From the moment I arrived at SFEEL, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an impeccable attention to detail that set the tone for a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with luxurious bedding, modern amenities, and a breathtaking view of the city/ocean. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Dining was a highlight—each meal at the on-site restaurants was an experience in itself. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, while the dinner menu showcased a fine balance of local flavors and international cuisine. The hotel’s amenities were equally outstanding. The spa provided a serene escape with world-class treatments, and the pool area was a peaceful oasis complete with attentive service. The fitness center was also well-equipped and clean. What truly set this hotel apart was its ability to combine elegance with genuine hospitality. Whether you’re traveling for business, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing vacation, I can’t recommend Sfeel highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

12月上旬、高齢者と小さなお子様連れの家族で、ファーヒル・リフレクト・スノー・ホテルに2日間滞在しました。ホテル自体は豪華とは言えませんが、私たちが体験した素晴らしいおもてなしは、この地域を訪れるならぜひ検討する価値があると思います。 特に、ホテルマネージャーの賀さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。彼女の親切さと献身的なおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ある朝、朝食を逃してしまったのですが、彼女は美味しい麺類を自ら用意してくれました。タクシーがなかなか見つからず、7人家族を2回に分けて駅まで送ってくれました。このような心のこもったおもてなしと心遣いは滅多にありません。私たち全員にとって忘れられない思い出となりました。 心から大切にされていると感じられる滞在をお探しなら、ここはまさにうってつけです。賀さん、素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました。この経験を大切にし、他の旅行者にも喜んでこのホテルをお勧めしたいと思います。

Wszystko było świetne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem, blisko centrum handlowe, blisko stacja kolejowa , bardzo wygodne pokoje, bardzo pomocna obsługa - często jeżdżę i szczerze polecam ten hotel. 

Stayed during Christmas for the purpose of hiking up mount emei. The hostel is very close to Baoguo temple but that’s about it. I ordered some food from the city which came in about 25-30 minutes. The hostel does NOT let you leave your luggage there anymore. I had to ask and show old reviews of people claiming that they could leave their luggage to agree for them to keep mine. They must change this if this is no longer the case. The hot bath was nice but a bit dirty and I’d suggest everyone to run some water to clean it out first before use.

家族での休暇に適しています。ホリデーヴィラスタイルのホテルなので、フロントから遠く離れています。サービスを手に入れたい場合は、少し歩く必要があります。また、タクシーに乗ることができ、1日20元の運賃が必要です。部屋の設備は非常に費用対効果が高いです。ホテルのセールスポイントを増やすことができるトイレに洗濯乾燥機を追加することをお勧めします。登山後の観光客は基本的に濡れているので、洗濯が急務です。

Cleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas: 1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge. 2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful. 3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety. 4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests. 5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

楽山大仏の近くでは、大仏広場まで歩いていくのが便利です。上司は、彼女が子供たちを連れているのを見て、率先してスイートの部屋を掃除し、年長の子供たちだけでも部屋に住めるようにと言いました。洗濯物は必要ありませんでしたが、その申し出に感謝しました。社長はマンゴーという名前のゴールデンレトリバーと、撫でてほしいと願う猫を飼っています。朝食の麺類も美味しいです。

とても良い経験でした。社長ご夫妻（？）はとても温かく、思いやりのある方です。部屋の衛生状態は素晴らしいです。バスルームは小さくて設備が整っていますが、スペースが非常に高価であることを考慮すると、かなり良いです。唯一残念なのは、遮音効果があまり良くなく、外の騒音が多く、隣の音がかすかに聞こえることです。でも、みんな早寝早起きして日の出を見るので、大きな問題ではありません。 女将さんは私が到着する前に床暖房をつけてくれて、とても心温まりましたし、朝食も持ってきてくれました。私が外から戻ってくると、彼女はすぐに私を温めるために熱いお茶を持ってきてくれました。とても暖かいです。彼女の食べ物は高くなく、野菜は20元です。 間違いなく友人にお勧めします。

The location for this hotel was amazing! It was right on the river and it also was right next to the food street, which was so fun and bustling full of energy. It only took an 8 min car ride to get to the Leshan Buddha statue by car. This is hotel’s infrastructure is old but the actual rooms look newly updated. It has a nice projector, although we could never figure out how to increase the sound (so you might need to check with them), and it has comfortable beds and a tub. The tub in our first room didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms. Then the tub in the second one drained even when the plug was in so we needed to make a quick bath. But for staying one night, these inconveniences didn’t bother us. The best thing about this hotel was being close to the food street and just walking out our hotel door conveniently to try all the Leshan delicacies. We also enjoyed walking along the river and seeing the ayis dance and the mini stands selling things. You could walk to the buddha view in just 10 min too.

ホテルのサービスはとても暖かく、清潔で整頓されていて、部屋のレイアウトはエキゾチックでいっぱいで、部屋の掃除スタッフもとても親切で、フロントデスクの弟はとてもハンサムで熱心です、部屋の価格も非常に手頃で、価格は非常に高いです!快適で快適な滞在を何度も得ました。これはこのホテルの評価です。次回楽山に来るときにこのホテルを選びます! 👍のように
