NH ラス パルマス プラヤ ラス カンテラス(NH Playa de Las Canteras)

El personal es muy atento y siempre tienen algún detalle con los clientes, además de llamarte por el nombre puesto que ya me conocen de todas las veces que me alojo en su Hotel.

ninguna queja , todo en orden. Desde la recepcion , desayuno muy bueno, aunque la unica pega es que tienes que pasar de hotel , pero creo que vale la pena. La habitación muy limpia, cómoda. Se agradece el doble cristal.

Un hotel a pie de la playa,muy limpio,con una predisposición de los empleados de ayudar en todo lo que puedan. Quería destacar al chico de recepción,Justin, que nos ha dado muchísima información que nos ha servido para conocer mejor la isla,,sobre todo desde el punto de vista arqueoastronomico;agradecerle su paciencia y su buena actitud. Una familia de Málaga que seguro que repetirá!

La ubicación de este hotel es genial en todos sus aspectos, lo malo es que no tiene restaurante en el mismo edificio, aunque desayunar frente al mar en el hotel de al lado es un placer , la habitación no está bien insonorizada y poco adecuada con la luz pues le entra por todos sitios , el baño no está muy bien

Room 307 not a good room for vacation, small and to the back yard - a lot of noice from 06.30 due to laundry and trucks - Reception staff friendly but not very smiling ? - Good morning restaurant - Hotel placed in the old harper and good for walks and restaurants - nive beach, but no pool in the hotel.... For the money paid - not a place I can recoment.

When it comes to the rooms, this is definitely one of the more basic NH hotels I have stayed in, however the location is second to none. Right in the heart of Las Canteras, you have the beach a 10 second walk away, along with all of the shops and restaurants you could possibly need. Breakfast here is great, a smaller selection compared to the bigger resorts, however here less really is more as it is wonderfully presented and of a high quality. (Good canarian products on offer too). Having my breakfast whilst over looking the beach-front location is always a highlight of my stay. Again, the rooms are pretty basic, on the smaller side and fairly dark (and I always seem to be unlucky in terms of the view from my room) but if you aren't going to spend too much time in the room, the location really does make up for it.

En general, un buen hotel de 3 estrellas. La única pega es tener que desplazarsrse a otro hotel de la misma cadena a unos 100 metros para poder desayunar

We are staying here because of our company. 3days from january 20-23, 2024. No problem with food and housekeeping service. Some of the receptionist are very nice also specially Justin. He was very accommodating. But this guy in the night shift, he was very rude and ******. Maybe because we are ASIAN that's why he speaks sooo rude and with no respect. We were in the lobby around 11 or 11:30, he just turn off the lights while we are drinking. And that happening is tonight! I'm really disappointed together with my colleagues. If we did something wrong or what, he should talk to us with respect, not in anger. Really a very rude guy!

Well situated and fine hotel, very close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with a large number of choices and very nice staff. Try out their omelets. Cleaning and service facilities also to a rather high standard.
