歴史的なつながりを持つ素晴らしい建物。バスルームは、深浴と良いメインの水圧で良かった。しかし、寝室は深刻な更新を必要としました。寝室や廊下にはメインライトはなく、ベッドの横のサイドライトとホールの古いラウンドピンプラグの標準ランプを差し込むだけです。私は寝室を回るためにトーチを使わなければなりませんでした。リフトは機能していませんでしたが、スタッフのメンバーは私がコピーできない動作を得るためにいくつかの操作を管理しました。レストランは大丈夫でしたが、合理的なパブの基準、素晴らしい食事ではありません。メニューはちょっと変わった-ステーキとチップス、魚とチップススタイルか、中には煮過ぎた乾いた肉を入れた巨大なストッジのペストリーだった「ベニソンプリン」。朝食ビュッフェはとても良かったが、その部屋でも暗すぎる。6つのジャムとマーマレードは、何であるかを知る方法がなく、あなたの席に持ち込むためにそれらを置く小さな皿もありません。朝食時のサービスは、サイトに誰もいませんでした。朝食ベーコンは食用にされませんでした - 以前に調理され、その後再加熱されました。 全体的に、それは魅力的な場所ですが、彼らは提供しているものについて全体的に大きなレビューを必要とします。

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Excellent location. Good reception. Wedding party in full swing was fine. Sadly, the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we were hoping to have a relaxing evening. Food was served in the bar and was not the standard you would expect at such an establishment but we had no choice as local restaurants were difficult to secure a booking so late in the day. Room was fine and staff excellent. Small problem with evening bar meal was avoidable. Although we booked a table on arrival using our room number, we received a call from reception the following day asking for payment - we explained that we were not due to leave until the following day and would settle the account immediately if required - which we did. Again not the level of expertise and communication you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :)

私たちはこのホテルに数回行ったことがありますが、ファブホテル、素晴らしいアメニティなどの基礎がありますが、特によくこすっていません。 プール/ビリヤードルームは夕方に閉まります。ホテルの住民に利用できると仮定します。いつ閉まらないかは誰も教えてくれませんが、基本的にプールとジムの一部で、閉まっています。また、誰もその時間が何であるかを知りません! 私の子犬は滞在するために支払われましたが、子犬の治療や約束された子犬のパックは得られませんでした! 結局、それは再び滞在するでしょうが、それは現在管理されているように星に完全には対応していません。

Bromsgrove Hotel & Spar での滞在は素晴らしい滞在でした。部屋はきれいで、大きくて快適で、素敵なテレビと部屋に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。私がこのホテルに与える唯一のアドバイスは、紙のカップではなくカップを用意することです。それを除けば、すべてが完璧でした。私は再び滞在します。

Fantastic. You certainly know what you're getting when you book to stay here. Always very clean. Breakfast included and good value for the price of our overnight stay. Staff were all very pleasant and responsive to our requests as well as our simple greetings. A good stop off point on our drive from South Yorkshire to South Wales.

The Abbey is a very lovely hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. It’s clean and inviting. The bedrooms are spacious and I have to say the bed is the most comfortable that I’ve slept in at a hotel and believe me I’ve stayed at numerous hotels across the world. The staff are welcoming, polite and professional. They’re very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.
