非常に清潔で美しいには追加の星が必要です。素晴らしい朝食と素敵なラウンジ、正面から美しい公園まで美しい景色。

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. 線路の近くにあるF1を見るために、多くのフェラーリとアルファロメオのチームスタッフもここに住んでいます。駅の隣、空港へのバス停もホテルの向かいにあり、地下鉄の駅も5分です。場所はとても大丈夫です、28mayショッピングモールが近くにあります、ホテルの朝食もとても良いです、私たちが早く到着した最初の日、まだ部屋に入っていません、フロントデスクは私たちを暖かくレストランに行って無料の朝食を食べさせました、部屋も非常に広く、キッチン設備、電子レンジ、リビングルームもかなり広く、ホテルはIHGに属しており、非競争期間、価格が高くなります。

The front desk were reluctant to provide additional water bottles. I had the family suite booked and still they were reluctant to provide more than 2 bottles of water which was pretty annoying. The breakfast area was too crowded and I guess to address this the breakfast timing should be 7:00 to 10:30, closing up at 10:00 is making it too crowded between 9:30 and 10:00 and the moment it is 10:00 you will find the restaurant people winding and talking all things inside. Too much chaotic and rude.

当時、道路は建設中で、ホテルとCtripは事前に通知しなかったため、ホテルに到着するのは非常に不便でした。階下の騒音も非常に大きいです。しかし、ホテルのベッドと枕はとても快適で、サービスは良いです。ホテルのレストランもとても良いです。

Super place for the rest, and night recommended to visit. Excellent service, suitable location, nice breakfast, and a variety of food. Friendly staff with good communication, attention to customers, and of course , a red hair girl, whose name is Eva - is a heart of all this place. Kind, making great experience of guests visiting and build a great mood

Отель находится далеко от центра. Далеко от метро. автобусных остановок тоже рядом нет. ехать нужно на такси. От метро идти нужно минут 15 по темным улицам, если вечер и еще дороги на пути в отель все ремонтируются. поселились в этот отель только потому что нам нужно было 2 раздельные кровати, а в старом городе уже таких отелей не было. Окна не мылись в отеле наверное года 2. На них нарисованы разные рожицы. Кровати маленькие и неудобные. Синтетическое с катышками белье. драные полотенца. Уборки в номере нет. Пол не мыли. только мусор выбрасывали. Когда мы заехали, то в номере не было стаканов и тарелок. Оказывается надо просить в ресторане, при этом каждый день уборщица уносила всю посуду и приходилось просить заново. Ресторан в подвале, завтрак конечно хороший. Но постоянно что-то льется из под столов (где раздача блюд) и я один раз чуть не упала. Вообще ходить там нужно осторожно, чтоб не поскользнуться. Под окнами трасса, балкон лучше не открывать. Шумно. Нам говорили что отель на набережной, но под окнами стройка, мере вдалеке. До него минут 20 пешком. Вешалок в номере 3 штуки для 2 человек. Пол в отеле драный, босиком не походишь. Не верьте картинкам. освещения в номере мало. Еще одна лампа настольная была без лампочки, лампочку принесли только после того как 3 раза сказали. Уборщицы в отеле не приветливые, даже не здороваются, хотя это в нормальных отелях обязательно. Воды дают только по 1 бутылке на человека в день , кулера на этаже нет. Обязательный чай и кофе не каждый день приносили. очень много индусов в отеле. НО САМОЕ ПЕЧАЛЬНОЕ- при заезде, нам дали номер с одной кроватью. Приехали мы ночью и спать двум девушкам на одной кровати не хотелось. На ресепшен хотели решить проблему завтра, но мы настояли и кровати нам все-таки раздвинули, принесли белье для другой кровати. Правда при этом доступа к одной резетке не было. Торшер тоже не включался. Ключ от номера тоже дали только один. Магазинов и ресторанов в шаговой доступности тоже нет. Везде сплошная стройка.

I had a great stay at ibis Baku on my trip to Baku, this was my 2nd trip and 2nd stay at the same hotel, rooms are still refreshing and looks quite new and updated, every other facilities are available which is mandatory , the staff is courteous and helpful in all the aspects. My special thanks to Mr. Bashir ( Duty Manager) for helping me and assisting through out the stay. He really goes out of his way to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied. Thanks to the other team members namely - Rufat and Naila as they kept meeting me all the time when I was at hotel during my stay, Overall a decent stay to remember and would definitely be coming again and again once I am in Baku again. 第一次阿塞拜疆之旅，訂酒店時我真是猶豫了很久。最後還是定了離古城地鐵站很近的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。 從結論説，訂在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店是正確的，性價比非常高。 1.離古城地鐵站非常近，走路10分鐘左右。到古城也是步行十幾分鍾。 酒店大門右邊有地下通道，穿過後就是海濱公園看裏海。裏海側房間和餐廳可以看到漂亮的海景，無任何遮擋，每天看着日出吃早餐，真是太幸福。 2.離地毯博物館非常近，幾百米 3.幾百米就有一個大商場，超市，買東西方便 4.這次入住還有一個小插曲，我當天辦理入住後，發現房間跟我預訂的房型有出入，就和前台反應。結果，當天剛剛有一個大的旅遊團入住沒房間了，前台的Samad先生和金髮碧眼的美女經理Elvira積極的幫我們解決問題，貼心的贈送我們點心，水果等，而且還附上了一張手寫的卡片。 從這裏可以看出，巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店的員工訓練有素，員工互相以及上下級之間的溝通準確，高效，給人感覺是所有員工都在共同努力提供最好的服務。而且Elvira經理還經常去餐廳檢查菜品，見到我們在用餐，馬上過來詢問有無問題，休息的如何等。我在日本二十多年，曾就業於日本的航空公司，自認為日本的服務世界一流，沒想到在阿塞拜疆的巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店也體驗到了不輸於日本的服務。 再説餐廳也是非常好，早餐種類豐富，菜品也經常換，每一位廚師都兢兢業業的工作，不衹是做菜，就連客人的一切都在關注，一次夾菜時，如果不小心，夾子會碰到菜品上面的照明燈，馬上兩個廚師就把菜品上方几個燈都調整了。麪包裏最推薦牛角包派類的，新烤的，酥酥脆脆的非常好吃。當然，全麥類，果仁類麪包也很好。餐廳的Murad先生還特意用中文和我們打招呼，經常過來看我們需要什麼，然後給我們端來熱熱的咖啡或茶。他們時刻在關注客人們，真心能感受到他們的熱情服務。 關於毛巾，礦泉水，拖鞋等打電話給前台，客房服務的帥哥馬上就送來了，非常快，在巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店住了八晚，每次都是這樣，非常好 結束了這次阿塞拜疆巴庫之旅回到了家，還要衷心感謝以美女經理Elvira為首的所有酒店員工，讓我的旅行有了很多很好的體會和新的感受。下次去阿塞拜疆巴庫還希望能入住巴庫國際旅行社喜來登酒店。再次多謝所有的工作人員。

バクの最近の訪問中にこのホテルで 3 泊しましたが、思い出に残る滞在でした。ホテルはとてもきれいで清潔で、スタッフはとても協力的で、部屋はきちんとしていて清潔で、場所は良く、強くお勧めします。
