Excellent location hotel with v friendly staff (limited English). Good solid breakfast although it could be rotated so guests staying more than 1 day have some choice. Hotel is in the centre of Santiago so great for solo travellers or if bervous about taking public transport/taxis. Rooms are spacious although dated, though that's the charm of the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but Santiago has loads of pickpockets and thieves - ensure you keep your valuables at the hotel and don't show your cell/phone on the street or it will be stolen.

Simples, mas muito aconchegante. Prédio histórico, lindíssimo, localizado na esquina mais charmosa de Santiago, ao lado de ótimas cafeterias! Pessoal muito simpático, a gente se sente em casa. A menina da recepção é um doce!

Me alojé el 16, no tenían servicio tv cable, problema que no solucionaron, justificando que los chilenos son flojos y que no era su responsabilidad, por lo que no me devolvieron la noche que no alojé.
