This was one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. The photos provided were only about 30% accurate in representing the actual condition of the place, with the only redeeming factor being the view. Upon initially entering our room, we were shocked to discover several issues, including broken cabinets, furniture with holes and mold, and malfunctioning lighting. The most concerning problem was the transparent glass at the upper part of the entrance, which allowed anyone in the corridor to see inside the room. It's important to note that even though the wall extended for 2.5 meters, anyone passing by in the corridor could easily peer into the room. The building appeared to be at least 60 years old, reminiscent of settings in horror movies where unsettling activities take place. The very next day, we promptly requested a room change as the room we were initially assigned bore no resemblance to the photos advertised on the website. Fortunately, the hotel accommodated our request and changed our room on the same day. However, on that very day, after relocating to the new room, my spouse experienced a terrifying incident while taking a shower. Without making any sudden movements, the sliding glass door of the shower shattered and fell on her. She was left covered in small glass fragments, which took us nearly two hours to painstakingly remove one by one from her body. I immediately reported this incident to the hotel management the following morning, resulting in the replacement of the sliding glass door on the same day. Unfortunately, the same nightmare repeated itself when the new sliding glass door shattered in the same manner, showering me with glass pieces once again. These multiple injuries resulted in wounds and cuts, causing the bathroom and the entire shower area to be covered in blood. This situation made it impossible for us to stay in that room overnight, leading to another request for a room change. Subsequently, I had to rush to the hospital in Paros for medical treatment to address my wounds. Since the day of the incident, I have consistently suffered from infections, prompting me to seek medical attention once again upon my return home. It's worth noting that I initially contacted the hotel requesting a full refund without resorting to negative reviews or legal action. (July prices are 185eur per night) However, after eight weeks of back-and-forth email exchanges, the hotel only refunded me for two out of the five days of my stay, citing that the accident occurred two days before my departure.
My partner and I stayed for five nights, renting a car for four days from the hotel. We stayed in a suite with a private pool and sea view that overlooked the main pool and dining area. The start of our stay was indeed sloppy. We took a ferry from Santorini to Paros, and advised reception of this the day before, as a transfer from the port to Mythic was included in our package. They had the information, yet attempted to reach us asking where we were as our driver couldn’t find us. While our ferry was significantly delayed, I assumed they would track the ferry and adjust accordingly. We waited for ten minutes for our driver to show up. Once we arrived, we were told to leave our bags at reception, and we got a tour of the hotel and it’s amenities , as our bags would be brought to our room. It took more than an hour for our bags to arrive, we even had time to go eat a meal at the pool before the bags got there. At this meal, we ordered two margs, and one was supposed to be priced at 13, the other 15 (spicy). We got charged 15 for each. 2€ isn’t a big deal, but it was sloppy. The car rental from the hotel was convenient, and necessary because the hotel is quite isolated otherwise with nothing within walking distance. The car was given to us with barely half a tank of gas, and again, as we discovered only a few hours into our drive, without ANY windshield wiper fluid, an obvious safety issue. We reported this to the front desk, with the manager standing there as we did it. Of course nothing was done about it for the duration of our rental. There was also no discount given for returning the car with 7/8s of fuel. Breakfast was quite good, but on at least two occasions we were served stale bread, and not a little stale - I’m talking rock-hard, could be used as a weapon stale. The room itself was fine, except while we were given a bottle of white and some fruit on check-in, we naturally assumed our room’s fridge was on. We put the bottle in to chill, and a few hours later noticed it was warm. I saw the dial at the back and turned it to its coldest setting. 30 minutes later, nothing. Finally I pulled the fridge from it’s little cove to discover it wasn’t plugged in. Sloppy. The shower’s handle sprayed more water from the base of the shower head than the actual nozzle. The manager did say he’d send maintenance so fix it, and that was fixed, so credit where credit is due. He also comped us a couple’s 30 minute massage to make up for all the problems at the start of our stay. Our private pool had paint chips peeling off it, and whatever type of paint they used left small marks wherever you touched it (typically fingertips). You guessed it - sloppy. The menu is limited at the pool bar, so be prepared to rent a car to eat elsewhere. The main pool is amazing, and the masseuses were incredibly good and worth the 120€ for an hour. My 2€ - Mythic is great for 2 nights max if all you want to do is relax by the pool, drink, eat, and maybe workout once.

