Never ever come here! It all starts from front office agents, so rude and lack of hospitality. We only came to rest before our transit flight, just several hours to spend in abu dhabi, but this hotel ruined all. I asked for towels which are not placed in the room, they never brought. After 4-5 hours I could finally connect with front office again and asked the tolwels, the answer is simple it’s coming i informed housekeeping. I called back after 10 minutes and finally they send 2 bathrobes, and poor housekeeping guy saying that they don’t have a towel at all at the hotel, they ran out of the stock this night. What a shame! If you really planning not to ruin your any trip PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

I stayed at the hotel for more than a month. Hotel is very good in terms of the location, very close to my work. In terms of cleaning rooms is great service. In room dining - amazing, I always order soups with salad and Mr. Harkamal Singh always bring my food with a big smile 😊, he always made me feel home. In terms of the breakfast, they have great collections and tasty 😋. The only issue they had was the elevators 🛗, sometimes 2 out 4 working.

立地も良く、邪魔なスタッフもいません。前回は掃除のために部屋を開けてくれましたが、苦情を言ったらもう開けてもらえません。ドアを開ける必要がないことを伝えたほうがいいでしょう。

Overall the experience is good. It could have been best if they have prepared ahead of time for the buffet breakfast. It is very chaotic as they were not prepared that a lot of people will come. They could have anticipated based on the number of pax booked during those dates. As for the rooms, I liked it. Clean, you can even cook inside. We booked a once bedroom suite with city view.k

The staff is great specially Ms. Doaa with the others. The prices are ok compared to other bars but the shuts still too expensive so we ask you to coordinate with Hunters management to revised the shuts prices in order to reduce them. Thanks

I have lived here for nearly 4-years and cannot say enough about the abilities of the front of house staff. In particular, the housekeeping team of Nursida and Jackie, under the ever-professional and helpful Tracy, are just wonderful people who are great ambassadors for the company. I really have a great deal of time for them and will miss them a great deal when I do finally depart.
