The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!

毎年、休暇でヨーロッパに行くときは、妻がホテルを選んでくれますが、いつも最高です。今回も、さらに満足できるホテルでした！バルコニーの窓を開けると、美しいルツェルン湖が一望でき、快適な大きなベッド、バーのドリンク、そして美しい受付係とウェイターがいます。ホテル向かいのエリア7からヨットに乗るのはとても便利です。夕日の美しさを感じるには、毎日17:00の最終便に乗ることをお勧めします。ホテルを出て左に曲がると、ドイツやイタリアの新作を販売している素敵な洋服屋さんがあります。女の子ならきっと満足するはず！税金の還付が受けられます。ホテルを出て右折し、カペル橋へ向かいます。橋を渡った後、シティ トレインに乗ってツアーに参加できます。

場所は素晴らしく、サービスは行き届いています。ホテルの下にあるレストランは実際にミシュランのレストランです。夜に飲み物を飲むのは素晴らしいです。飲み物は高価ではありません。さらにホテルではドリンクと交換できるウェルカムクーポンもプレゼントしており、大変お得です。

Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. ルツェルン湖から徒歩数分。アパートは2階建てのロフトです。階下に1台のベッド。 2階に2つのベッド。ベッドは天窓の向かいにあります。アパートの設備は完璧です。あなたはあなた自身の食事を調理して、小さなテラスを持つことができます。小さなワインルームは、木と白のシンプルな色です。全体的にはとても満足していますが、アパートの建物のパスワードと部屋のパスワードを事前に教えずに部屋がすでに設定されているため、少し不満があります。階下に行ってオーナーを殴ることはできません。電話が効かず、ビルの住人がドアを開けるのを待つ前後に2回、階下に閉じ込められて入室できませんでした。サービスはあまり良くありませんでした。

루체른역에서 도보 10분이내로 1박하고 넘어가기에 괜찮습니다. 가까운게 짱입니다. 캐리어들고 가기 좋아요. 체크인전 짐 맡기기 좋습지다. 그리고 1층에는 식당을 같이 운영하고 있었고, 식당쿠폰도 함께 주더군요. 사용하지는 못했습니다. 룸에는 전기포트는 없었구요. 커피머신은 있었던 것 같네요. 나가면 바로앞에 카펠교라 이동하기에 좋고요 옆에 스타벅스 있습니다.
