私は平均して年に 2 ～ 3 回峨眉山を訪れ、多くのホテルや B&B に宿泊しました。私が出会ったスタッフはとても親切で、どの部屋も子供向けの設備を含め、細部にまで配慮が行き届いています。デンタルキットとスリッパ 暖炉のそばでお茶を淹れるのは最高でした。ベッドはとても快適で静かでした。家族全員が私を何度も褒めてくれました。社長の意図がとても伝わってきて、ゆっくりとした感じがあり、焦りもなくとても気に入ったのでまた来ます❤️ 今週末は楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました、ありがとうございました。 （今日は天気がとても良くて、山の頂上が見えました、幸せです）

We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable, clean, spacious, and well maintained—but what really made this hotel special was the incredible level of hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel prepared a special welcome dinner for us, and they also organized a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. They went far beyond what we normally expect from a hotel. Transportation was arranged for us to different tourist attractions, as well as to train and bus stations, making it extremely easy to explore the area. The staff also helped us plan our excursions to the different mountains nearby, giving us recommendations and making sure we were properly prepared. For our excursions, they even prepared lunch boxes with food and provided shoe covers, rain protection, umbrellas, and everything else we might need depending on the weather. These small details made a huge difference and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What impressed us the most was how attentive, kind, and proactive the entire staff was. They didn't just provide accommodation—they genuinely cared about making our whole trip as comfortable, easy, and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed something, they were ready to help, often anticipating what we might need before we even asked. The combination of excellent rooms, outstanding service, transportation, excursion assistance, thoughtful meals, and personal attention made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone planning to explore the mountains and attractions in the area. リゾートでの滞在中に素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。最上階の部屋には、山を見下ろすプライベート温泉プールがあります。リゾートは山の木に囲まれており、私たちは静けさを絶対に楽しんでいます。短いハイキングの後、リゾートで夕食をとり、スタッフは山を見下ろすレストランのバルコニーにテーブルを置き、おいしい夕食を用意しました。リゾートのスタッフは絶対に優れたサービスを提供し、私たちの滞在が心配でないように助けてくれます。私たちは滞在のすべての瞬間を楽しんでおり、全体的なサービスは一流です。

ホテルはとてもお勧めです。滞在前と滞在中にバトラーがフォローします。チェックインの対応から旅行ガイドまで、すべて丁寧に対応していただき、出発前にちょっとしたプレゼントもいただき、とても丁寧でした。ホテルの場所は非常に良いので、保国寺バスターミナルまで歩いて、バスで山を登ることができます。近くに公園もありとても快適です。昨日の朝、部屋のベランダから朝日を見ました。とても好きな旅行

J人提前兩天才定的房間，不得不説實在太棒了👍管家小亞提前聯繫好，告知附近停車和接送點，非常準時高效，包括我們自己的車停的費用也提前付好完全沒有後顧之憂。管家還幫忙升級了江景房，視野開闊，酒店泳池非常出片，處處都是景。值得一提的是酒店所有工作人員都非常有禮貌而且熱情，我們臨時去樂山大佛，酒店還贈送講解和商務車，整個就是非常超值；早餐也豐富，孩子還動手自己做蛋烘糕。來樂山旅遊一百分推薦啊～

カスタマーサービススタッフは非常に熱心で、あらゆるニーズを迅速に解決します。私たちは焚き火を囲んでお茶を淹れ、3人分の料理を注文しました。料理の種類は豊富でした。 99元の二人前セットメニューもボリュームたっぷりで、下山後に温かいトウモロコシと豚スペアリブのスープを飲んで、とても心が温まりました。 18元の軽食セットもとても美味しかったです。夜、子供たちがお腹を空かせたので、フロントデスクに行って食べ物を注文しました。すぐに準備され、部屋に届けられました。 山に登る前に、フロントデスクにルートのヒントを具体的に尋ねておいたんです。そうしないと、間違ったバス停に行ってしまうところでした。どうもありがとうございます！ 登山の後は、専用の中庭や公共の温泉プールでゆっくりくつろぐことができます。 次回峨眉山に来るときは、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います〜

Great service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

Opposite side of river from Leshan Giant Buddha. Great nite river side view. Love the traditional design and ambience of this hotel. Only drawback is there no lift, but staff very helpful. They carry our luggage to room without us asking.