I have been to hundreds of hotels in my life, but this has the worst service of any of them. They never answered my e-mails, so I booked via Booking. Although the young man in the reception is extremely nice, the older woman treats guests like garbage. She even refused to print a one page pdf because she said she did not have time, but she did have time to argue about it with me for 20 minutes? Every decent hotel prints a one-page pdf file for its guests. Every small request turns into a nightmare. For example, since I move around a lot when I sleep I asked her to tell the cleaning people to please give us an extra bedsheet, but of course she never informed them. Then when I asked a cleaning lady about it she said I had to ask the receptionist! Since I pressured her, she finally talked to the manager of cleaning and he arranged an extra bed sheet, but the next day they took it away when cleaning! Also they only clean every second day -- which would be acceptable, but they also only gave us new soap 3 times during a 14-day stay! The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in my life at any hotel. There is only orange drink and water in addition to coffee-tea, but the orange drink is mostly water and sugar. I don't mind that there is no warm food, but there is only one type of processed cheese -- not feta cheese -- and 2 types of cold meats. There is also yogurt but only canned fruits to eat with it. There are no fresh fruits or vegetables. If you are vegan there is nothing to eat. I asked if I could borrow two cups for making tea in our room as we took our own water cooker with us, but it led to a 10-minute argument until she finally agreed. Every other hotel will either already have glasses and cups in your room or at least they always agree immediately to lend it to you. The water in the rooms is awful as it is salt-water from the sea without any filter, so you cannot even use the water to rinse your fruit, but rather have to buy bottled water! It is great that there are 2 pools and that it is next to the sea, but it is also outrageous that they charged 50-60 Euro for an umbrella and cot to lie down on.

RRamonWe recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.
ゲゲストGreat hotel! Rooms were spotlessly clean and bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom was small (as most of Greece) but very functional with great shower pressure and temperature. We had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the front and side of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs and coffee to custom order in addition to the buffet items. Highly recommended!
ゲゲストWe enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Breakfast is very good, location is close to the port, if u don’t feel like renting a car, this hotel takes $ 20 euros to come from the port and you can just relax here. I mean a taxi. Hotel staffs are very helpful, we also enjoyed the beach just 5 min walk from the front of the hotel. Our room needs some improvement but you can book better room I’m sure, I booked mine in such last minute, got a room has garden view not sea view, but it is at the main bldg we do not need to drag our big luggage onto slope or stairs, so I have no complaint about that. We had dinner at the hotel, lamb shank is excellent and not expensive, we paid more $ at Naoussa, and the food is actually better here, calamari is very good too. Only one issue I have is bug inside the room, I had to call the reception lady to come inside my room to help me kill a bug in the bathroom. Well, I live in Florida with tropical garden settings, I am not surprise to see bugs, but inside a hotel room is not quite good. Overall I would give 4 star, that bug took away the one star.
Hotel: The Sunrise apartments we stayed in were simple and clean (maid service every day) but ours was let down by the bathroom having a chipped shower tray and loose drain cover. Worst was the shower with no holder to place the shower head in (applies to all appts) and one of those awful plastic curtains that just cling to your body. We simply didn't use it and just mopped up the wet floor afterwards. Despite this we actually thought the rooms were pretty good - we had a view over the pool and a nice sunny balcony (helpful to dry clothes and towels etc). There's a safe, fridge, hairdryer, plenty of storage and lovely airconditioning. The beds were very firm also only one pillow but don't be afraid to ask for more if needed! The hotel appears to be used to travellers not staying more than a few days - probably because its one of only a very few in the area with a pool. We did have an issue with some loud Greek Teenagers who had no respect for anyone - dive bombing and summersaulting into the pool splashing everyone nearby and also coming back at 5am shouting and screaming. Very disrespectful. Luckily they were gone in a few days. In terms of location we found it very handy for everything - bus, shops, bars, beaches, restaurants etc. There is a small incline on the last bit but not a problem we thought (and we had an 83 yr old with us). The grounds are lovely with flowers and seating everywhere offering shade and 'quiet' areas. The pool, although small, is a very welcome addition - especially as temperatures were hitting 35ºC. Reasonable amount of sunbeds around the pool but the beanbags looked like they had seen better days and we avoided them! The star of the show is Harry in reception. He can sort out anything for you, from telling noisy Greek kids to 'shut up', getting extra pillows, sorting out a hire car, arranging boat trips, fixing most things and he'll give you a very comprehensive guide to the attractions on the island, marking on the map where to go and what to see. We found this so useful for getting around and called it 'Harry's tour'. The guy deserves a medal. Naoussa (and Paros itself) was much bigger, busier and better than we'd ever imagined despite watching numerous travel videos beforehand. It's predominantly Rich Americans, Canadians, Australians and Greeks (we were told the people of Cyprus love Paros). There are distinct areas of Naoussa; 'Instagram' town - the areas you will always see in the brochures with restaurants and bars right on the waterfront. A feast for the eyes but very busy, noisy and expensive. You will nearly always need to book anything here. Still, you have to do it at least once while you are there! Harbour Front - mostly restaurants disappointingly doing mainly pizzas at over-inflated prices. Harbour area to the left of the bridge - much quieter, better menus, choice of food, service and much, much cheaper. Shopping area - an absolute labyrinth of picturesque narrow winding streets where you can find bars
