Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest.
ゲゲストThe only problem we had was the door lock wasn’t working properly, so we only had one key. The manager remade keys several times and none of them worked. It’s was a holiday weekend, so they weren’t able to get the locksmith to come fix it. The service was fine. Employees were attentive. The breakfast food was ok. Cold cereal, bananas, juices, coffee, toast, bagels, powdered and chocolate donuts, muffins. The room was clean and everything, except the key, worked properly. I paid my deposit in cash and was able to get it back at checkout. We have family in the area and travel with our little dog. We plan to stay here again. Very reasonably priced.
RRonan A.Convenient location, very friendly and efficient staff, shuttle bus to domestic departure every 20min from 4:20am within 10min reach. Rooms are comfy, bed soft, temperature well controlled, no noisy A/C, sound insulation of the room itself is good too. A few great bars/restaurant are located not too far (walking distance).
ゲゲストI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Savannah-Historic District, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with recommendations for exploring the beautiful city of Savannah.
