でした。 　この事がたまたまかもしれないが2回ありました。 折角の良い環境が台無しになり温泉には入れなくなりました。　スタッフの方には伝えてましたが現実このような問題がありますので検討する余地があります。 気になった点をお伝えしました。

2度目の出張ですが、行きたい場所に近いのですが、周りのコンビニや飲食店が徒歩圏内なので車がないと不便です。朝食は美味しかったですが、夕食の選択肢は限られていました。部屋は広くはありませんが、とても清潔で、必要なものはすべて揃っています。

First and foremost, the location of Munakata Resort Hotel is simply idyllic. Situated at 651-2 Konominato, it provides a peaceful retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of Munakata. The hotel is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. It felt like a hidden oasis, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff, who made me feel instantly at ease. Their genuine hospitality and personalized service left a lasting impression. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The accommodation at Munakata Resort Hotel was exceptional. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and luxurious amenities provided a true sense of relaxation and indulgence. The attention to detail in room décor and amenities was evident, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.
