I can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and the level of service was truly impeccable. What really sets Zoland apart is the one-on-one butler service. Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. One of the most memorable hotel stays we have had. Highly, highly recommended! ❤️

リゾートでの滞在中に素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。最上階の部屋には、山を見下ろすプライベート温泉プールがあります。リゾートは山の木に囲まれており、私たちは静けさを絶対に楽しんでいます。短いハイキングの後、リゾートで夕食をとり、スタッフは山を見下ろすレストランのバルコニーにテーブルを置き、おいしい夕食を用意しました。リゾートのスタッフは絶対に優れたサービスを提供し、私たちの滞在が心配でないように助けてくれます。私たちは滞在のすべての瞬間を楽しんでおり、全体的なサービスは一流です。

峨眉山への旅は無事に終わり、旅も順調に進みました。 山中で雲海に出会い、仏様の光を浴びました。 漢田に滞在して、美しい景色、おいしい食事、快適な宿泊施設、温かい貸切風呂、すべてが完璧でした。 ハウスキーパーのレン・ジエさんの細心の注意を払ったサービスが、タイトな旅程に彩りを添えてくれました。ありがとう！

We had a 3d2n stay at the 绿竹 guestroom and experience was very enjoyable. The room was comfy, clean, and the service was impeccable. Food (both breakfast and dinner) were extremely tasty. The hotel is located away from the hustle of the touristy area and provided a sense of serenity, an escape from the crowds, shrowded among mist and forest. Transport to-fro the 五显冈 bus station was provided and they were very responsive to messages on WeChat. Highly recommended 整体体验非常棒！ 服务周到、 食物好吃、客房舒服干净。 世外桃源。

This hotel is an absolute dream. The bedroom and view were lovely and the ensuite hot bath is really nice. The public baths were also quite big and varied and stayed open until fairly late. The level of service by all the staff was really outstanding. On our first night we went down to the restaurant precisely at closing time (without realising). The staff turned all the lights back on and served us anyway which we were really thankful for. The food was amazing and the breakfast very nice. Oddly enough the concierges spoke English but not the staff that checked us in and showed us the room. It is mostly fine using translating apps but it's the only thing we missed overall.

紅珠山賓館、心からおすすめです！楽山の老舗五つ星国賓館として、最高の体験ができました。場所は報国寺に近く、移動に非常に便利です。公園のように美しい環境で、湖、森林、ヴィラが互いに引き立て合い、マイナスイオンが溢れています。森林温泉がハイライトで、水質も良く、プライベート感も高く、入浴後は全身がとても快適になりました。部屋は広々として上品で、設備も充実しています。スタッフは皆親切で礼儀正しく、細部まで行き届いています。可愛いクジャクなどの小動物もいて、ここに泊まると、自然を満喫しながら、国賓級のサービスを楽しめます。峨眉山に来る際は、またここに泊まりたいです！

温泉に入りたくここの宿に決めました。 宿はとても綺麗で、温泉も40度ぐらいのあったかいお湯で満足でした。 水着を持っていなかったのですが受付で買うことが出来ました。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、常に問題はないか気にかけて下さり助かりました。日本語を少し話すスタッフもいてびっくりしました。 洗濯機、乾燥機も無料で使用できます。 また泊まりたいと思います。

峨眉山のWeijingウィンダム体験は完璧です!ホテルは景勝地の入り口にあり、ビジターセンターまで徒歩数分で、旅行はとても心配ありません。臨河の環境は静かで、部屋は広としてスマートで、プライベートスープはプライバシーが優れており、山に登って帰ってきたときにスープに浸かることで疲れを癒します。バトラーシャオジアのサービスは行き届いていて思いやりがあり、朝食は豊富で、子供の楽園、屋外のスープスプリングもあり、親子旅行、カップルの休暇に適しています。これは峨眉山に来る最初の選択肢です!
