ゲゲストThis was our favourite hotel for our trip. It is a hotel steeped in culture, history and greenery. The hotel is very big and you can organise a complementary tour of hotel grounds even. Our favourite feature is the room’s hot spring and the 24/7 butler service! Special shoutout to the great service provided by our butler, he gave us daily updates of the weather and route recommendations too.
红珠山宾馆的禅意山居，非常富有文化与意境，无论晴雨，各有美景，房间也是透风透气，窗外松树林立，别有一番美景，泡池更是安逸舒适，不时还可以看见松鼠跳跃，和我们对接的管家认真负责，非常的有责任心，积极的为我们解决遇到的问题，早餐也是美味可口，很多中式特色菜品！宾馆很大，里面湖光山色映入眼帘，上山很方便，应该是出游峨眉山最佳选择

ゲゲストThe perfect accommodation for relaxing in the mountains and visiting Mt Emei as a foreigner. Our villa had a beautiful view, lots of space and was very clean and modern. Our highlight was the hot tub on our balcony fed by fresh spring water.
The hotel is very helpful and offers all the services you need. Their driver picked us up and dropped us off at the Emeishan high speed rail station for free (the hotel is a 20 minute drive away in the mountains). For an additional small fee, they also transported us to and from the Mt Emei shuttle bus service (20 minute drive away).
The meals were very good. We were provided good breakfast (noodles and platter of fruits, vegetables eggs etc) and bought dinner both nights.
If you are a foreigner staying here, recommend that you bring extra cash as we had some difficulty paying with our foreign card on Alipay. Also be prepared with your translation app if you don't speak Chinese.
Very happy with our choice!

ゲゲスト12月上旬、高齢者と小さなお子様連れの家族で、ファーヒル・リフレクト・スノー・ホテルに2日間滞在しました。ホテル自体は豪華とは言えませんが、私たちが体験した素晴らしいおもてなしは、この地域を訪れるならぜひ検討する価値があると思います。
特に、ホテルマネージャーの賀さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。彼女の親切さと献身的なおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ある朝、朝食を逃してしまったのですが、彼女は美味しい麺類を自ら用意してくれました。タクシーがなかなか見つからず、7人家族を2回に分けて駅まで送ってくれました。このような心のこもったおもてなしと心遣いは滅多にありません。私たち全員にとって忘れられない思い出となりました。
心から大切にされていると感じられる滞在をお探しなら、ここはまさにうってつけです。賀さん、素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました。この経験を大切にし、他の旅行者にも喜んでこのホテルをお勧めしたいと思います。

素晴らしい
MMan Kin Chui峨眉山金仏を訪れるなら、泊まるにはとてもよい場所です。チケット売り場は徒歩わずか 5 分のところにあり、入場券、バス、ケーブルカーを購入できます。このエリアは小さな町のようですが、レストランがたくさんあり、料金も安いです。無料のランドリーと温泉浴場も利用できます。部屋には簡単な朝食も付いています。

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

PPinkShoshannaIf you are looking for an escape from the overwhelming cities (too much traffic, neon lights, noises, pollution…) you will find here a corner of paradise. The cozy atmosphere will make you breathe out all the stress immediately. The main presence of natural elements for the interior and exterior design, such as wooden and rocks, let this place integrate very well in the surroundings. Nature is the main presence here: you are surrounded by the woods, waking up only listening to birds singing. If you decide to walk the emei mountain and have sore muscles, you can enjoy the hot spring bath directly in your room. Your muscles will thank you the day after. The breakfast is done in a room where there is a huge long table, you might share it with others. This makes the atmosphere very familiar and friendly. Despite not speaking Chinese, we were welcome and felt home. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area.

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff.
When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough.
If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting.
A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay.
A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

ゲゲストIt is a bit run down but it suits your needs. I was on the 4th floor and didn't find it that nice in the sense that a mosquito still flew in and bit me during the night (you could hear it in the room). And because there's no solid wall separating you from the living room (there's just a shelf), there wasn't any way to effectively shut the mosquito out. The night porridge also came with a piece of hair in it so from that point on, I stopped asking for the nighttime porridge.
The staff are not that nice and are actually quite rude. For example, the lady who made my milk tea and most of the front-desk staff with the exception of one. I have to shout out the shuttle driver; he was so incredibly friendly and really made me feel welcome, while everyone else made me feel like a hassle. My Chinese isn't that great but I try my best, and the lady who made the free milk tea acted like a burden when I asked her to repeat things and didn't even bother explaining what it was. They are not that friendly over WeChat either compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
Again, I have to shout out the shuttle driver. I never got his name but he was so cheerful and nice. He also helped unclog the toilet several times; not sure if there was some kind of plumbing issue but it clogged almost every single time and so I unfortunately called him a lot. But he was so patient and helpful every single time and he is the highlight of my stay. Everyone else should adopt his attitude rather than being cold over the WeChat customer service support chat, or basically shouting at you because you are having trouble understanding the free milk tea options.

ゲゲストThis is not a 4 or 5 start resort. It’s a 5 star room down the river. The restaurant was closed when we were there, so called gym does not exist at all, swimming pool is small like a pond and the bigger one is for kids. There is no garden or anything that covers the road and the bridge you can hear easily while staying down the swimming pool. The big bonus is the bathroom- big and modern exactly like on the picture and the spring water hot tub that works well and can create a great time during the night as you can hear the river. Light system is amazing. You can find any light that you need to set up a mood. People are very nice and friendly. The front desk does not have ‘ business card’ and location of the hotel was written down on a paper. Really little things that shows this place has a potential but not in the current set up. You can’t lock the room door when you are not inside- only the garden gate. Who would design such a thing? I know it’s a safe destination but still. There is no safe either. People create this place special but it does not meet a high standard resort score.
